Evaluation Committee
Committee Charge:
The Evaluation Committee of the Gratiot Collaborative Council shall assist in ensuring that overall GCC objectives are met and are in accordance with belief statement, mission statement, and long range plan.

II. Measurement/Impact
     Develop process outcomes (internal) to measure the impact of collaboration.  
          - Identify models or tools for review criteria
     Develop program outcomes (external) to measure impact of funded programs
          - Identify models or tools for review criteria


III. Develop proposal parameters
      Identify the form or process for application
          - meets GCC objectives- specify program goals/service areas


IV. Coordinate the RFP/RFQ process
     Recommend plan of awarding/action/correction/termination
     Set quarterly/annual/final report schedule and review reports


Membership:
The committee shall consist of three to five persons appointed by the Gratiot Council.  This term of office shall be for one year.  The committee shall appoint a chair/secretary for the one-year term.  This person will report committee progress to the GCC executive committee.

Staff:
The Prevention Coordinator shall provide support to the Evaluation Committee
