TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Thanks for stopping in. Really do appreciate it. Please understand. I am a plumber by trade and a single Father, putting my Son through college, paying cash for tuition, etc (lots of etc!!!), as needed. Your patronage is highly valued and greatly appreciated.

Since I�m not in the automotive or parting out business (and I guess I don't know any better!!!) I do not rip, tear or cut these parts off the bike. I remove them just as they were installed. I hate buying parts from online "recyclers" (junkyards) because the parts are never what I want or if they actually get here, they're messed up somehow. I remove these parts myself, test them when/if possible and the packing is done by a professional packing company, so you receive the best parts in the best shape as possible.

I offer and maintain a 100%, immediate, no questions asked, money back guarantee of the purchase price on all the parts sold, minus packing and shipping charges, upon return of the part. There's only one (1) exception to this guarantee and that is if the part was damaged due to shipping. Please read my refund/return policy statement below, PRIOR TO BIDDING.

Please post questions on ebay or contact me by email or IM ([email protected]) and Please, Please, Please, when emailing, reference what we've discussed, if anything, from prior emails or communications or what you're interested in or attach the message string or gimme something more to work with other than "send pics to:". I do my best to describe any flaws or defects of which I am aware and will forward detailed pics upon request. If additional pictures are needed, please include your non-ebay email address with your question. You'll have to spell it out (uncletoo at yahoo dot com) as ebay doesn't "allow" html in their email system.

Now for the fine print (Sorry, but a few stupid people have made this crap mandatory.):



As I have these parts advertised for sale, in other media, and since I sell parts off of parts, I reserve the right to modify specifications and / or end any auction or transaction, at any time, during and even after the auction ends, even if there is a successful bidder. Proper notice will be given to all bidders and interested parties, when possible. If a part has been modified or sold during or after the final twelve hours of the auction or after the close of the auction, the successful bidder will be notified immediately of the changes and will be released of any bidding or acceptance responsibilities.

Prior to bidding, please read the item description and all of the verbiage in this auction carefully and in its entirety. I will not agree to retracting a bid because you bid on the left side cover when you really wanted the right side cover. All pertinent information is included in the posting for anyone to make an informed decision regarding purchasing any item.

Please, PRIOR TO EMAILING OR BIDDING read all of the "fine print" below (I know most of it is boring garbage) as a ton of the questions I receive are answered within the following paragraphs!!!!

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (including Canada and Mexico):



I welcome International inquiries and bids (I can get messages translated into pretty much any language, so please send questions in your native language if its easier for you. I will respond in both english and your language). In order to bid I ask that bidder be able to fulfill the following requirements:

* Bidder must have prior feedback.

* Successful bidder must use paypal for payment (we do not accept money orders or checks from International customers). You don't have to be "verified". Just be able to pay using paypal.

* No negative feedback or unpaid strikes within the preceding 60 days.

* Please note that all shipments require insurance and delivery confirmation. Please, PRIOR TO BIDDING , email me your address, so I can accurately quote shipping and handling charges. Any bid made without the above requirements, will be removed and bidder will be blocked from future bidding.

PACKAGING:



All packaging is outsourced to a local company and costs vary per item. The packers charge a MINIMUM $7.50 packing fee (and yes, even to stuff a small part into an envelope) and $3.00 per part for additional parts packed in the same package or box. This is an estimate only and does not insinuate any fixed pricing for packing, as the packing industry is an evolving industry here in Tucson. Pricing changes on a regular basis with these folks. Of course, all of the above depends on the size and nature of the parts and the moods that the packers are in (I never go in on a Monday!!!). These costs are not included in the auction price. As with the shipping policy below, I always refund any funds leftover from the packers quoted charges. If additional charges are requested by the packers, I will communicate this to you, via email, for your approval or refusal. Any additional charges that are approved by you will need to be paid prior to packing and shipping the part. If the additional charges drastically increase the price of the part, I will work together with you, to come up with a mutually suitable arrangement.

Please note that any and all GLASS PRODUCTS require additional packing charges, as they have to be packed in a box within a box.

SHIPPING:



The shipping costs included in my auction's are estimates only and INCLUDE ESTIMATED PACKING CHARGES, since ebay doesn't give us a "packing or handling charge" field to fill in. These costs are not included in the auction price. Please email me WITH your zip code, prior to bidding or paying any invoice, so I can get you an accurate packing / shipping amounts. I do give multiple item shipping discounts (See packaging info above). I always refund any leftover shipping charges, immediately. If additional charges are requested by the shippers, I will communicate this to you, via email, for your approval or refusal. Any additional charges that are approved by you will need to be paid prior to packing and shipping the part. If the additional charges drastically increase the price of the part, I will work together with you, to come up with a mutually suitable arrangement.

Additional shipping and handling charges apply to Alaska, Hawaii and other States. Again, please email me, prior to bidding, so I can get you firm packing / shipping charges.

REFUND/RETURN POLICY:



I offer and maintain a 100%, immediate, no questions asked, money back guarantee of the purchase price on all the parts sold, minus packing and shipping charges, upon return of the part (an email or any other communication does not constitute returning the part), shipping prepaid by the buyer, within fourteen (14) days of when you actually received the part or were expected to receive the part (of course a few extra days are always allowed for usps shipping!!).

There's only one (1) exception to this guarantee and that is if the part was damaged due to shipping. In this case, the buyer will be responsible to contact and follow through with the shipping company to obtain any refund. Please keep all packing materials intact for the shipping companies inspection, as it will increase your ability to obtain a refund from them. I will assist in every way possible.

In addition to the above, if it looks like the packing was not adequate and contributed to the damage, I will refund the packing charges, if the shipping company refuses to. Again, please retain all packing and shipping materials.

TERMS OF SALE:



Successful bidder is responsible for all packaging and shipping costs. All items must be paid (or arrangements made) within 3 days of the closing of the auction.
