Help me to give you all my worries.
fears and troubles.
Help me even more to leave it
in your hands and not take
it back again and again.
Teach me Father to love myself
unconditionally as You love me.
To stop the old tapes of others
criticism and care deeply for myself
as You care for me.
Teach me to give the kind of
love I have for others to myself, so that I can
share that love on a deeper
level, not only for myself but for others as well.
Father, I know if I only give
you a portion of my life I’m not giving you
anything. Help me to let
go of my past, my hurts, my self-hate.
Take my tears of sorrow and
pain and turn them into tears of joy for the future, for a future of self-love
and high self-esteem.
Lord, I know you have great
plans for my life in helping others who are hurting as I have, giving them
reason to look for your light at the end of the long dark tunnel they call
their lives. Father, continue to give me the knowledge, strength,
courage and love for those who are seeking help.
Help me Lord to daily give you
the negatives that creep into my mind and try to bring me down. Help
me to always seek your will for my life, to look for your light in any
darkness that might come my way, to love myself as you love me, to feel
that I am worthy of your love and the love of others who care about me.
Help me Father to continually
seek your healing hands for the pains of this body. Help me to remember
that it’s what is in my heart that matters, that even if this body is failing
I can still love You, myself and others because of your unfailing love.
You are Jehovah Ralpha, the Lord God of Healing---I put my tired, worn,
painful body in your hands. I pray that it is your will for healing
and relief from the pains and tiredness.
Father, give me a renewed outlook
on my life and help keep me hopeful for today and what you would have in
store for my life just this day. I know that this is no certainty
of tomorrow--and yesterday is just a memory. Help me leave it in
the past and not drag it along with me into each new day you give to me.
Thank you Father for each new
day you bless me with and for the knowledge of your love for me.
