Vin_Da_DM: Previously on Warriors of Destiny: Onboard the Ettik the group was alerted about their approach to Akkaraught. Upon exiting the hyperspace terminal their sentient ship, Ettik, was attacked by three of RD�s warships. The Warriors were teleported to the inner section of the station during the firefight.
Vin_Da_DM: There they were treated to RD�s hologram and told that they had to beat her challenge in order to get Luna back. Nine rooms with enemies guarding the next door awaited them and any attempt to open the door before the battle was complete would cause a cyborg to detonate in a populated area of the station.
Vin_Da_DM: Having fought through the first three rooms and sustaining some injuries the group was treated to assistance by fellow Warrior Eclipse who, disguised as one of RD�s cyborgs, helped them to shortcut to the final chamber. There RD�s deadly spider bots and a mysterious lone cyborg awaited them.
Vin_Da_DM: The spider bots flay their gun-barreled tentacles out and aim them at the group, a sickening chitter sounds from them, as if beckoning you to move first.
Vin_Da_DM: $ Start
Tewyn coughs spitting up some more blood and looks around at the chamber.
Vin_Da_DM: The room is easily two stories if not more, a large catwalk with no guardrails spans the perimeter, sitting about 12 feet from the bottom floor.
^Lilly^ rest her hands on her daggers and eyes the spider bots. Looks at the group waiting for something�giving up she pulls out one of the daggers and throws it at one of the spider bots.
Claron stands looking at the spider bot, hearing the chitter sounds, tries not to let her fear show.
Tewyn looks at Eclipse, �Hey, kitty�can you get me up there?� pointing.
Vin_Da_DM: Lilly�s dagger is instantly vaporized by a energy bolt from the first spider. It chitters then unloads a volley of shots from its� tentacles towards the group.
^Lilly^: �Hey, that was my favorite one!!!!� glares as she dodges the lasers thrown her way.
Tabris grabs Claron and pulls her to the side as four shots burn holes into the wall behind where she stood.
Tewyn rolls to the side.
Claron: �Damn, I owe you again, love.�
Vin_Da_DM: Eclipse flips forward down onto the lower level, pumping his shotgun he shoots at the underbellies of the spider bots.
Tewyn jumps down off the catwalk.
^Lilly^: �Alright, Lil...think fast,� watches the spider bots and grins, �Lets try this�� sighs as she focuses on the spider bot that vaporized her dagger. �Come on...work...please work.�
Vin_Da_DM: Sparks fly from the spider bots from the shotgun blasts and one bats Eclipse into the lower bulkhead with a few tentacles with an audible �thud�.
Shaiya gazes down at the spider bots and instantly begins chanting�.�Sansofreezendrumicespearingbergens!� as huge iceberg size shards grow from the ground underneath them.
Vin_Da_DM: The second spider bot turns and looks at Shaiya sending a tentacles against her side knocking her down. A flame spews from one of it�s other tentacles, turning the ice into water.
Shaiya continues to chant this time raising her hands toward the ceiling and then dropping them quickly to her side, sending huge ice shards raining down on top of the spider bots.
Tewyn runs over and checks Eclipse, �Damn, kitty, supposed to land on your feet.�
Shaiya feels herself being knocked down.
^Lilly^ focuses harder realizing nothing was happening.
Vin_Da_DM: Standing up Eclipse spits a drop of sky-blue blood onto the floor, �Humanoid bodies are harder to deal with�� Growling he grabs his shotgun and runs towards the first spider bot.
^Lilly^: �Damn you, work!!!�
Vin_Da_DM: Lilly�s vision focuses in as she sees the spider bots armor clear. The innards of the bot seem to be a mix of bio-mass and machines.
Vin_Da_DM: The two spider bots put their backs to one another then begin to shoot randomly at the group.
Tewyn runs behind Eclipse and starts climbing up one of the spider�s legs.
^Lilly^: �Hmm, machines inside a machine?�
Tabris: Creating an obsidian shard in his hand Tabris rolls to avoid some of the shots, cringing as he puts weight on his injury, �Claron, distract it for me!�
Claron tries using her gravity manipulation to stop the working mechanisms of the spider bots...
Tewyn gets to the knee joint and starts slashing.
Vin_Da_DM: The second spider bot pauses and twitches for a second.
Tabris quickly jumps on top of it and begins to cut at the joints.
Claron starts yelling at the spider bots. �Over here, you dumb pieces of metal!!!� waving her arms in the air as she watches the spiders closely.
Vin_Da_DM: Eclipse runs under the spider�s leg and shoots at the underside of the knee and with Tewyn�s slashing it buckles.
Vin_Da_DM: Tentacles from the spider bot knock Tewyn off the leg as it falls over. Tilting to the side the bot chitters and shoots at Eclipse and Tewyn.
^Lilly^ runs up and jumps on the back of one of the bots. �Lets see if I can find some way to shut you down,� looking around for anything to stop the bots.
Tewyn rolls to the ground and holds his sides. �Damnnnnn!�
Vin_Da_DM: Lilly lands just behind Tabris and notices something that looks like a heart in the middle of the bot�s core, surrounded by massive chunks of machinery.
Vin_Da_DM: Eclipse ditches the empty shotgun and rolls to the side but gets hit in the thigh by a blast. Falling over he curses as more sky-blue blood surrounds the wound as he covers it.
Vin_Da_DM: The spider Lilly and Tabris are on top of flails it�s tentacles up, trying to pull them off. It�s spare tentacle flies towards Claron, barrel tip closing over to be a spike.
Claron runs away from the damn spider.
^Lilly^ dodges the tentacles as she looks for a way to kill the heart. �Hey, Tab...any idea how to get into here...I see the heart but can�t get in.�
Vin_Da_DM: Attempting to stand up the downed spider bot continues to writhe it�s tentacles. A few shots fly toward Shaiya.
Shaiya dodges the shots and runs toward Claron.
Tabris slices the tip off one tentacles, �Take that you ugly sonuva�� Turning he looks at Lilly and spawns another blade, �Will these do?�
Claron stumbles and falls to her knees.
Tewyn stands blood running down from his mouth runs toward the downed spider slashing at tentacles.
Vin_Da_DM: The spiked tentacles stick into the catwalk between Claron and Shaiya, wiggling as it appears to be stuck.
^Lilly^: �Um, yeah, if you can find a way to get through the armor.�
Vin_Da_DM: Eclipse watches Tewyn and sinks a hand into his shadow, a few dark tendrils appear next to Tewyn and grab the tentacles swinging at him as he cuts them off.
^Lilly^ looks down at the spider bot again looking for the heart once more. �Right there,� points downwards almost straight down.
Tabris: Slicing at another tentacle Tabris looks a Lilly and nods, �Claron, concentrate on my blades!�
Shaiya calls out to Claron, �Are you alright?�
Tewyn looks over, �Thanks!� and looks for the main sensor on the spider.
Claron hears Tab and instantly turns her head to look at him and begins concentrating on his blades.
Vin_Da_DM: The stuck spike frees itself and begins slashing at Shaiya.
^Lilly^: �I wonder if these are all the same.�
Tabris: Feeling Claron�s abilities weighting his blades he thrusts them down. With a loud chitter they pierce into the spider bots armor and sink in.
Shaiya dodges the tentacle making her way around away from the spider bot on the catwalk.
Vin_Da_DM: Eclipse manages a nod to Tewyn before slumping back unconscious.
^Lilly^ focuses down on the spider she is sitting on, she nods to Claron and Tab. �That�s it...a little to the right�now straight down.�
Claron continues to make Tab�s obsidian spears weigh more.
Vin_Da_DM: Lilly sees Tabris� blades stuck in the machinery around the heart, the open space shrinks as the spider bot chitters a cry that would shatter glass.
Tewyn tries driving his sword through the sensor on the front of the spider.
Shaiya smiles slightly without the others seeing when Eclipse slumps to the ground.
^Lilly^: �Grrr, I forgot about that. Its in the machinery,� trying to angle herself she tries to see a way that she can get around the machinery.
Claron clutches her ears as the chitter cry becomes so loud her ear drums seem like they could burst.
^Lilly^ winces at the cry and closes her eyes to the bot again.
Vin_Da_DM: Tewyn�s sword cracks the sensor, the spider bot flings it�s two legs around and falls flat on the floor. The second spider bot begins to grab at Tabris and Lilly harder, scraping their legs as it tries.
Tewyn jumps off and looks over to the cyborg.
Claron lets out a piercing scream as she watches Tab and ^Lilly^.
Tabris: �Damn it, that didn�t work!� Tabris grabs his blades and clenches his fists around them hard. Lilly can see his blades splintering off, one slides towards the opening to the heart.
^Lilly^: �Almost there, Claron�� glances over.
Vin_Da_DM: The cyborg simply stands on the catwalk at the far end of the room, watching.
Claron tries concentrating on helping the broken part of Tab�s sword to hit the mark by changing its gravity to a very heavy one.
Tewyn crawls back up the spider and looks at the cyborg��How bout you come down here and play for a while?�
Vin_Da_DM: Claron feels the drain of her powers heavier this time. Lilly notices the shards inside the spider sink further in, but the piece near the heart gets wedged in the machinery. A tentacle manages to grab Tab and flings him into the wall beside Claron.
Claron scrambles over towards Tab.
Vin_Da_DM: The cyborg glances at Tewyn with a small brow raise. Moving it�s left hand it shows him a detonator with several buttons, he then eyes several sections of the room before going back to watching.
^Lilly^: �TAB!!!!� looks back at the spider. �Damn it. Its back in the machinery. I think we need to rethink this plan.� Still watching the flailing tentacles around her she tries to find another way.
Tewyn: �Ohh, so you plan on blowing us all up, do ya?�
Tabris coughs as blood slides down his chin from his nose and mouth, �I hate spiders��
Lilly notices the spider bot is lowering itself, giving a better reach to it�s tentacles as they begin to stab at her now instead of grabbing.
Tabris: �Lilly...stand on that spot�� Tabris gets to his feet slowly, cursing at his shoulder.
Claron gazes at the cyborg standing watching them.
Vin_Da_DM: The cyborg nods to Claron, then watches Lilly with interest.
^Lilly^ squeaks as she rolls away, �Alright.� Avoiding the tentacles she stands on the spot that Tabris had directed. �Now what?�
Viin_Da_DM: The tentacles arch up and begin to aim at Lilly.
^Lilly^ watches the tentacles closely. �Come on...hit me!�
Vin_Da_DM: As if on command the tentacles begin to fly at Lilly from various directions.
^Lilly^ watches it as it comes down and then rolls away just as it would have hit her.
Vin_Da_DM: Lilly manages to dodge the tentacles...except for one that grazes her leg as it impales through Tabris� sword holes and into it�s heart. It squeals as orange goo spurts from the hole and it collapses.
^Lilly^ scrambles away from the spider till she was far enough away to look at her leg.
Vin_Da_DM: Lilly�s leg is cut at the ankle, but not deeply. The group hears the cyborg at the end of the room clapping.
^Lilly^ looks up at the cyborg and glares. Attempting to stand up she just watches the cyborg. �Great, now round 2.�
Vin_Da_DM: �Bravo. I've only seen one person do better. Now then, this way for your precious reward.� He turns and presses a panel on the wall. A section slides away and you can see a white room through the doorway.
Shaiya watches as the door opens.
^Lilly^ looks into the room and then back at the cyborg. �And you expect us to go in there?�
Tewyn crawls back up to the catwalk looking down toward Eclipse.
Vin_Da_DM: �If you want your kitten back in one piece.� The cyborg chuckles then walks into the room, vanishing beyond a set of white curtains.
Claron looks at Tabris as the door opens.
Shaiya walks toward the door then enters.
Tabris holds his shoulder and wipes his lip of blood, �I�m good....let�s go.�
Tewyn follows behind the others slowly.
^Lilly^ looks at the others and then at the cyborg as it disappears. �Well, if its for Luna.� Enters the room and looks around.
Claron looks at Tab then tries to stand up, �I think, I need your help.�
Tabris: �What about Eclipse....hey, where�d he go?� Tabris looks down at the lower floor, noticing only the sky blue blood where Eclipse was.
Vin_Da_DM: Tewyn, Shaiya and Lilly notice the white room is empty, a set of large white curtains hang across it in front of them.
^Lilly^ glances at Tewyn then at Shaiya. �And behind the curtains?�
Shaiya looks at the white curtains then at ^Lilly^ and Tewyn....�Looks like we need to see what�s behind the curtain.�
Tabris helps Claron up and the two of them enter the white room behind the others.
Tewyn: �Yea, I guess we do,� holding at his side.
^Lilly^ shrugs and the pulls the curtain aside walking in.
Claron looks at Tab, �Where is she? RD promised if we beat them we would have her back.�
Claron along with Tab�s help walks over to the white curtain.
Vin_Da_DM: As Lilly enters the next section of the room the group notices the prominent centerpiece. A white four poster bed soaked in blood with blood red curtains, a large pool of red is spread across the floor and several cyborgs are nailed to the walls. RD sits on the bed picking dust from her fingernails with her stiletto.
Claron calls out. �Luna!�
Vin_Da_DM: The cyborg stands beside her, in the corner of the room you see the two cyborg dogs guarding the orange force field with a VERY irate looking Luna behind it.
^Lilly^ eyes the girl on the bed and then at Luna. �LUNA!!!!�
Luna_Faline growling loudly, hitting the force field. �BITCH!!!�
Tewyn: �I like the decorator�Do you do private rooms?�
Luna_Faline: �I get out, you�re dead!!!� I scream as I claw at the orange field.
Shaiya looks at RD and the blood soaked bed. �We have done what you asked. GAME OVER...let Luna go.�
Vin_Da_DM: �What a pity...your Warriors survived. Looks like I�ll need to make more toys.� RD sighs then looks at the group, �You can have your kitten, she�s not worth defiling my precious machines.�
^Lilly^ runs over to the field and looks around. �There�s gotta be a way to get this shut off. We�ll get you out soon, Luna...just a lil bit longer.�
Claron looks at RD. �It was what you wanted us to do!�
Vin_Da_DM: The two cyborg dogs growl and bear fangs at Lilly.
Vin_Da_DM: �Not so fast, my cute little half elf.� Standing up she walks off the bed and points her stiletto at Claron. �You cheated! That filthy black creature of yours helped you and now he�s gone!�
^Lilly^ eyes the dogs. �Are you supposed to scare me?�
Shaiya walks a little closer to RD her voice taking on its soothing raspy sound. �Let her go, Raisha.�
^Lilly^ turns to RD. �So, your point?�
Claron stands looking at RD unwaveringly. �As if you made the odds fair to begin with�.�
Vin_Da_DM: Raisha looks at Shaiya with a grin, then caresses the cyborg�s cheek. �I�ll let you have her, but know this Warriors. I have already sent my weapon to Lord Daegriss and he will be most eager to use it against that bitch you call a goddess!�
Luna_Faline growls, �You don�t fight fair either.�
Tewyn: �And what weapon would that be?�
Vin_Da_DM: Waving her blade at Tewyn she giggles, �Tsk, tsk, you can�t ask a cook about her recipes.� RD looks at the force field and it vanishes.
Luna_Faline lunges forward as the field drops. Grabbing my moonstone sai I head for the bloody bitch.
Luna_Faline: �Fight me bitch!� I hiss, circling Raisha quickly.
Tewyn: �Well, that�s no fun...maybe I wanted one of my own.�
Claron: Tab feels Claron lean heavier on him...
^Lilly^ stares at Luna as she lunges past. �Wait Luna!! Slow down!�
Vin_Da_DM: �Fight you? Oh-ho, my dear...perhaps when you�ve grown a bit. I�d hate for your friends to bring you back to your bitch in a box.� RD giggles at Luna as she leans against the cyborg.
Shaiya: �We have what we came for, its time we left this place.�
Tabris: �Claron?� Tabris looks at Claron and whispers to her.
Luna_Faline: �I hope you�ve enjoyed your last few hours!� I hiss as I throw my sai at the cyborg�s chest.
^Lilly^: �Luna come on!� eyeing Claron. �We have you rescued...we don�t need to do more. Lets go.�
Claron looks at Tabris letting his whispering soothe her.
Tewyn goes over and drags Luna_Faline by the tail, �Come on, kitty, you only got 6 lives left.�
Vin_Da_DM: Luna�s sai sails through the cyborg and makes the solid hologram ripple as it lands on the bed behind him.
Luna_Faline grabs my sai as Tewyn drags me past the bed. �Let me go, you Elf!� I hiss madly.
Tewyn: �Hey you were almost made din-din�so be grateful.�
^Lilly^: �Come on, Luna. Claron doesn�t look good, we don�t need to fight anymore.�
Vin_Da_DM: �Perhaps I�ll enjoy watching you try to leave. Guards, destroy them!� RD howls in delight as the cyborgs nailed too the walls drop from their places and look at you. Each wielding large cannon-arms.
Luna_Faline: �Me? Din-din? I�d eat her from the inside out!�
^Lilly^ looks around at the cyborgs. �Oh great! Which one first?�
Vin_Da_DM: �Kill them...slowly. I want to enjoy every minute of the agony!� RD continues to giggle insanely as she watches, �Save the pregnant one, we need her.�
Luna_Faline pulls away from Tewyn and launches myself at RD again. Knocking her backwards thru the hologram guard I land on top of her my claws buried in her throat.
^Lilly^ glares at RD and the cyborgs. �You won�t get her!�
Luna_Faline: �Let them go!!� I hiss at her.
Vin_Da_DM: Luna notices RD is a solid hologram as well, she grins at Luna as the her hologram ripples from Luna's claws.
Claron whispers.��No, no, not more.�� then looks at RD, �Let us go or I swear I WILL make it so you will have NO need of me!�
Luna_Faline sits in a puddle of pissed off fur. �YOU BITCH!� I growl as I look for the source of the holograms.
Vin_Da_DM: �Poor kitty, all out for revenge and it�s not on the menu!� RD stands up moving through Luna and joins hands with the cyborg. �Kill the kitten fir...wait, what�s going on!�
Vin_Da_DM: The group notices a bright yellow flash before they are removed from the room and deposited on a large circular pad in a bronze walled room.
^Lilly^ looks around. �What the hell? Where are we now?�
Luna_Faline stands up looking around the room.
Claron shields her eyes as the flash appears then looks around at the bronze wall.
Shaiya smiles softly.
Vin_Da_DM: �We leave you alone for thirty minutes and you�ve got the entire station in chaos.� Alexei�s Russian accent chuckles as he steps out from behind the teleporter controls.
Luna_Faline looks at Shaiya, �Why are you smiling?�
^Lilly^ blinks, �Alexei? How?� Takes a closer look at the room.
Tabris: �Man...you�re timing could have been better,� Tabris looks at Alexei and then to Claron, �You okay?�
Claron: �You are a beautiful sight for these eyes, Alexei.�
Vin_Da_DM: Lilly notices the room is like all the others onboard the Ettik. Bio-luminescent lights float across the ceiling. �Come, let�s get you to the medical bay.�
Tewyn walks out of the room slowly grimacing with each step. �Damn dogs!�
Claron shakes her head at Tabris, �NO! I am not!� as she grips his hand tightly...then winces as a wave of pain hits her.
Vin_Da_DM: Alexei turns out into the hallway and motions you after him down the hallway.
^Lilly sitting down she pulls up her pant leg to look at her leg and make sure its still alright. �Damn, that hurt.�
Luna_Faline pats Lilly�s shoulder as I pass her by. �You�ll be alright.� I send a healing peace thru her.
Vin_Da_DM: Lilly feels the sting of her wound subside from Luna�s touch.
Shaiya looks over towards Luna.. �Oh, just a victory smile, nothing more�Claron is about to have the babies��
^Lilly^ smiles. �It was okay�Was just cut. Thanks though�How are you, anyway?�
Vin_Da_DM: Alexei turns as the hall does and leads you to a circular doorway on the right. It slides into the wall and he enters.
Luna_Faline: �Fine.� I sigh to Lilly. �Come on, Claron, we need some place private.� I take her arm and follow Alexei.
Tabris holds Claron�s other arm and looks at Luna, �You know how to deal with this, Luna_Faline? You�ll be alright.� I whisper to Claron trying to ease her pain.
Claron uses ^Luna�s and Tab�s arms for support as they lead her.
Tewyn gets back to his room and removes his shirt noticing the large blue area around his ribs and chest. �Damn! I really hate those tin-tin things!� Wiping blood from his mouth again.
Luna_Faline looks behind Claron�s back at Tabris, �We have litters, two should be easy.� I purr.
^Lilly^ follows behind them and jumps up and down humming to herself.
Vin_Da_DM: Alexei moves across the med bay and motions to the two raised platforms. He then goes over to the counter on the wall and shifts a few of the medicine and herb jars around.
Shaiya follows after Tewyn, stopping to knock before she waltzes into his room. �Let me help you tend your wounds.�
Tewyn coughs, �They are only a few scratches.�
Luna_Faline pausing at the door, allowing Tabris to take Claron to bed. I turn and stop Lilly. �You can�t come in, only Claron and Tabris should be here.�
^Lilly^ looks sad. �But�but�I wanted to see the babies being born.�
Vin_Da_DM: Nodding to himself Alexei steps away then moves over to a glass-like door in the rear, looking inside he nods again. �Good...still intact.�
Shaiya: �Scratches... doesn�t look entirely like scratches to me.�
Luna_Faline shakes my head. �This is a sacred moment, within a family.�
Tewyn looks up at Shaiya. �I�ve had a lot worse.�
^Lilly^ sighs as she turns and walks away. �Alright.�
Tabris looks at Claron then moves her over to the medical bed. Lifting her up gently he sets her down, cringing as some blood drips from under his shoulder bandages.
Luna_Faline turns back to Claron, �Are you ready for motherhood?� moving to a sink to wash up.
Vin_Da_DM: Luna notices the �sink� forms into the counter as she approaches the faucets.
Claron smiles weakly��As ready as I am ever going to be.� Taking a few moments to remove her clothing before sliding between the sheets of the bed...
Luna_Faline uses the sink, looking over my shoulder at Tabris. �I�m sorry you�ve been wounded on my account.� I purr.
Vin_Da_DM: Alexei turns back the group in the med bay and looks at Luna, �I trust everything will be suitable for your needs?�
Luna_Faline: �Yes, Alexei, thank you.�
^Lilly^ walks away towards the galley and notices her notebook still sitting there. �Damn, how long has that been there!!� racing over she opens it to see if it has been fiddled with.
Tabris: �It�s all right...just a disagreement with some big bugs and a dog.�
Shaiya walks over towards Tewyn and begins to run her fingers softly along his the battle wounds��I see��
Vin_Da_DM: Bowing his head Alexei heads for the door, �If you need me, I�ll be on the bridge.�
Claron grabs out for Tabris� hand as another wave of pain assaults her body.
Tewyn tries not to grimace at Shaiya�s touch. �Yea...just a few...bruises.�
Luna_Faline finished washing up I turn back to the couple. Having washed my paws I place the tip of my tail over the wound on Tab�s shoulder. �You need your strength for them.�
Shaiya hands take on a cool soothing touch.
Vin_Da_DM: Lilly�s notebook is untouched but she notices a small indent in the tabletop has formed under her pen.
Tewyn: �Well, that feels slightly good.�
^Lilly^ eyes the pen. �What in the world?� Picks it up and touches the indent.
Vin_Da_DM: The indent is smooth to the touch and appears to be just the right size for the pen. After a few seconds the table goes flat again.
Shaiya smiles, �Precisely what I was trying to achieve.�
^Lilly^ blinks, �Okay, who�s there??�
Tewyn looks over to Shaiya, �Well, thank you...but it�s really not necessary...I�m used to just dealing with the pain.�
Tabris: �All right�� Tabris sighs as some of the pain is relieved from his shoulder. �Now, what do I do?�
Luna_Faline puts on some gloves then pats Claron�s tummy, �Whenever your ready.� I take my place to help.
Vin_Da_DM: Lilly hears no reply except for the constant humming of Ettik�s engines.
Luna_Faline: �You do what ever she says, Claron is the boss.� I tell Tab.
Claron looks at Luna then smiles at Tab, �Like in the old days.�
Tabris: �Heh, last I recall you got demoted, Babe.� Tabris smirks at Claron then nods to Luna with a short, �Okay.�
Luna_Faline prays to the Goddess for peace, and health for the family.
Claron then looks back at Luna. �Water broke while we battled the spiders.�
Luna_Faline: �You�ll want to push whenever you feel like it, I�m ready for them.�
Luna_Faline looks around the room while I wait for Claron to begin.
Claron nods at Luna her as she tightens her grip on Tabris� hand.
Tabris: Holding Claron�s hand Tabris looks at her with a smile, �Twins, eh? I�ve never seen just one, let alone two.�
^Lilly^ getting even more worried now that there was no response. �Alright, I know someone�s there...who is it!�
Shaiya: �I have no doubts that you are, Tewyn...but why should you deal with it alone...when I can help you.�
Vin_Da_DM: Lilly continues to hear nothing but the thrum of the engines.
Luna_Faline sees a storage room and wonders what is there.
Claron smirks at Tabris... �How quickly you forget Savannah�s twins.�
Vin_Da_DM: Luna notices the glass-doored storage room has a faint blue glow coming from inside.
Tewyn: �Well, I guess you have a point,� lays back.. �Okay, I�ll let you help.�
Claron starts making a �hehe� sound as the next wave of pain overwhelms her.
Tabris: �Well, I wasn�t there when Mom had �em.� Tabris shrugs and places his other hand on Claron�s hand.
Luna_Faline knowing Claron is not close to ready, I wander to the storage room. �Eclipse?� I purr as I enter.
^Lilly^ annoyed, sits down and opens the book looking through it to find where she left off. Continuing it, she sits there writing for what felt like hours.
Shaiya smiles as she allows her cooling fingers to massage ever so gently along Tewyn�s body.
Vin_Da_DM: The door slides open, to either side are tanks of blue-green liquid. The blue eyed cyborg is floating in one of them, small organic-looking crabs fixing the hole in his leg. The other tank is empty save for several chips of Alexei�s armor on the bottom.
Shaiya speaks softly as she massages Tewyn. �So, have you known your friends for a very long time?�
Luna_Faline places a paw on the tank. �Eclipse?� I ask softly.
Tewyn: �Yes, we have been together for a while.�
Vin_Da_DM: Eclipse blinks at Luna and moves his head. Turning his gaze toward the door he motions his head that way.
Luna_Faline nods to Eclipse then goes back to Claron. �You ready to push yet?� I ask her soothingly.
Shaiya: �What happened to your blonde haired lady? The one you dream about every night.�
Claron looks at Luna, begins to shake her head...�No!� then it becomes a �Yes!� as she tries pulling herself up to bear down....
Tewyn: �I�m not sure...they haven�t told me what all happened when I was separated from them.�
^Lilly^ looking around she notices just how alone she is...�Um...God, I hate when it gets like this..�
Shaiya: �I see... appears there was more than one of her.�
Luna_Faline nods and motions Tab to help her sit up some. �Come on, girl, you can do it.� I purr.
Vin_Da_DM: As Lilly looks around the room she begins to make out a near-silent humming along with the engine thrums.
Claron: Listening to the sound of Luna�s voice holds her breath as she pushes.
Tewyn: �I guess...they just haven�t told me much.�
Tabris helps Claron to sit up then continues to watch her with a look of anxiety.
Luna_Faline keeps purring ancient chants of the Goddess to soothe Claron.
Shaiya whispers ever so softly, �She loved you with a passion.�
^Lilly^ sits there silent but acting like she doesn�t hear anything she continues writing and listening trying to make it out.
Tewyn: �And how do you know that?�
Vin_Da_DM: The humming is very faint but Lilly barely notices it changing pitch, almost as if it�s humming a song.
Claron stops pushing then the next wave hits her, she takes a deep breath once again to push...when she feels a foreign pressure down below.
Shaiya: �I know many things, Drow.�
Luna_Faline purrs, �I see a head, keep pushing, your almost there.�
Claron grunts as she continues to push�
Vin_Da_DM: �Only one head? There�s supposed to be two, right?� Tabris looks at Luna with concern.
Luna_Faline: �One at a time Tabris.� I purrsigh.
Tewyn: �Seems you do.�
Claron continues to push as Luna tucks the shoulder of the first baby as it slides out.
Tabris� eyes open wide as he looks towards the baby, �It looks okay, is it okay?�
Tewyn closes his eyes. �So care to fill me in?�
^Lilly^ hums to herself...
Luna_Faline catches the slippery little baby and places it in the incubator that appears. Rubbing it off with the available towels, �1,2.....10, and 10, and 1...� I wrap it up and look at Tabris. �You have a son.�
Claron lays back catching her breath waiting to hear the sound of the baby crying....
Shaiya smiles, �I can not mess with the Fates�is not my place to tell you what is to come.�
Tabris: �A son, that�s great! Where�s the second one? Is there a problem?� Tabris looks at the boy then back at Claron and Luna.
Luna_Faline pats the little boy as he begins to coo loudly. �He�s a happy one.�
Vin_Da_DM: Luna notices the boy�s eyes are the same color as Claron�s.
Claron: A tear slides down Claron�s cheek as she looks at Tab, �Help me up again�� as the next wave of pain hits.
Luna_Faline turns back to Claron. �Tabris, that took a lot of work for her. She needs to rest until she�s ready.�
Tabris: �All right, resting and up,� Tabris nods to Luna and Claron then begins to help Claron up while his gaze moves towards the boy.
Claron takes a deep breath and begins to push again.
Luna_Faline: �He�s not going anywhere.� I purr as I hum the chants again.
Vin_Da_DM: Lilly notices the faint tune begins to try to imitate her.
Claron feels the baby slide gently into position as she lets out the breath she was holding, taking another breath she bears down once again as Luna tucks the shoulder.
^Lilly^ stands up she grins as she changes her tune.
Luna_Faline: The baby slips right out into my waiting paws. �There she is, easier than bubba.� I purr as I place her in the waiting incubator and start cleaning her up.
Shaiya stops for a second...�The male child has arrived.�
Vin_Da_DM: The faint hum dissipates for a moment, then slowly comes back into hearing humming a bass version of Lilly�s tune.
Claron laying back down exhausted looks over at her son then glances at her daughter.
Tewyn: �Well, that�s good.�
Shaiya: �His sister has arrived, also.�
Tabris: �A boy and girl...man it�s really them, isn�t it?� Tabris places a hand on Claron�s shoulder as he moves towards the kids.
Luna_Faline placing a paw over each child�s head, �O�Goddess, blessed be your children. Keep them in your safe and loving arms. May they grow healthy and strong to prosper in your light. Amen.�
Luna_Faline motions to Tabris to take his son as I pick up the girl and move to Claron with her.
Vin_Da_DM: Luna feels a faint breeze touch her mind from both children, a similar feeling as the others of the group.
Luna_Faline looks down at the girl and smiles as I hand her to Claron. �Here is your mother, who loves you well.�
Vin_Da_DM: Luna sees that the girl�s eyes are bright gold like Tab�s.
Claron smiles softly, then wishes Clarice could have been apart of this as she takes her daughter and sees a remarkable resemblance of Clarice in the baby girl.
^Lilly^ giggles as she starts humming the Macarena.
Tabris holds his son carefully and looks at him smiling, �Ain�t you just the cutest little kid.�
Claron looks over at Tab. �And what shall we call our wee ones?�
Luna_Faline: As Claron takes the girl I move to Tabris and look at the boy. �You have a lot to live up to older brother. But I know you will do well.�
Tabris: �I�m not sure�� Looking at the boy he smiles again and touches the baby�s cheek, �I think I�ll call this little guy Stryder, after an old friend of mine.�
Luna_Faline moves silently back to the sink to give them a moment of privacy.
Vin_Da_DM: The faint hum goes silent for Lilly and she�s left with the engine thrum.
^Lilly^ sighs, �Figures��
Claron smiles, �Stryder Maxwell DuVallis.�
Luna_Faline ears twitch slightly at the sound of Maxwell. I stand with my back to them smiling.
Claron looks at Tabris. �Maxwell, after my dear Uncle.�
Tabris: Looking at the boy he holds him up and nods, �That�s your name, hope you like it.�
Tabris: �What about our beautiful little girl?� Moving over to Claron he holds Stryder down near his sister.
Claron looks at Tab. �Clarissa Penance DuVallis.�
^Lilly^ looks back at her notebook. �Hmm, almost to the end. Might have to get another one soon�and I think someone�s been reading it.�
Luna_Faline nods silently, �it�s done� and turns back to Claron with a bowl and towels. �Okay, Daddy, I need to clean her up.�
Tabris: �All right, come over here kids, Auntie Luna has to help Mommy.� Picking up Clarissa and Stryder he holds them carefully in each arm.
Claron looks at Tab. �We will be right here...ain�t going anywhere.�
Luna_Faline: �You did good.� I purr softly to Claron as I clean her up quickly. �They�re going to be mighty Warriors one day.�
Claron lies back smiling, �Like I had much choice in the matter...and thanks, you and Tab made it easier.�
Luna_Faline shakes my head a little, �I just played catch.� I purr softly.
Tabris: �Well, you caught some good bundles of joy.� Tabris smiles at Luna, then goes back to watching the twins.
Claron: �I knew he would be a natural when it came to being Daddy,� chuckling softly.
Luna_Faline helping Claron settle on a clean, softer bed, with a clean gown on. I tuck a blanket around her, �We are finished here, I do believe they are hungry and you need to rest.�
^Lilly^ thinks and starts humming the �Hymn of the Fayth� softly.
Vin_Da_DM: The com system in the ship hums to life as Alexei�s voice speaks, �We are approaching the hyperspace hub in Sigma Prime, someone please meet me on the bridge.�
Luna_Faline: �I�ll leave the new family alone now.� I motion the med bed away with my paw as I walk by it.
Claron nods then looks at Tab��You ARE going to hand them over so I can feed them I hope, dear?�
^Lilly^ quite bored she decides to head to the bridge. �What do you need?� she asks looking up at Alexei as she walks in.
Tabris: �Oh, right, of course!� Tabris nods and then hands both of the kids over to Claron.
Shaiya stops for a second, �Seems Alexei has need of someone on the bridge...you feel up to it, Tewyn?�
Luna_Faline leaves the med bay and closes the door behind me to give them privacy. I look around the new ship, sniff the air and then follow Alexei�s scent to the bridge.
Tewyn: �Nope, I�ll stay right here.�
Claron does what comes natural as each child begins to suckle on her breasts�
Vin_Da_DM: Lilly notices several black scorch marks on the walls in the hallway outside the bridge, inside Alexei is standing at the holographic control panel. A long tube coming from the ceiling is connecting to the back of his neck.
Vin_Da_DM: �Ahh, yes...I�m going to dock with the hub. I will need to know where you plan to go next before we leave.� Alexei states.
Shaiya: �I suppose you have earned that right, Tewyn,� as she walks out of the door and heads for the bridge�
Luna_Faline: �We go where the Goddess leads us.� I purr as I enter the bridge quietly.
^Lilly^ looks behind her and notices Luna. �How did it go? Is she ok?�
Shaiya stands back behind ^Lilly^ and Luna. �Yes, I am sure she will send us where we are most needed.�
Luna_Faline: �All is well with the family,� I tell Lilly. Feeling that more information should come from the father.
Vin_Da_DM: Turning his head Alexei looks at Lilly and Luna. On the wall monitor you can see a nebula with the hyperspace gate behind the ship and ahead is what appears to be a large floating tin-can with several docking arms.
Vin_Da_DM: �Well, when your �goddess� tells you a location, please let Ettik and I know.�
Shaiya : �You will be the first to know.�
^Lilly^ smiles, �I�m sure that can be arranged,� starts to ask a question but changes her mind. �So, is that all you needed?�
Tabris leans back on the other medical bed and watches Claron with the kids, �Hard to believe they�re here after so long��
Luna_Faline studies Alexei for a moment, �I think we should stay with you for a bit. The family needs to rest.�
Vin_Da_DM: �Understandable�� Looking at Lilly Alexei tilts his head, �Something you wanted to ask?�
Claron: �Hmmm, not so long when you consider they had accelerated development.�
^Lilly^: �Yeah, but it can wait. Its not really that important.�
Vin_Da_DM: �We have the time, you may ask.� Alexei turns his gaze to the station ahead and presses several of the controls as Ettik lines up to dock.
Claron: �They are beautiful!!!� Claron�s eyes beam proudly.
^Lilly^ looks around. �Well, actually kinda had a couple...was wondering if there was anyone on this ship besides you for one?...�
Tabris: �Yes, yes they are. And they grow up to be big and strong just like their Mom.� Tabris smiles at Claron.
Claron giggles, �...and their Dad.�
Vin_Da_DM: �You and your friends are the only other passengers. I am the only crew, if that is what you were wondering.� Alexei replies.
^Lilly^: �And my second was...if you had ever noticed any weird humming sounds around the ship?�
Claron settles her head back against the pillow and closes her eyes...
Vin_Da_DM: Chuckling Alexei presses another button combination. �Has Ettik been singing again?� Ettik tilts sideways and you hear and see the dock seal attach to the Ettik�s forward side section.
^Lilly^: �Ettik? Singing?...Well, it was mimicking my humming��
Vin_Da_DM: Looking at Lilly the tube disconnects and snakes back into the ceiling. �Ettik likes it when other people sing, but does it plenty without.� Alexei nods and looks at the console.
^Lilly^: �Oh, ok��
Vin_Da_DM: �Well, we�re docked. You may go aboard the hub if you like...but stay away from the Primers, they�re rich, powerful and very unfriendly.� Alexei pats Lilly on the shoulder then exits the bridge.
Shaiya: �Well, if you will excuse me...I think I will return back to my cabin.�
^Lilly^ watches Alexei as he pats her and then walks out.
Luna_Faline leaves the bridge looking for the galley, follows my nose....
^Lilly^: Remembering she left her notebook in the galley again she heads back in that direction to try and retrieve it.
Vin_Da_DM: Luna exits the bridge lift and smells food from the lift on the lower platform that Lilly takes downward.
^Lilly^ enters the galley and sees her notebook. �There we go...I gotta remember to stop leaving this around...someone might read it�and then what would they think of me.�
Tabris watches Claron and the children, �My beautiful family�� His voice is low as he simply sits and watches.
Vin_Da_DM: Along with the new life aboard the ship are new questions. Where will destiny lead you next? What sort of weapon was RD talking about? And just what is the Ettik? Each of you can feel a dark storm coming, as a faint whisper in your passing thoughts.
