When you call to book your stay, just ask to pay with
a credit card. We will send you an email invoice.
To pay with a credit card, you will need
an email address and an internet connection.
You DO NOT need a Paypal account to pay with a Credit Card.
The primary (responsible) renter must be 21 years old, or older.
The primary renter agrees not to allow illegal activities within the
townhome or on the property, including alcohol use by minors.
The primary renter is responsible for any damage or loss occuring during the rental period,
including key or card replacement and the cost of re-keying, if keys are not returned.
No one has a key to the top front door deadbolt. When this door is locked, no one can
access the unit. This is intentional, to provide for complete privacy for the occupant.
The top deadbolt can only be locked and unlocked from the inside.
* be careful to completely remove the sliding patio door bar, so that it does not fall down into
the locked position, without key in hand.
* If you choose to use the charcoal grill, please do so, off the patio, on the grass area. The
smoke will damage the patio ceiling, and the risk of fire damage to the deck or townhome
is minimized.
If you need to check in a little early, or stay a little later, let us know. We are not clock
watchers, unless there is another stay booked that will prevent lee way.
