Back in Bone village,Alex
stands with his friend Joe inside his home,both directly looking at the
77 tablets laying on the table which were found when they discovered the
lantern and accidently released a powerful entity onto an unsuspecting
world.........
"So Joe,have you deciphered any of this.........gibberish yet?"says Alex,who
looks as though he is getting impatient because it has been a few days
now and he is eager to know what is written on them.......
"I have indeed deciphered most of the tablets........."says Joe...
"So what do they say?"
"Most of them talk about what happened all those years ago when the ancients
were still around.....for example, there was someone called Jenova that
decieved the ancients,she was supposed to be someone that they thought
would bring about a new era for them,but over time,they found out what
her true motives were.Her real motives were to bring about a new era but
not a better era,more like a nightmarish era........she wanted to wipe
out the ancients without them ever knowing by releasing a virus.Many died
from the virus and,at the time,no-one knew where this virus come from........they
tried hard to find a cure for it but it was taking too long.Some of the
ancients rebelled and said that they were moving away.....away from that
place so they could start a new life,but the rest remained to try and
stop the virus wiping them all out.They did indeed stop the virus but
it was too late.......most of them were dead...some survived but there
were not enough to start civilisation all over again......they found out
that it was Jenova and buried her in a geological stratum......"
"So she was buried but she returned?"
"Yes,Shinra found her .......and put her in one of the Shinra reactors
where sephiroth found her and but they were stopped the first time round
by cloud when he killed sephiroth.......however,shinra took her body back
to the main Shinra headquarters where they wanted to use her to find out
where the promised land is...and thats where everything started........sephiroth
came for her and they began their plan to take over the world,it would
have also been the perfect time because there were no ancients around
so no-one could stop them,but they forgot about one...."
"Aeris....?"
"yes,and so aeris helped stop meteor crashing into us,thus saving the
world........"
"Good thing too,but it makes me wonder who wrote these tablets.....and
where did Jenova come from,even though it looks like she was an ancient
too but she was an evil one........the tablets talk about a great firebird
by the name of..........phoenix or something......creating Jenova but
i will not know the full story until I decipher the rest.......it looks
as though that phoenix was stopped as well........but at the cost of many
more lives....."
"On top of that,Jenova knew that sephiroth possessed the kind of will
and determination needed by her,she wanted someone who would die for the
cause which was to destroy the planet......however,sephiroth did indeed
die and so did Jenova........."
"But it looks like they were nothing compared to the real threat that
has appeared.........the giant firebird......."
"I also have something else to tell you......some of these tablets have
something entirely different on them... it looks as though some of them
have prophecies on them......."
"prophecies?"
"yes,telling the future from today,it could have been a gift that the
ancients had.......some of the tablets do talk about Jenova being buried
in a geological stratum but,more interesting though,it talks about a misguided
man trying to find the solution in the past........i am thinking that
that man was sephiroth finding Jenova,you know Jenova being from the past
and all that,and it says that the planet will prevail with the help of
the chosen one and the ancient daughter......but then it goes on as far
as to talk about us......"
"We are in the prophecies?"says a suprised Alex....
"Yes,yes we are!.........the prophecies talk about 2 men bringing about
the destiny of the planet.......it must have been phoenix that we accidently
released cause it talks about the men releasing the phoenix which is going
to bring about the end of the world......it also goes onto say that a
warrior long thought dead returns for the final battle.......the chosen
one will be forced to fight but will be defeated and the age of terror
will finally begin...... the weapons will be reborn and the destruction
of the planet will begin by the harbingers of apocalypse...but the light
will prevail for good........."
"So what does that mean.......that the planet will indeed be destroyed?"
"Looks like it but there is a major part in these prophecies....they talk
about a gathering which is gonna be the point in history that is going
to start the end of the world..the age of terror if you will.....it's
gonna happen near the great crater which we all know about....in the mountains....."
"But where in the mountains....we have to stop it...."
"If only i knew....all it says is that a dark era will start there,and
if this is right,there will be NOTHING that can prevent it.....but i will
try to find a way to stop it by looking through the tablets left,if...phoenix
was stopped before,then it can be again.....i hope....."says Joe
They both look at each other and think about what is about to happen.If
these prophecies are anything to go by,and it looks like they are,then
we will soon see everything destroyed on this planet.....The chosen one
will be defeated and soon,the age of terror will begin......
