The Winnpeg Jets plan to start the season off right with a great first round pick in the 2005 NHL Entry Draft. Young RW Horace Keller was the Jets first pick, and the 3rd overall selection in this years draft. At 19, Horrace Keller can already outskate most NHL players.

"With lighting speed and outstanding balance, Horace will be a great addition to the team," says Ducaine. "He (Keller) knows how to hustle out on the ice, and he knows when to throw the puck at the net. I can't wait to get him in the lineup and see what he can do for this team."

Keller signed a 4- year contract with the Jets for 2,750,000 a year. "I have no doubt that Keller will live up to his contract," said Ducaine after the draft. "I've seen this kid skate and I've seen this kid score, at this point all he can do is improve."
