Evelyne's goals include being healthier, learning how to lift the weights, losing some body fat and increasing her muscle tone.

A pleasure to train, After the first 1 and a half months of training she lost 3.5 inches off her waist, 1.5 inches off of her hips and about 3 pounds (probably about 6 lbs. Of body fat.)

She is pleased with the initial Great2Bfit results and I know that she will achieve further results in the future.

It is unfortunate that we did not take before pictures in the first place but we will take some before the next set of sessions.
