This process gives unsaturated fat the same properties as a saturated fat.

Breakfast: 2 fried sausages, 4 fried strips of bacon, 2 pieces of white toast with butter
Snacks: 2 chocolate bars and a bag of chips
Lunch: Bologna on a white roll with mayonnaise and 2 frozen egg rolls
Dinner 2 premade ham sandwiches from the convenience store A chocolate croissant

This day of food has 4174 kcals made up of 57% fat of which 21 % is saturated. This is a foolproof way to eat to increase your cancer risk.
