As Singol, Vall and I (Drucilla) were walking along on the road, I heard some voices in the bushes to the side. As we went to investigate we heard someone moaning. When we crept up we saw five Orcs beating up a strange-looking man, with white skin and hair, tied to a post.
We then killed two of the orcs with our bows and the leader fled for cover. The remaining two orcs came at us, Singol killed one and Vall killed the other. I was hit by the leader who had crept behind me and started to bleed to death. After the strange man was released he managed to eliminate the orc leader and then healed Singol and me with a potion and a spell. He then told us his name, which was Nayim, and why he came here and if we would like to work for him. He said he had come here to find an item that belonged to his family, and that it was underneath the local castle.
When we had walked to the castle, he led us to the place where the item that he was searching for was. It was underneath a tower. He cast a spell as diversion which made the statue in the town square seem to speak.While everyone was looking at it we sneaked into the tower and found a wooden trapdoor.
It led to a cellar, and underneath a load of old drawbridge chains was another trapdoor. That led to a narrow, damp shaft with water at the bottom. I crawled through a hole under the water and into a small chamber with a strange door with writing we couldn't read. Nayim opened it and I rushed in and I got hit by a small pendulum trap, we went on through and we were trapped in a room by a huge stone slab which came down behind us. In front of us were huge urns containing skeletons which came out and attacked. They nearly killed us but we clobbered them and they disintegrated.
