Children Ministries pastor
About this ministry; its mission. For example:

to me, for of such as these is the Kingdom of Heaven!"
The mission of the Bethesda's Children ministry is to work with
parents and adult volunteers to create an environment that promotes
the Spiritual development of children through active learning experiences
and fosters the relationships with God, family and friends.
Kingdom Kids is our name for children from birth to fifth grade.
Jesus said we had to become like children if we want to enter the
Kingdom of Heaven. We want to prepare our Kingdom Kids to be Kingdom
People when they grow up. You'll find there are a lot special things
for Kingdom Kids at Bethesda!
Led by Gordon Freeman, our children's
education minister, Bethesda offers a full range of children's classes
and activities from Nursery through Fifth Grade -- when children
enter Sixth Grade they become part of our Super Sixth Graders and
then in Seventh they fully enter our Youth and Teen Ministry.
Here are a few of the children's services and activities Bethesda
offers:
- Bible Classes for ALL ages -- 9:45 Sunday A.M. and 7:00
Wednesday P.M.
- Kidz 2 Praise -- for ages 3 through 1st Grade: during
each of our worship services.
- Staffed Nursery -- for children 0-2 years in our new
nursery center across the foyer from the worship center. Contact

Every Second Sunday night we have special activities for kids!
0-2 yr. olds
- are in the Nursery
Pre-school
- This group meets in room 110. Each month we learn a new Bible
story and enjoy active learning experiences, crafts and games.
K-2nd grade
- This group meets in room 200. They have a great time learning
about different heroes of the Bible through Bible game and art
centers. This group is led by *insert several
names here*.
3rd-5th grades
- These VIPi's meet for their monthly "picnic."
