-An anonymous source sent us this info from a Joe Sepin show. Sort of flattering. Apparently, Hedskru has broken up (for the second time) and Joe mentioned something like this at his show. Hedskru just wasn't as popular as Grandmother Squash and T-Shirt to make it through the tough times of recording because they didn't have the fan base to look forward to when everything was done. Wow, I guess Grandmother Squash is popular. Will the boys start getting pulled aside in the grocery store for autographs? -We now have MP3's for listen or download on the site. Hit the Audio page to listen. We will feature as many songs as the server will allow at a time and rotate them after a period. Email to let us know what you want to hear. (I.E. Album versions, live tracks, demo's of new stuff.) -If you're looking for a good live show, I would suggest Zwan, Better Than Ezra, Lucky Boys Confusion, or Neptune Crush. -G-Squash's debut album so little time to leave so much behind is now availbable. Email [email protected]m to get a copy for $5.
3.27.02 - The EP is being mastered as this message is being typed. It should be available by mid-april.

6.30.02 - The show in Shakopee got cancelled due to the rediculous amount of rain, but the show in St. Cloud went well, check it out in the concert chronology. The band is going to try to do a split EP over the summer with our friends in T-Shirt. If you're 21 or older, we need you at the 400 bar July 7th!
7.10.02 - The band is on a short break from touring until August. In the meantime they are doing some recording, working on new songs and doing some vacationing. Get ready for a very climatic end to the summer. Peace.

1.22.03 - Hello to all - it's really good to finally get a chance to get back to the website, I know it's been awhile. First - the Business. The Christmas show at the 400 bar was a blast and definite peak in our career. Luke M. from Hinken filled in for Ben on the guitar for reasons below. All the details about the show can be found at the Concert Chronology. We're really hoping we can get a music community stirring in Faribault (if there is such a thing) with our webboard which can be accessed through the main page. If you're having trouble registering give us an email. Come to this page to post news, bitch, or converse about anything and everything. I'd love it if Faribault could gain a grain of culture. I'm in Madrid, Spain currently, studying until late May (after which hopefully a show or two). This country is beautiful and hopefully will inspire me to some great writing. Mike McDonough is currently working his ass of in Faribault. Give him a GSquash salute for his work on what used to be "If We" - that boy has been writing. Nic is prepping for college and killing it on the drums like always. Unfortunately, we think Ben will be leaving the GSquash family. He decided he didn't want to play over the Christmas break for unannounced reasons, but we wish him the best and we'll really miss him - especially for convesations on the way to shows. That's all for today - keep hitting the site and we'll try to get some new audio up from that show!! Try out the webboard too and voice your opinion.
2.3.03 - Just taking a quick break from the studies. We finally got some tracks up from the 12.22 show that we are very proud of. I'll probably put new tracks up from the show every 1-2 weeks to satisfy your squash hungry ears. In other news, the site should be gaining a new look in the near future once I get PhotoShop installed on my new iBook. Rumor has it that someone is starting to think of summer and it rhymes with snowboarding.
2.6.03 - We added a new survey page to our website because were trying our hardest to build a good fan base so we can start winning over the masses this summer. Please fill it out if you have a minute.
2.19.03 - Nic Koziolek has been cooking up some new tunes with Mike McDonough's brother Brian in a band called Thirty Days to Boston. They've got a show coming up on March 7 at JavaLive - check it out. We put up a new tune in the Audio section from our Christmas show - enjoy! I really am going to give the main page a new feel here in a few days as soon as I get through these midterm tests....I've been doing some writing lately, so maybe I'll get some demos up after this live batch of songs. Keep eating easy mac, it's good.
3.3.03 - In celebration of our highest hits per month since August I decided to redo the site. Getting this many hits without currently being on tour is amazing. It is do to the high traffic on the message board. Be sure to join up and enjoy the wonderful debates and discussions. I also added a new track to the audio section. It is "Free" from the 400 bar. This is the first time we've released this song in any form - have a listen, it's something special that we started playing at the end of summer. Don't miss the Thirty Days to Boston concert on Friday!
3.30.03 - Well....after a pretty idle month everything is much alive in the Squash camp. First off, Ben is back!!! Our prayers were answered in a great way. Secondly, plans are in progress to make this summer unbelievable. Here's how you can help. We're planning on getting some songs on disc for summer and they should be sounding pretty great because Mike, Ben, and Nic are all working hard on their recording skills. Look for a good version of -7- to be up in the audio tomorrow. Lastly, check out 30 Days to Boston and Eclipted April 4 at Wash Rec.
4.2.03 - We need your input!! Tell us which songs you want to be on the new EP we will be recording this summer. Much energy has been flowing through the GSquash camp. There are talks of doing the EP split style with Thirty Days to Boston. -7- is up in the audio section. We are aware that there has been some problems entering text into the text boxes on the survey page. Try clicking above the boxes. We'd love to solve the problem, but it seems to be our host's problem and not ours. Sorry.
4.7.03 - We're still having trouble making the text fields work better on the main and survey pages. We've contacted our host about the problem and hopefully we'll have it solved soon. In the meantime, email us your answers to the polls if you're having trouble. There's tons of strategic planning going on for this summer - we'll let you know as soon as things are confirmed.
