Andrew is one of my long term clients. Andrew's goals have to do with long term health and fitness and feeling good about himself. He has an exercise past as a marathon runner and wanted to gain upper body strength especially in his triceps and biceps. He also wanted to be able to complete one chin up unassisted.

Andrew is always a pleasure to train and in the time that we have been training together he has almost doubled his strength in the bench press, incline dumbell press, power cleans, close grip bench  and has easily completed a chin up with his own body weight. While we have not taken regular measurements, I estimate that he has gained at least an inch on his arms relaxed. Andrew also feels healthier and strong physically then ever before.
