Good morning! Is it a travel agency?
O.K. I would like to have more information on your package tours. Especially I ‘m interested in the trips to Australia and New Zealand. According to your advertisement, which I read in one of the local newspapers the other day, you can provide any package tour.
Fine. I’d like to book three tickets, please. Return ones ,of course. We would like to visit Sidney and stay there for a couple of weeks. As far as the date of departure is concerned, 17th June would be a wonderful date to start our tour. I hope that there is a lot to see and do in Sidney.
It’s my third trip abroad , and I am really glad and happy to hear that you can arrange a fantastic scheduled flight. It’s rather important for me to find out that we’ll be met at the airport and taken to a hotel. I like the idea that the hotel is near the beach and that there is a swimming-pool and a cool disco. I’m also glad to know that meals in the restaurant aren’t very expensive.

It’s Serge calling. I’m ringing you to find out if you ‘d like to go to the theatre. A week ago my mum bought two tickets for the performance, but unfortunately, she fell ill. I think you would enjoy the play. Could you call me back? Super!
