     Tested and developed new computerized construction inspection forms on the Internet for the
     DCRA/BLRA, Building Inspection Division, for the Government of the District of Columbia.
     Researched the use of 3-D photogrammetry for construction inspections and electronic sensors
     in concrete structures.

     Research centered around large-scale indoor testing pit and model-scale structures.  Tested the
