| Rumor had a very impressive show career. Her very first time in the ring in the 9-12 month puppy class she took Reserve Winners Bitch. Her second, third, fourth and fifth time in the ring in the 9-12 month puppy class she consistently took Winners Bitch and Best of Opposite Sex over open bitches, including one Best of Winners. What an impressive start for a young puppy. We knew from the moment we saw her at 7 weeks she was destined to be a champion. She finished her championship at the age of 22 months under J.E. Fredericksen. She went out with a bang also taking Best of Opposite Sex over a special.

| Brindles, in my opinion, are a lot harder to finish. Echo was handled exclusively by Chuck Ringering. The communication between these two is amazing. Not a word is spoken, but they understand each other. Echo will do absolutely anything for Chuck. It is very moving to watch these two in the ring. Chuck handled Echo to her championship in March 2001 by taking a four point and a three point major in the same weekend. With her four point she also took Best of Winners over male competition. You haven't seen movement until you've seen this girl move!
As I say to everybody who asks about Chuck, "You can't have him. I found him FIRST!!" Again, thank you Chuck. Chuck and his wife Kathy also hold our weekly conformation classes and I have them to thank for the performance we get in the ring. |
