With white, ch 6, join with a sl st to form a ring. Rnd 1: ch 6, * dc in ring, ch 3; rep from * 6 times more, join with a sl st in 3rd ch of beg. ch-6. Rnd 2: Sl st into 1st ch-3 sp,, ch 1, * in same sp work sc, hdc, dc, ch 5, sl st into 1st ch of ch-5 <picot made>, dc, hdc, sc); rep from * around, join with a sl st into beg. ch-1. Finish off white. Rnd 3: Join light blue with a sl st in any ch-5 picot, ch 1, sc in same picot, * ch 6, sc in next picot; rep from * around, ch 6, join with a sl st in beg. ch-1.
