Martial Arts
What can I say, a very captivating experience. I enjoy working out in a health club, but from my experience, can become quite routine.

Karate is much more fun. It keeps me on an upward learning curve that is endless. Martial Arts gives me the ability to focus not only on others but myself.
If I can become better at me ... I can become better with others that surround me.

I have practiced the Art of Kenpo ( Open hand closed fist ) for about 3 years but my schedule has become overwhelming and have decided green belt was where I would stop. I find it a respectful art, and it deserves  full attention that I could not commit to.
I might study again someday.

It is kind of ironic but I feel in order not to fight ... I must learn how to fight.

When people say that the best Martial Art is the Art that they study. I feel that all the Arts can grow and learn from each other  making them all stronger!
They are all adaptable ... that is the beauty and endlessness of Martial Arts.

When people look at your belt colour and not your ability.
Well my belt holds my GI on nice and snuggly in the Dojo. When I`m not in the Dojo ... what you don`t see might hurt you.

When I put my Gi on and my pants are tighter than usual ... thinking I have gained weight since the last class. Then realizing  I have just finished a full class with my Karate pants on backwards !
