Jasper D. McAtee Dies at Son�s Home76 year old man was born in Grundy Co. in 1865 was a farmer all his life
Jasper Daniel McAtee 76 years old of Grundy Co died at 5:30 Saturday evening at the home of his son, Eph McAtee, in Grundy Co.Funeral services were held at 3:30 Monday afternoon at Coon Creek Church with the Rev. Mary Mosler of Brimson in charge . Burial was in the Coon Creek Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Ralph McAtee, Charles McAtee, Ray McAtee, Leonell McAtee, Earnest Lasol and James hobbs. The music was furnished by Eula Mack and Noah Mosler who sang �Going Down the Valley and Will the Circle Be Unbroken.
Mr. McAtee was born in Grundy Co. on Dec. 5 1865 and spent most of his life as a farmer in the county. He was a son William and Dicy Harper McAtee previous residents of the county. He married Sarah Viola Mc Cloud in 1886 and they became the parents of nine children. Four children and his wife preceded him in death.
He is survived by five children. John McAtee and Bert McAtee of Edinburg. Eph McAtee of Brimson with whom he made his home. Ray McAtee and Mrs. Dora C_______ both of Trenton Route 7. There are also three brothers, Three sisters 22 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren who survive.

Resident of Brimson Neighborhood is laid to rest
The remains of "Aunt" Daisy Harper McAtee were laid to rest
Wednesday in the Coon Creek Cemetery, beside her husband and
three children who preceeded her in death.Mrs. McAtee was born in 1843. She was 81 years and 10 months old.
She was married to William McAtee and had lived in the Brimson
vicinity since her marriage.Mrs. McAtee is survived by eight children and a host of relatives
and friends. Funeral services were conducted by Mrs. Noah Mosier,
of Brimson. The children who survive Mrs. McAtee are:
