Puff St. : Working loosely, (yo, insert hook in sp indicated, yo and pull up a loop) 4 times, yo and pull through all 9 lps on hook. Motifs (Make 4) With Color A, ch 6; join with sl st to form a ring. Rnd 1: Ch 1, * puff st in ring, ch 3; rep from * 7 itmes more; join with al st in top of first puff st. finish off Color A. Rnd 2: Join Color B in any ch-3 spk ch 3, in same sp work (2 dc, ch 2, 3 dc), 3 hdc in next ch-3 sp, * in next sp work (3 dc, ch 2, 3 dc), 3 hdc in next sp; rep from * twice more, join with a sl st in top of beg. ch-3. Finish off color B. Rnd 3: Join Color A in any ch-2 corner sp, ch 1, * 3 sc in corner sp, sc in each st across to next corner sp; rep from * 3 times more. Finish of Color A. Using Color A and tapestry needle, whipstitch motifs togher into a 4-block. Jion color A with sl st in any corner; ch 3, work 4 dc in same sp, dc in each st across to next corner, * 5 dc in corner, dc in each st across; rep from * twice more. Finish off and weave in all ends. |
