I consider this the "Old Faithful" of MP3 Search Engins. It has been around for as long as MP3s have. It may not come up with 100% results, but it's a good way to find what you need if your persistant. Since all the really good MP3 search engins are going down the crapper, we who seek music are forced to pacify on unthreatedned search sites like this one. If you need something to believe in, something to always fall back onto, Oth is the place. Make sure you put a check mark in the "Hide all ? sites" button. That will make your search a whole lot easier. It prevents ratio sites from showing up. Another good search engin like this one is Audio Find. There's not much there, but most of the links work when you actually find what your looking for.
This search engin is one I came across a while back. It has turned out to be fairly decent. It's links are usually reliable, and I haven't came across a single ratio site yet. The homepage goes down now and again, but overall it's a reliable place to get hard-to-find songs. It's not the best place to go for newly released tunes, but if you want older stuff, it's great! I use it as my backup to Oth net. Give her a go...
I usually stear clear of these types of sites, but I'm actually beginning to like these guys. They are a bit too "promotional", but the links on their "full albums" page actually work! ...well most of the time. I've been visiting their page for a while. There isn't a very good selection, but their library is always expanding. I'm anticipating that they will organize their site a little better once their collection starts getting larger. They usually add a new album every few days. There's no promise that the album will be by a well known artist, or even worth a damn at all, but at least they're trying and updating regularly. Every once in a while they come out with something good, and as sparce as mp3 sites are out there these days, I'm all over that. I'll stick with them until things start going south.
Believe it or not... A top 10/top 100 site that actually puts out!!! I've bled them dry for what I'm interested in, but your welcome to surf. Nearly all the links are solid as far as I know. After choosing a server, click on "English Songs" up in the corner on the left frame. Otherwise you'll get a bunch of Thai crap you've never heard of. I consider this one a good find.
Then there's me. All the other MP3 sites that's I've encounterd out there are basically crap. The only other option you have is to request them from me; From my vast collection of Non-Rap/Non-Country MP3's. Of course you can only request them if you've owned the album at one time, or only want a sample of a song. I will post them HERE if you say please. Only one at a time though. ...And please, if you don't know me personally, don't request any songs... They are all in ".ZIP" format too, so if you want to access it, you have to download an unzipping program like "WINZIP" from a place like Download.com. Those are your only real opitons.
