| Molly McIntyre is a 9 year old growing up in 1944, in the midst of World War II. Molly's dad is a doctor and is serving in the Army in England, taking care of the wounded soldiers. Molly and her family are making the best of it while Dad is away, but they miss him. Molly is part of the original American Girls Collection that debuted in 1986 . She has 6 books that tell her story, beginning with "Meet Molly". Molly is one of my favorite dolls in the entire collection, and I recieved her for Christmas in 1994. |
