I have raised Netherland Dwarfs since 1993 where I got my first pair from Kris Phelan. I started off with just R.E.W.'s the first couple of years I had them, and slowly expanded into more colors. I have shown them a couple of times at the annual ARBA Convention, and in 2003, I showed at my first National Dwarf show that was located in Wisconsin. I was a great experience to compete at the National level and to see all the colors there. I have recently gone through my Dwarf herd and have decided what colors I want to raise since I need to cut back on them. I have decided to concentrate on the Otters, with the occasional they thrown. I am also hoping to get more into the Blue Otters and even Blues. I just really enjoy showing these little guys and have a great time learning about the genetics of the colors.
