Larry is one of my longer term clients as I have been training him for almost one year. When he first came to me he had a belly and what he called a pencil neck. His the ratio of total cholesterol/HDL was at 7.8 which is dangerously high. In 6 short months he has lost 6 inches on his waist and gained over 2 inches on his arms. His Chol/Hdl ratio has also gone down to 5.2 which is in the normal ranges.

His age, which I will not disclose here makes his physique even more impressive than just the visual aspect that you can see from the pictures above. I wish that we had photos of his physique before he  started with Great2Bfit because the difference would be dramatic.

He is now getting ready to compete in the masters class in a yet to be announced natural bodybuilding competition. Look out competitors!!!

Larry is an inspiration to everyone out there including his trainer as he comes ready to work each session and always gives his fullest. He looks fantastic, not only for his age, but for every age as you can see form the pics above taken in early April of this year.
