CHANGE CHECKLIST

 

Change is a complex process that must be managed simply lest it elude us. We can present a twenty step checklist for creating change in individuals and organisations. This checklist is not the final list and you can add your own steps or elements to it. These twenty steps pass through the stages of analysis, planning and implementation and evaluation.

Change is normally best accomplished by teams.. Change can be brought about by an individual, but usually with less satisfaction and less success.
