i got many cards and one in particular needed to be shared. it went like this...

I also thought i would pass on a few of her recipes and she loved to
make this one for anyone willing to partake.
SPINACH CHEESE SQUARES
IN A 9X13 PAN MELT 4 TBS. BUTTER AND PUT ASIDE. IN A BOWL BEAT 3 EGGS, 1 CUP MILK, 1/2 TSP SALT, 1 TSP BAKING POWDER, 1 CUP FLOUR, 1 LB GRATED MOTEREY JACK CHEESE.
THEN ADD 4 CUPS CHOPPED FRESH SPINACH.
MIX WELL .SPREAD INTO THE MELTED BUTTER AND BAKE AT 350 OVEN FOR 35MINUTES AND CUT INTO SQUARES AND THINK OF GRANDMA JO.
