A Prayer for Charlotte
 

    Father God,

    I bring to you my friend Charlotte and lay her at your feet.  Lord, she is exhausted, she can’t sleep,
and she has stress abundant.

    I ask of you Father that you lay your mighty healing hand upon her head, calm her Lord.  Help her spirit to become peaceful, her tired body to rest. Show her Father how she can lay down those things that cause her stress and worry at your feet and help her to leave them there, not picking them up again.  Lord, life is hard and sometimes we lose our way when we take our eyes off You, help us to stay focused on Your love, always abiding in it.

  Father I also ask that you guide her along her journey in this life, always showing her that
You are always there for her.

  Again Father I ask that her immediate need of rest be granted to her.  Show her Lord how you can meet her needs and continually shine your Holy Spirit down on her, lighting her path in this world.

  May everything we do and say reflect your  love for us and others.  May we always be an instrument of your peace to the world.  May we glorify your Holy name in our walk with you.

 Guide us Father in everything we do and say.

  In the name of your only Son, Jesus Christ
     I pray these things.
