Vin_Da_DM: Last time on Warriors of Destiny: Having spent the night in Shaiya�s penthouse the group awoke to realize that Luna had been kidnapped. When a suitcase of clothing with a holo-disc arrived the group learned that Luna had been taken to Akkaraught Station by the mysterious RD, Raisha Dumerris, and that she was developing some sort of �weapon� there.
Vin_Da_DM: Changing into their new clothing the group headed off to the city�s transit hub to find transport to the station. There they were directed to Bay 7 where they met Alexei Petrov, pilot of the living ship Gul-Qian Ettik. Boarding the vessel they were shown around briefly and told it would take one day�s time to hyper-jump to Akkaraught.
Vin_Da_DM: We rejoin the group on the final approach to the Akkaraught Jump Gate.
Vin_Da_DM: $ Start
Vin_Da_DM: Ettik�s com system crackles to life and Alexei�s Russian accented English sounds, �We�re nearing the Akkaraught Jump Gate. Passengers please report to the bridge.�
^Lilly^ stretches and writes in her notebook some more.
Tewyn: �Well, guess that�s us.� Exits his room and heads toward the lift gate.
Claron lies back on the bed and watches her tummy ripple from the movement of the twins.
Tabris stands next to the window looking out at the yellow blaze of hyperspace. Turning his head to the com he nods, �Looks like he wants us on the bridge. Think we should ask him why he doesn�t remember us?�
Shaiya opens the door to her room and heads for the bridge.
Claron sits up and scoots awkwardly off the bed, �Its odd, maybe there is some logical explanation...couldn�t hurt to ask him I guess.�
Vin_Da_DM: Tewyn finds the bridge lift waiting at the platform. The ambient thrum of the engines seems to resonate around the ship.
Tewyn looks around for the others, �Hmm, guess they are late�� heads up to the bridge.
Claron starts for the door��Hope you remember how to get back to the bridge, dear.�
Tabris: Turning Tabris head across the cabin to Claron�s side, �Yea, it�s in that big room with the curvy floor, top lift he said.�
Vin_Da_DM: The lift lets Tewyn off in a small corridor. Two doors to either side read �fire control system�. A large set of double doors sits opposite the lift.
Claron grabs a hold of Tabris� hand as they walk towards the lift.
Tewyn walks over and enters the double doors.
Shaiya enters the bridge, stands back looking out the view port.
^Lilly^ closes her notebook and stretches. Getting up and walking to the bridge she enters and looks at everyone.
Vin_Da_DM: The lift quietly lowers to the central chamber. The main room of the bridge consists of two chairs and consoles to the sides, in the center Alexei is standing in front of a holographic control panel. Tewyn notices that save the doorway the entire wall is a view screen showing a near 360 view.
Vin_Da_DM: As the rest of the group files into the bridge Alexei nods, �Good, you�re here. There are several docking ports to the station with direct access to different sections. Is there somewhere in particular you�d like Ettik to dock?�
Tewyn: �You get surround sound with this, too?�
Tabris eyes the view screen and the rest of the group then holds Claron�s hand, kissing her on the cheek again.
Shaiya replies to Alexei, �The central section would work best for us.�
Claron smiles as Tabris kisses her cheek.
Vin_Da_DM: Nodding Alexei presses a control as the console in front of him beeps. On the view screen you see a brilliant flash of color ahead as the vortex opens into normal space. As the Ettik slides out you see the massive station ahead and two sleek white ships hovering between Ettik and the station.
Vin_Da_DM: Suddenly the view screen ripples in the center as two green scanner targets appear around the two white ships, �Looks like we�ve got company...damn, they�re charging weapons.�
^Lilly^: �Oooo, goody!�
Claron: �Great! Just what we need!�
Vin_Da_DM: Without looking back Alexei motions at Tewyn and Lilly, �You two, go to the fire control rooms just back there in the hall.�
^Lilly^ glances at Tewyn and then heads to the fire control room. �And then what are we supposed to do?�
Tewyn: �Sure thing, tin man.� Exits the bridge.
Tewyn: �Guess we will find out...I�ll take the one on the left.�
Tabris: �We just got here and people are trying to kill us�� Tabris sighs and looks ahead at the ships, �I�m getting tired of everyone always trying to kill us.�
Tewyn enters the fire control room.
Claron: �Guess they don�t like company.�
Vin_Da_DM: Tewyn and Lilly find the fire controls rooms to be little more than a small control room with a holographic screen. The glass sides of the rooms give a view of a large missile launcher. The screens blink to life with the two ships in the center.
Vin_Da_DM: Glowing buttons reading load, target, and fire appear on the bottom of the screens.
Tewyn: �Oh boy! We get to play shoot �em up!� presses target.
^Lilly^: �You think its just that easy?�
Vin_Da_DM: In the bridge and on the fire control screens the two white ships loose a stream of white bolts at Ettik. The ship rocks slightly with impacts and seems to groan in response.
Vin_Da_DM: Tewyn�s screen flashes a small error then the load button blinks twice.
Tewyn: �Well, to hell with correct order!!� presses load.
Vin_Da_DM: Tewyn notices the missile launcher behind the glass load several sleek organic-looking missiles. The target button then lights up.
^Lilly^ giggles. �Yeah, might help to load the weapons�� Hits load.
Tewyn: �Okay, now you want to cooperate...damn ships!� Presses target.
Vin_Da_DM: As Alexei curses in Russian you see Ettik�s main cannons loose two green bolts at the ships, which dodge them with relative ease but strike a cloaked ship in between the two.
Vin_Da_DM: Lilly�s launcher does the same, the target button blinks at her. On Tewyn�s screen 10 little missile icons appear above the target button. Text above them reads �click to assign�.
Vin_Da_DM: �A cloaked ship...damn it!� Alexei fires the main cannons again, the cloaked ship de-cloaks with the impacts and you can see it is double the size of it�s smaller companions. Two yellow bolts glance off Ettik�s hull.
Tewyn clicks the first missile then clicks on the white ship on the left.
Vin_Da_DM: The icon hovers in a circle around the ship. Another button pops up reading �all target�.
Tabris: �Damn it guys, hurry up back there!� Tabris yells out into the hallway then moves back over to Claron.
Tewyn: �Hmmm, better save some of these.� presses fire.
Vin_Da_DM: The launcher sounds with a �klang� and Tewyn sees the missile on his screen shoot towards the ship and tear one of it�s wings off. The ship returns fire and the Ettik shudders again.
Tewyn assigns the second missile to the same ship and hits fire again.
Claron holds Tabris hand tightly.
Shaiya sways slightly as the ship shudders.
Vin_Da_DM: Alexei presses the holographic console rapidly as the Ettik continues to dodge, it�s massive frame avoid some of the shots but moaning with each that hits. The main cannons manage to shred Tewyn�s target turning it into a floating melted wreck.
Tewyn: �Well, one down...now lets play cowboy!� Chooses the next missile then presses the all target button�then fire.
Vin_Da_DM: The launcher behind the glass sounds off like a machine gun, missiles speeding through the air in a flurry. The second small ship is turned into flying Swiss cheese and the remaining missiles pot-mark the hull of the larger ship.
Tewyn presses load again, �Come on, gimme more!�
Vin_Da_DM: As the main cannon�s damage the larger ship it begins to drift off course, flames issuing from it�s hull. Tewyn�s launcher reloads the missiles and he notices a flash coming from fire control room that Lilly was in.
Vin_Da_DM: On the bridge Claron, Shaiya and Tabris notice a bright flash around them, then find themselves alongside Lilly in a long white corridor.
Tewyn: �Huh?�what the..�?�
Vin_Da_DM: Tewyn hears Alexei from the bridge, �What in the hell.�?!� but it is cut off as the bright flash sends Tewyn as well to the corridor with the group.
Tewyn: �Well, isn�t this just deja vu all over again.�
Claron: �We�re not in Kansas is anymore Toto.� Looks around the white corridor noticing Tabris and Shaiya.
Tabris: �No, we�re not�� Tabris looks around as well, �Did we just get teleported?�
Shaiya: �Bout time you joined us, Drow.�
Tewyn: �We keep going into these damn white lights...one day we ain�t coming back out.�
Vin_Da_DM: Ahead of you the corridor seems to widen and a large circle sits in the floor, noticeable by it�s off-white coloring.
Tewyn: �Well, I think they want us to go over there.�
Shaiya continues to walk down the corridor towards the off white circle.
Tabris shrugs and walks towards the circle as well, looking at it cautiously.
Tewyn follows along.
Vin_Da_DM: As the group approach the circle a hologram springs to life. A model of the station appears and a friendly computer voice speaks, �Welcome to Akkaraught Station. Your ship is located in Private Dock 1.� The images changes and you see the Ettik being forcefully tractored by several more white ships, scorch marks along it�s hull.
Tewyn: �Wonder how sincere that welcome really was?�
Vin_Da_DM: The image cuts out and is replaced by a solid hologram of a woman in red clothing with pink hair. She looks at you with solid red eyes and smiles.
Tewyn: �Well, aren�t you just a pretty little girl.�
Vin_Da_DM: �My what lovely Warriors. I�m glad to see you made it here safely, I�ve heard you lost something.� She giggles sadistically and steps aside, behind her you can see Luna behind a force field with two rather ugly-looking cyborg creatures guarding her.
Tewyn: �Well, damn! Did you have to show us those ugly things, cutie?�
Vin_Da_DM: �But of course. I wanted you to know your pretty little kitten is safe.� Luna and the guards fade from the hologram and RD smiles at you. �I forget my manners. I am Raisha Dumerris, welcome to my little playground.�
Vin_Da_DM: The corridor ahead of you opens and reveals two more of the cyborg creatures that stride into the room and stand to either side of the doorway. The large guns on their back look quite deadly.
Tewyn: �Playground, huh?...And what will you have us playing today?...Please tell me its pokey-pokey�that�s my favorite.�
Claron giggles, �I don�t think she has the same kind of pokey-pokey in mind that you do, Tewyn.�
Tewyn: �Yea, it figures, cause I be damned if I�m pokey-pokeying with those two over there.�
Vin_Da_DM: �The game is quite simple and if you win. Your lovely kitten is free. Now, shall we explain the rules?� RD�s hologram walks in place till a chair and desk come into view. Both seem to be made from human flesh and machinery, RD caresses the desk and picks up a roll of dried skin.
Tabris: �Man...that�s gross.� Tabris cringes at the furniture, then looks at Claron, �Least she ain�t talking backwards.�
Tewyn: �Yes, give us these rules, so we can start kicking your ass.�
Vin_Da_DM: Holding it forward she waits for you to grab it. �Come now. If you take to long, your pretty little kitten may lose a few pounds.� RD smirks and caresses a long blood soaked stiletto at her side.
Tewyn takes the item.
Vin_Da_DM: The roll of skin seems to materialize as it handed over. On it is drawn a detailed map of the central corridor. Several ring corridors with large rooms circle a center chamber with an �X�. The writing smells of dry blood.
Tewyn: �Jumping through rings...cute.�
Vin_Da_DM: �There are two hundred thousand people on this station. There are nine doors that block your path to my inner sanctum. Each will be unlocked and opened after it�s protectors are defeated. Any attempt to open the door before this is done will result in a bomb going off on the station, killing those innocent people.�
Vin_Da_DM: �Each door that is opened after it�s protectors are defeated, one bomb will be disarmed. If more than half the bombs go off, your little kitten loses the game.�
Tewyn: �Nine against five...we like those odds.�
Vin_Da_DM: RD turns and blows a kiss towards Luna out of view, you hear Luna�s muffled growling. �Feisty little kitten,� She turns around to you again. �Each door will be guarded by progressively harder enemies. Ahead of you is the first chamber, good luck, my dear sweet Warriors.�
Vin_Da_DM: �And before I go�� RD looks at Claron with a large grin, �Try not to get the children killed. M�lord Daegriss has use of them.�
Claron gasps, then looks at Tabris with fear in her eyes.
Tabris: �You dirty little bitch!� Tabris reaches forward to hit the hologram that fades out giggling sadistically.
Vin_Da_DM: The two cyborg creatures in the room glance toward the doorway and growl at you.
Tewyn: �Yea, yea, we�re going.�
Shaiya looks at the other Warriors. �If we are going to save your friend, then we best get moving.�
Tewyn walks past the creatures and growls back.
Tabris: �Stick close to me, Babe, I�ll make sure they don�t get you.� Tabris holds his arm around Claron and looks at her.
Claron: �I suppose these two ugly things are first protectors to battle?� staring at the two cyborgs.
Tabris: �Let�s just follow Tewyn. I don�t think these ones are after us�� Tabris looks at the two creatures wearily as he leads Claron towards the door.
Claron watches as Tewyn walks past them, �Maybe not then�� walking past them with Tabris.
Shaiya walks behind the other Warriors...
Vin_Da_DM: Lilly follows the rest of the group to the door.
Tewyn checks the map as the others follow behind him.
Vin_Da_DM: As you enter the next room it lights up and the door closes behind you, becoming seamless with the walls. The room is large rectangle with a domed ceiling. On the ceiling are several view screens showing a orange-armored cyborg standing in a crowded section of the station.
Vin_Da_DM: Ahead of you is a visible set of double doors. RD�s voice plays over a com system, �Welcome to the first challenge, brave Warriors.�
Tewyn: �Well, lets get the first one out of the way.� Pushes through the double doors.
Vin_Da_DM: On the view screen above you see the cyborg activate a panel on it�s chest. It explodes and from several different angles you see the resulting carnage. A deep chuckle sounds as a group of five similar looking Cyborgs walk through the walls into the room.
Vin_Da_DM: Drawing long sharp-metal poles they lunge towards the group.
Claron: �FUCK!�
Shaiya looks at the five cyborgs, concentrates on them, increasing heat, forcing them to melt into a pile of molten goo.
Tabris pushes himself in front of Claron and narrowly deflects the blows from two of the cyborgs with an obsidian sword.
Vin_Da_DM: Shaiya manages to kill one with her powers, it slumps to the side smoking from several melting spots.
Shaiya: �One down, four to go,� sending ice shards at another one.
Claron concentrates on the minute particles of another one trying to make it turn inside out.
Vin_Da_DM: One of the cyborgs swings at Lilly, but she manages to dodge and plant her dagger in it�s side. It staggers back and swings again...only to be impaled by Shaiya�s ice shards.
Vin_Da_DM: One of the cyborgs swinging at Claron stops moving as it�s armor plating begins twisting, seeing this Tabris arcs his blade and lops off it�s head.
Vin_Da_DM: The cyborg attacking Tewyn misses with his first swing, then brings the pole around trying to stab him.
Tewyn moves to the left then drives a shoulder into the cyborg.
Vin_Da_DM: Tewyn�s attack stuns the cyborg causing it to drop the pole. Narrowing it�s gaze it plants a fist into Tewyn�s side then backups up for a kick.
Shaiya fires more ice shards at the other cyborg in rapid succession.
Tewyn falls to a knee, grabs the pole and sweeps the cyborg.
Vin_Da_DM: As Tabris slices at the cyborg near him it is impaled by a few of Shaiya�s shards. It keens backwards falling next to Lilly who drives her dagger into it�s neck.
Vin_Da_DM: Tewyn�s cyborg falls to the ground with a thud, spinning slightly it hops to it�s feet rather quickly.
Tewyn twirls the pole and smiles at the cyborg.
Vin_Da_DM: The cyborg lunges forward with another kick.
Tewyn falls to my back driving the pole upward.
Vin_Da_DM: As the cyborg sends a fist at Tewyn it is quickly impaled. Grabbing the pole it falls backwards, dead. Around the room the bodies of the dead cyborgs sink into the floor. The double doors slide casually open revealing a corridor arcing to the right.
Shaiya heads for the doors.
Tewyn holds his side. �Damn, he might of bruised me.�
Tabris: Dusting his hands Tabris looks ahead, �Well, that was easy and she said it�s getters harder.�
Tewyn heads through the door.
Claron places her hands on her tummy�then nudges Tabris towards the door.
Claron starts for the door, �I want out of here!�
Vin_Da_DM: As the group passes through the doorway the corridor seems to fast forward and you are deposited at the end of another rectangular room with domed ceiling and view screens showing a cyborg in a different crowded section of the station. In front of the doors sit two of the cyborg-creatures and four of the cyborg-men.
Claron: �She sure isn�t making this easy by having all these damn guards for each set of doors.� Concentrates on turning the insides out of one of the cyborgs.
Shaiya sets one of the cyborgs on fire then raises her hand to fire ice shards at another.
Vin_Da_DM: One of the cyborgs steps forward as it�s chest caves in on itself. It squeals mechanically and falls over dead. The remaining cyborgs spread out, the two dog-like cyborgs fire their cannons at the group
Tewyn runs towards the dogs and tries to jump on ones back.
Vin_Da_DM: The cyborg on fire lets out a dry ice-like cloud that puts out the fire, while another catches an ice shard in the shoulder. Bearing a pole he stabs at Shaiya.
Claron concentrates on the canon firing dudes� cannons trying to turn them inside out.
Tabris jumps in front of Claron, his obsidian shield manages to catch the cannon fire, but blows Tabris against the wall.
Shaiya looks at the cyborg than begins to chant smiles as she watches as she tries to freeze the cyborg in place.
Vin_Da_DM: The dog-cyborg Tewyn jumps on rolls to it�s side smashing Tewyn against the flooring. The other dog-cyborg�s cannon backfires from Claron�s power, causing it to slump down, a small crater blown into it�s back.
^Lilly^ throws a dagger at the dog cyborg after it knocks Tewyn to the flooring.
Vin_Da_DM: Lilly�s dagger is knocked aside by one of the cyborg men. He twirls his sharp pole and swings at Lilly.
^Lilly^ ducks out of the way and flings an arrow at him. �Take that!�
Tewyn hangs on to the creature trying to twist its cannon toward the cyborg men.
Vin_Da_DM: The arrow catches the cyborg in the side and it hisses at Lilly, backhanding her before pulling the arrow out.
Tewyn bangs on the creatures head, �FIRE! You damn son of a bitch!!�
^Lilly^ falls backwards landing on her feet. �That wasn�t very nice.�
Shaiya dodges.
Vin_Da_DM: The cyborg-dog runs towards the wall and turns to the side attempting to bash Tewyn against the wall.
Tewyn lets go and rolls out from under the dog right before it hits the wall.
Tabris: Getting to his feet Tabris snarls and runs at one of the cyborg men, tackling him he starts cutting it�s limbs off.
^Lilly^ grabs three more arrows and shoots them at the cyborg. �And that, and that, and THAT!!!�
Vin_Da_DM: Shaiya�s cyborg draws back his pole but finds his arm frozen in place. Glaring at Shaiya it completely solidifies and remains motionless.
Vin_Da_DM: The dog pounds against the wall then turns towards Tewyn, loosing a few cannon shots. A stray one manages to shatter Shaiya�s frozen cyborg.
Shaiya: �That�s right, finish your own off for me.�
Tewyn staggers to his feet coughing up small amount of blood. �BAD DOGGIE!�
Vin_Da_DM: Lilly�s shots sink into the cyborg and it staggers back, but continues advancing.
Vin_Da_DM: The creature snarls at Tewyn when it�s gun clicks, then bears fangs and charges at him.
^Lilly^: �Sure.�
Tewyn: �That�s right come on, come and get me!� drawing his long sword.
Vin_Da_DM: Approaching Tewyn it leaps in an attempt to bite one of his legs.
Tewyn drops to a knee and swings two handed in a horizontal slash.
^Lilly^ eyes the cyborg, �What? Afraid your gonna get hurt by a lil elf?�
Tabris turns from his spot over the dead cyborg, lowering his gaze he throws his obsidian sword...which impales the cyborg in front of Lilly, splattering blood on her as it falls against the wall.
^Lilly^ looks at Tabris disgusted and half joking, �Thanks.�
Vin_Da_DM: The cyborg-dog�s bite catches the blade which severs the top half of it�s head off. With a dying whimper it falls to the floor. The bodies sink into the floor, leaving your weapons lying on the floor.
Vin_Da_DM: On the view screen above the cyborg in the crowd teleports away as the doors slide open. RD�s voice sounds, �Bravo, bravo. Third time�s a charm, they say.�
Shaiya goes through the doors.
Tewyn coughs going through the doors, wiping his hand on his clothing to hide the blood.
Claron grabs Tabris� hand as they walk through the doors.
^Lilly^ looks around as the doors open and follows the group through the doors and uses her hand to wipe the blood off of her face and arms as best she can.
Tabris: Shaking his head Tabris rubs the blood from his lip. �Damn things, made me bite my lip.�
Vin_Da_DM: The next corridor flies by, leaving you in the next room. Everything is the same except for the enemy in front of the door is now four of the dogs.
^Lilly^ rolls her eyes...
^Lilly^: �Ohhh, gooddy!�
Claron instantly uses her gravity control to invert one of the cyborgs inside out.
Vin_Da_DM: �Like my playground so far, Warriors? Hehehe...my sweet pets are hungry.� RD�s voice giggles over the com again.
^Lilly^ looks at all the dogs. �So, who wants a taste of the lil elf?�
Vin_Da_DM: Claron finds herself feeling the light drain from her powers as one of the dogs jerks randomly before simply lying down and apparently shutting off.
Vin_Da_DM: The remaining dogs howl and begin charging at you.
^Lilly^ runs over closer to where Claron is standing.
Shaiya looks at another one of the warrior cyborg dogs, begins to chant. �Insummnodisdrado,� casts a spell on the cyborg that causes him to attack his own guards and not the Warriors.
Tabris draws his blade and intercepts the dog charging toward him and Claron. It bites into his shoulder as he plants his blade into it�s neck repeatedly.
Vin_Da_DM: Shaiya�s spell effects the dog, causing it to turn it�s head and begin snarling at the other dogs, though it doesn�t move.
Claron feels her power draining and lets out cry as Tabris gets bit.
^Lilly^ has a dagger at ready watching the dogs waiting for their response.
Vin_Da_DM: The last dog glances between Tewyn and Lilly. Sniffing, it eyes Tewyn and howls again.
^Lilly^ watches the dog closely whispering, �Come on, make your move.�
Tewyn: �Yea, come and get it.�
Vin_Da_DM: The dog�s cannon swivels to point at Lilly as it jumps at Tewyn. It shoots at Lilly and bites at Tewyn.
Shaiya sends ice shards into one of the dogs.
Tabris: As Tabris shrugs the dead cyborg-dog off him he clutches his bleeding shoulder.
^Lilly^ jumps to the right out of the way of the cannon and shoots two arrows at the dog.
Tewyn jumps out of the way.
Vin_Da_DM: The idle cyber-dog quickly becomes a porcupine from the ice shards, it whimpers and totters to it�s side.
Claron goes over to Tabris and lays her hand on his bleeding wound.
Vin_Da_DM: As Tewyn dodges Lilly�s arrows are sent down the gaping maw of the cyber dog. It lands on the floor and looks oddly at Lilly before puking up one if it�s internal organs pierced by the arrows and dies.
Tabris cringes from the pain he looks at Claron, �Excuse me, Babe�� He tears off a section of her jacket and wraps his shoulder.
^Lilly^ looks down at the dog disgusted. �That was just plain nasty.�
Claron realizes that she must not have healing hands anymore.
Vin_Da_DM: As the body�s disappear and the cyborg on the view screen does. The doors open once again, the next room of the gauntlet waiting for you.
^Lilly^ looks at Claron and Tabris, �You guys set to move on?�
Shaiya glides gracefully through the doors.
Claron watches Tabris as he bandages his wound then offers him her hand.
Tabris: �Yea...I�ll live.� Tabris scowls at his make-shift bandage as he and Claron head for the next door.
Tewyn heads through the door.
^Lilly^ walks in after Claron and Tabris and eyes Tewyn. �You coming, Elf?�
^Lilly^ notices him walk by and mumbles, �Never mind.�
Vin_Da_DM: Another door, another fast-forward ride to the next room. In this room a set of seven cyborg men stand looking at you. Each aiming a shotgun toward the group. In the rear of the group you notice the seventh cyborg has sky-blue eyes as he winks at you.
Claron whispers to Tabris, �I have seen those eyes before.�
Vin_Da_DM: The cyborg in the back manages to behead two of the cyborgs with his shotgun before they realize and begin to open fire at him and the group.
^Lilly^ notices the sky blue eyes and whispers something... �Ecl-?�
Claron ducks down tossing her steel boomerang at one of the guards trying to knock his gun out of his hand...
^Lilly^ grabs one of her daggers and throws it at a cyborg next to the one with sky-blue eyes.
Vin_Da_DM: The friendly cyborg dodges some of the shotgun shots before morphing into a black cat and spearing one of the cyborgs with shadowy tendrils. �Shoot my friends will you!�
Claron screams out for the blued eyed one to toss one of the shotguns to her.
Vin_Da_DM: Claron�s boomerang manages to hit one of the cyborgs� shotguns loose, it spins onto the floor as the cyborg eyes Claron.
Vin_Da_DM: Lilly�s dagger sinks into the already tendril-speared cyborg, giving the killing blow.
Shaiya smiles, throwing ice shards at the gunless cyborg and scooting with one of her feet the dropped shotgun towards Claron.
Tabris hears Claron�s cry and kneels down to grab the shotgun. Picking it up he shoots the gunless cyborg.
Vin_Da_DM: The impaled and bullet filled cyborg falls backwards onto the two headless corpses.
^Lilly^ walks over and pulls her dagger out only to stab a neighboring one with the same dagger.
Vin_Da_DM: Lilly�s dagger sinks into the cyborg�s side but he brings the broad side of his shotgun against her head, knocking her down. Hissing he points the shotgun at her.
Vin_Da_DM: The other cyborg looses shotgun blasts at Eclipse, who manages to dodge them as he looks to Tewyn. �Drow...sword, now!� A tendril flies out from Tewyn�s shadow and motions at him.
^Lilly^ falling to the floor she holds her head staring at the gun. She focuses on the barrel of the gun...and only on that. Causing her to see almost more than one.
Tewyn reaches toward the tendril and grabs the sword and swings it at the cyborg.
Vin_Da_DM: The sword severs the torso of the cyborg from it�s legs. Both parts fall to the floor, bleeding profusely.
^Lilly^: Grabs an arrow and shoves it into the cyborg�s body.
Vin_Da_DM: Lilly�s arrow sinks in and she hears a shotgun blast...and notices the cyborg in front of her slump down on her lap, bowling ball size hole in it�s upper torso.
^Lilly^ backs up real fast (crab walking).
Tabris: �You gotta be more careful, Lil�� Tabris grins at her down the barrel of his smoking shotgun.
^Lilly^ blinks and swallows hard, �Umm, thanks, Tab��
Vin_Da_DM: As the bodies disappear into the floor and the view screens clear again, you notice the doors aren�t opening this time.
^Lilly^ glances at the doors. �You think we reached the end?�
Vin_Da_DM: Eclipse pads across the room and looks at it. Twitching his cat ears he turns to the group. �I was afraid of that...looks like we�re going to have to take a shortcut.�
Claron: �Oh no! The doors aren�t opening!�
Shaiya stands back watching the blue eyed cat.
^Lilly^ glances at Eclipse as she stands up. �Now what?�
Vin_Da_DM: Turning back into the blue-eyed cyborg he picks up his shotgun. �I can get us as far as the ninth chamber, but we�ll have to fight whatever�s there.� Eclipse eyes Shaiya for a moment, then looks at the others. �Everyone gather close.�
^Lilly^ walks up next to him.
Claron moves in closer to Eclipse.
Tewyn gets close.
Shaiya moves in closer nodding her head as she hears a whisper in her mind.
Vin_Da_DM: As you approach Eclipse you notice your shadows begin to blend together to create a large dark spot under you. Eclipse looks down and nods, �Simply let yourself fall,� as he sinks into the shadows.
Claron reaches for Tabris hand as she relaxes and feels them begin to fall.
Shaiya allows herself to fall.
^Lilly^ closes her eyes and just relaxes.
Vin_Da_DM: As the group sinks into the shadows a brief darkness passes before you find yourself on a ledge of a very large two story hall. It appears the same as the other rooms, only three times the size.
Vin_Da_DM: On the ceiling the various monitors show several different cyborgs in different crowded areas. RD�s solid-hologram waves at you from across the room.
Claron has to the urge to flip the bird at RD.
Vin_Da_DM: You then notice two very large spider-bots glancing at you, �You little cheaters! Time to up the stakes....Defeat these or everyone dies!� RD screams at you.
Claron: �I don�t like spiders,� whispers to Tabris as she shudders.
^Lilly^ glares. �DIIIEEEEEE, spiders suck!!!�
Vin_Da_DM: The spider bots clank forward on their four legs. The large cannons mounted on them sprout several mechanic tentacles, each with a barrel at the end. RD blows you a kiss from across the room before vanishing and being replaced by a lone cyborg man.
Vin_Da_DM: �Dear sweet Luna...I�m afraid your friends are going to die and you get to watch.� Raisha grins at Luna behind the force field as the final challenge begins...
^Lilly^ one hand on her dagger, the other on her bow she is ready for anything.��Well, almost everyone.�
