This is the second version of the message block system I made.
It has a few bugfixes and is good.

---

To use:

Place the .mrc and .ini files in the same directory
(doesn't matter where on your computer, as long as they're in the same folder).

Load the .mrc file into your remotes.
Type /msgblock to configure.

---

Known issue(s):

* The lists for "block if msg contains" and "friends" are set as soon as you click the
add or remove buttons, not when you click OK. Though probably an easy bug fix, I'm not
overly worried about it.

If you are using mirc version 6.0, and you choose to echo rejected messages, it goes to the
currently active window, not necessarily a window on the server where the event occurred.
I don't know if this is good or bad, but its not the way I want it.

If you leave the checkboxes empty or attempt to enter a number < 1 in the ignore field,
it performs simple internal error checking.

Cool bugfixes/additions:

1. Fixed bug when adding masks to friends list - you're smart 'iswm' but not THAT smart
2. Added some $wildtok stuff so you can add wildcards to blockable text
3. Can only check "block all" or "block if msg contains," not both. (more logical)
4. Used my name as a variable, simply because I could
5. Oh oh, I also put (/msgblock) in the dialog table in case you forgot how you pulled it up
6. On a related note, I also added some menu popups for the command line challenged
7. Last and probably least, I added an unload option in case you want to hurt my feelings and
unload my masterpiece. But please don't.

In the works:

1. Notice support
2. Fixing that asterick in the known issues.
