This is sloppy and dangerous, you might as well be a mugger. Purse snatching doesn't require any skill and is brutal.) | These are examples of unattended purses, which are fair game. This usually occurs when a woman either leaves her bag somewhere for a moment, giving a thief the chance to take it. The back of a chair, the passanger seat of a car, the front of a shopping cart are all places where this can occur.
