Vin_Da_DM: Previously on Warriors of Destiny: After a day in hyperspace the Ettik and her crew exited into normal space with news of their approach to the border station. Once docked the Serryn inspection team began scanning the ship.
Vin_Da_DM: The group was given public access passes to the station and got to look around the area. During their browsing Lilly happened to noticed a blonde man having trouble with the guards after using her x-ray vision. As she attempted to get down to him, he broke free of the guards and escaped.
Vin_Da_DM: Reaching the third floor of the public access section the young man told Lilly that he needed to see Claron and Tewyn right away before vanishing through a wall. Station security became alerted to the man�s escape and began to lock down the station.
Vin_Da_DM: Orders to detain the Ettik�s crew soon followed and the Warriors ended up having to fight their way off the station. Once onboard the ship they attempted to leave as the station cannons fired on them. The man telekinetically destroyed the cannons allowing escape.
Vin_Da_DM: Appearing before Claron the man said that Clarice was in trouble and that Cain had something to do with it.
Vin_Da_DM: Several hours have passed since the Ettik has entered hyperspace, illegally bound for Krinsarr.
Vin_Da_DM: $ Start
Vin_Da_DM: Finn paces quietly about the galley, continually staring out the window at hyperspace seeming very distracted.
Lilly^: Looking at Luna. �You still wanna go find the others?�
^Vincent^ wanders back into the galley then sits at the table.
Tabris: Sitting next to Claron at a table, Tabris paws at some food on his plate, �So looks like Clarice is alive according to him.�
^Vincent^ looks around then props his legs on the table.
Claron seeing the blonde man in front of her��Oh, my god...Finn!� rushing over to him.
Claron: �I can�t believe its really you, Finn!...Are you absolutely certain that it is Clarice?�
Luna_Faline looks up from the table, dropping my hood back I scratch my left ear. �Yes, the Goddess has seen fit to send you to us,� I purr.
Vin_Da_DM: Finn turns and looks at Claron with a grin, �Well, unless your mother and what was his name, the Guardian are wrong it is. It�s been a long time, Claron.�
Claron: �My mother? What�s she got to do with it?�
^Vincent^ passes out in the chair.
^Lilly^ paces the room kicking absolutely nothing, muttering to herself.
Tabris: �Mother? How come I�ve never heard of your mom, Babe?� Tabris looks over at Claron with a raised brow.
Vin_Da_DM: Eclipse lays back against the ceiling, looking down at the others as they talk.
Luna_Faline watches Lilly pace for a bit. �What is wrong with you?� I ask her.
^Lilly^ turns and faces Luna and then returns to her pacing. �Nothing...don�t worry about it��
Claron looks back at Tabris, �Probably because Granny and Uncle told me my parents were dead, too.� Remembering the disks that were Clarice�s, �She did mention our mother...but...I never knew her��
Luna_Faline turns my back on Lilly, but now sees her reflection pacing in the window.
^Vincent^ snores in his sleep, �Silly rabbit, Trix are for kids.�
Vin_Da_DM: �It�s a long story. To shorten it, your mother has been harboring the real Clarice ever since she first disappeared on us. Few weeks ago this Guardian guy shows up saying that you�re kids are in trouble and that Clarice can help find them.� Finn looks at Claron with a sigh.
^Lilly^ takes of her shoe and throws it at Vincent. �Wake up!�
Vin_Da_DM: Eclipse chuckles as the shoe hits Vincent flat in the face.
Luna_Faline covers my nose and mouth with a paw, �Lilly, put that back on.�
^Vincent^ feels the shoe hitting him in the forehead and knocking him out of the chair. �Daa, what the hell?�
Claron looks stunned, �Our mother...harboring Clarice�this is just too much.�
^Lilly^ laughs inside. �Bull�s-eye.� Turns to Luna, �Its not my feet. its his breath.�
Tabris takes another bite of his food before pushing the plate back and joining Claron near Finn.
^Vincent^ looks at the shoe then at Lilly, �Ya know, for a runt, ya got really big feet!�
Luna_Faline chuckles, �Then he must have been sucking on your toes, for his breath to smell like that.�
Claron: �Where the hell is Tewyn?� I ask Tabris.
^Lilly^ shrugs and returns to her pacing and muttering, ignoring Luna�s comment.
Luna_Faline turns back to Finn, �I hope you can get thru to him. None of us can seem to reach him.�
^Vincent^ gets back into the chair.
Claron: �Maybe he will believe Finn.� Turning back to face Finn, �Tewyn believes she is dead also. He�s been acting very strangely of late.�
^Vincent^ looks around the room, �What�s wrong with the runt?�
Vin_Da_DM: Looking at Claron, Finn closes his eyes for a second, �I might be able to convince him she�s alive, but once we get to Krinsarr we�ve got a lot of work to do.�
Claron: �I still can�t believe its you,� reaching out and touching Finn�s shoulder.
^Lilly^ groans and half shouts, �NOTHING!!!!� Sighs and storms out of the galley.
Tabris: �Haven�t seen you since you went off to help your friends fight a war in that other dimension,� Tabris looks at Finn.
Claron: �Yes, especially if Cain is involved...I OWE him,� exclaims vehemently.
^Vincent^ looks around the room confused by the conversation.
Luna_Faline shakes my head as Lilly storms out. Then looks up at Eclipse, �How do you do that?� I purrumble.
Vin_Da_DM: �Been a few years, but it�s still me,� Finn touches Claron�s hand in return, �I�m not sure what happened, but a mercenary Clarice and I contracted notified me when it did.�
Vin_Da_DM: Eclipse crawls along the ceiling and onto the wall before hopping off the wall and looking at Luna, �Not exactly sure about the science behind it...I simply can.�
Claron listens to Tabris and Finn. �I don�t remember you leaving�� shakes her head slightly.
Luna_Faline: �Wish I could do something like that. All I can do anymore is heal by touch now,� I sigh.
^Lilly^: Wandering around the ship grumbling wanting so bad to kick or hit a wall, but knowing that would hurt Ettik she refrains from it.
Vin_Da_DM: Alexei pauses in the hallway and looks up from a data-pad at Lilly, �Trouble? Everything all right?�
Luna_Faline: �I�m not much help in a fight,� I grumble.
^Vincent^ looks at Luna. �Every team needs a hot medic!� Laughs.
Vin_Da_DM: �Another long story,� Finn sighs and looks back at hyperspace, �Cain wasn�t alone I was told. Not only do we need Tewyn because of Clarice, but there�s an enemy geomancer as well.�
^Lilly^ looks up at Alexei mid-grumble. �Hmm, huh? Oh kinda, but don�t worry about it, doesn�t matter. Nothing matters with me��
Vin_Da_DM: Rolling his eyes at Vincent Eclipse watches Luna, �Everyone has their purpose. A healer is just as needed as a warrior.�
Vin_Da_DM: �If it matters to you, then it matters.� Alexei steps closer to her, smiling lightly at Lilly, �If there�s anything I can do to help?�
Luna_Faline: �Hmmmmm, the team would be better off if I stay on the ship purrhaps. No need to have to rescue me as well as the innocents,� sighing.
Claron: �What!?!� Reaching out for Tabris��I am frightened for our babies.�
^Lilly^: �Can�t do anything to help...for the problem has already happened and unless you can change the past, which you can�t, then you can�t help. Sorry.�
Tabris holds Claron with both arms wrapped around her, �I�m sure they�re alright. They have to be.�
^Vincent^ stands then walks out of the galley with a grin.
Vin_Da_DM: �Don�t say that,� Eclipse places a hand on Luna�s shoulder.
Claron: �What if no one can get through to Tewyn? What will happen then?�
Luna_Faline shakes my head, �Well, it�s true, most of the time I�m just in the way. My last incarnation was blessed with special weapons. This one is just pretty.��
Vin_Da_DM: �They�re fine. It is likely Clarice is being taken to the same place they�re at,� Finn shifts his gaze to Claron and Tabris, �We may not be able to defeat Cain�s lackeys��
^Vincent^ wanders down the hall humming an old tune.
Vin_Da_DM: �If you feel you need a weapon, I might be able to find something for you.� Eclipse looks at Luna curiously.
Claron: �I will DIE trying, if need be!�
Vin_Da_DM: �I can�t change the past, but if there�s a problem with the present�� Alexei studies Lilly for a moment.
Luna_Faline pushes my chair back and moves to the window staring out into hyperspace. �If Cain�s henchmen are more of the same robot guys�� mumbling, �We need some thing to disrupt their energy sources.��
^Vincent^ looks up then realizes he has no idea where he is. He starts to look at the markings on the doors.
Tabris: �I won�t let you die trying, but we can try our best together.� Tabris leans his head on Claron�s shoulder, still holding her.
Vin_Da_DM: Vincent notes that the hallway is mostly spare quarters, the few noted doors are storage or access rooms.
Luna_Faline looks at Eclipse�s reflection in the window. �What kind of weapons can you get a hold of?�
Vin_Da_DM: �They�re not cyborgs this time,� Finn looks over at Luna, then back at Claron. �Once we�ve landed on Krinsarr we need to find the mercenary in Halos immediately. She knows where Clarice was taken.�
^Vincent^ looks into a doorway. �Sweet an empty room,� walks in then takes his jacket and shirt off then lays on the bed. �This is fricking sweet!� Closes his eyes and passes out.
^Lilly^: Shaking her head she sighs. �I�m sorry, I didn�t mean to make it sound like that and well, I don�t think there is anything in the present worth changing.�
Vin_Da_DM: �Then what is bothering you exactly?� Alexei lowers his pad after checking a reading.
^Lilly^ sighs, �It doesn�t matter.�
Luna_Faline: �What is he using this time? Dogs?� I wonder aloud.
Vin_Da_DM: �On short notice, in hyperspace, hmm�� Eclipse rubs his chins for a moment, �I�m not sure. I�ll find out.� Walking over to Luna Eclipse sinks into her shadow.
Luna_Faline shivers a bit as I watch Eclipse disappear into my shadow.
Claron listens to everyone around her as the room begins to feel like it is spinning and the voices all seem to be non stop.
Luna_Faline: �Tabris, get ready to catch,� I say as I see Claron sway in the window.
Vin_Da_DM: Turning the window Finn looks at hyperspace for a short while, �We�re getting closer. I�ll let the merc know we�re coming.�
^Vincent^ bolts straight up from sleep, pale white, sweating he shakes his head then puts his shirt and jacket back on.
^Vincent^ then sits in the bed staring at the wall.
Tabris: �I�ve got her,� Tabris replies to Luna as he looks at Claron, �Deep breaths, Hun, deep breaths.�
Vin_Da_DM: Tilting his head Alexei sighs, �If you say so.� Turning he heads for the central chamber.
Claron tries to stop the light headiness she is feeling, smiles slightly feeling Tabris� arm securely around her waist�then hears his voice and begins to take deep breaths until the room seems right once more...�I think I need to sit down.�
Tabris slides back from Claron and leads her over to a nearby chair.
^Lilly^ watches as he turns and heads in the opposite direction, she shrugs and heads down the hall and notices Vincent staring blankly at a wall. �What�s wrong with you?�
Vin_Da_DM: �Hmm...that�s odd.� Finn raises a brow as he glances around the room, �I�ll return shortly,� Finn goes transparent and phases through the galley window, disappearing from view.
Tabris: �How are we going to get Tewyn here for Finn to convince him?� Tabris sits on the table near Claron.
Luna_Faline places a paw on the window for a moment resting my forehead against the cool glass.
Claron whispers to Tabris, �Whatever is happening to Tewyn�you don�t think he would not help us find our children? Finn makes it sound like there is some urgency in Tewyn being a part of helping Clarice.�
^Vincent^ shakes his head then pounds his fist into his knee...then looks at Lilly with a evil face, �I suggest you leave me alone, runt!�
^Lilly^ smiles, �Ooo, perfect he�s pissed,� she mutters in her head, �Make me.� Walks into the room and eyes him.
Tabris: �I�m not sure anymore. All I know is that if he�s part of the key to getting them back,� Tabris pauses for a moment, �I want to make damn sure we can count on him.�
^Vincent^ stands up grabs her then tosses her to the side and walks off.
Vin_Da_DM: The coms crackle to life as Alexei�s voice follows, �We�re approaching the Krinsarr hyperspace beacon. I�m going to be bringing us in very close to the planet to reduce the orbital tracking stations from spotting us.�
^Lilly^ grabs his arm before he leaves. �Nuh uh.� Pulls him back and throws him on the bed.
Vin_Da_DM: Luna�s shadow ripples for a moment before Eclipse slithers out, holding a swirling black cube in his hand, �Hmm��
^Vincent^ grabs her neck then lifts her off. Then tosses her across the room, then leaves the room.
Luna_Faline turns to Eclipse, �What is that?� I ask in awe.
Claron: �I have a lot of faith and trust in Luna and ^Lilly^. I want to believe that even if Tewyn doesn�t think highly of me, that he would not let our children suffer because of it.�
^Lilly^ stands up and brushes herself off. �Wow, he�s pissed.�
Vin_Da_DM: �It�s the best I could get from the immediate area in the Shadow Realm,� Eclipse touches the box. It unfolds revealing a silver smoke cloud.
Luna_Faline slowly reaches a paw toward the cloud, �How does this work?�
Vin_Da_DM: Finn phases through the ceiling and lands on the floor solidifying. �The merc and another are waiting for us at the landing zone.�
^Lilly^ walks to the door of the room and shakes her head. �That�s gonna be a tough one to get through to�� she shrugs and heads to her room.
Vin_Da_DM: The cloud disappears into Luna�s palm as Eclipse watches, �Not exactly sure, but it�s suppose to be weapon.�
^Vincent^ walks down the hallway then laughs and starts to talk to himself, �Why don�t you leave me alone.�
Vin_Da_DM: The coms buzz again, �I suggest everyone hold on. This exit is going to be a little bumpy.�
Claron looks over at Finn as he appears in the galley once again. Stands up, �If what Kimahri showed me is correct, we need to be in the middle of the city.�
Vin_Da_DM: Hyperspace outside opens and the ship slides into the top cloud layer of Krinsarr. You begin to descend through the clouds and the vast desert stretching to the horizon comes into view.
Luna_Faline looks down at my paw as the cloud goes into it. �Thank you for finding this,� I whisper as I hug Eclipse quickly.
Vin_Da_DM: �No, but that�s where Clarice was when Cain took her,� Finn looks curiously at Claron. �We�ll be landing a ways from the city to be safe.�
^Vincent^ walks into one of the storage rooms and sits in the dark, then laughs in the darkness.
Tabris: �So, who�s this mercenary and other guy anyway?� Tabris looks at Finn after raising his brow, �Anybody we know?�
Claron looks back at Finn...�I didn�t see that��
Luna_Faline lets go of Eclipse, looking at the floor to hide my blush as I step back.
^Lilly^ fixes her hair in the mirror and walks back out of her room to wander around and mumble to Ettik. �Seems your the only one who ever at least somewhat listens to me.� Passing by the storage rooms she hears strange laughter and stops. �Wonder who or what�s in there.�
Vin_Da_DM: Ettik sails across the sand ocean towards a walled city in the distance, with a few clanks the ship slides into the sand, landing. �All right, we�re down.�
^Vincent^ starts to rock back and forth on the crate staring into the darkness of the room.
Vin_Da_DM: Eclipse looks at Luna with a small grin, �You�re welcome. Careful with it, it didn�t come with any manuals and I�ve probably had it for a few...millennia.�
Luna_Faline: �Millennia?� My eyes widening, �Wooow!�
Vin_Da_DM: Finn turns his gaze to the window, spotting two figures heading for the ship. �Looks like they�re here.� Finn phases through the floor and down to the sand below the ship.
Vin_Da_DM: Alexei�s voice comes over the com once more, �Everyone wishing to depart, head to transporter room.�
Luna_Faline: �I�m not even sure how old I am...I seem to lose my sense of time when Mistress changes my form,� I purrumble softly.
Claron looks at Tabris while locking her arm in his, �I am ready to see who they have sent to help us and to find my sister and our children.�
Vin_Da_DM: �Well, it�s just a number anyway. Mine just has a few more zeros on the end than most,� Eclipse shrugs and looks towards the lift.
^Vincent^ stands up then shakes his head and walks out of the room.
Luna_Faline crosses my arms, tucking my paws into my sleeves. �True, shall we go?� I ask moving toward the lift.
^Lilly^ sighing , turns back down her path. �Forget it...we�ve landed anyway.� Walks towards the galley and stands outside listening to what�s going on in there. Hearing Alexei she shrugs debating on whether she could deal with another encounter or if she just needs a break.
Tabris nods to Claron, �Might as well get this party started.�
^Vincent^ heads towards the transporter quietly.
Claron and Tab head for the lift.
^Lilly^: �Just another mission, besides they might need me to slow them down.� She thinks as she gets up and heads to the transporter room.
Vin_Da_DM: As the lift deposits everyone in the central chamber Alexei steps off the bridge lift, �This way if you don�t remember where it is,� Alexei heads down the ramp and into a side hallway.
Vin_Da_DM: �Have fun with the transporter, I�ll meet you guys outside,� Eclipse ducks into a shadow on the wall, disappearing seamlessly into the black.
Claron and Tab follow Alexei.
Vin_Da_DM: Arriving in the transporter room Alexei moves over to the holographic controls, waiting for everyone to get on the teleportation pad.
Luna_Faline watches Eclipse disappear then steps onto the pad. �I�m ready.�
^Vincent^ steps onto the transporter.
^Lilly^ walks onto the transporter.
Vin_Da_DM: �Ahh, almost forgot!� Alexei opens a cabinet set into the wall and removes several one-ear headsets and hands them to Claron, Lilly, Luna and Vincent. �Radio, direct link with the ship if you need us.�
Claron steps onto the pad with Tabris.
Luna_Faline takes the headset and puts it in my ear, �Thanks, Alexei.�
^Vincent^ takes the headset and nods at Alexei.
^Vincent^ puts it on.
Tabris looks at Claron then at the headset, �Good, now we can call for backup if trouble gets out of hand.�
^Lilly^ grabs the headset and puts it on. �Thanks. These might be useful.�
Luna_Faline: �We still don�t have Tewyn.� I mutter.
Claron nods as she takes the headset from Alexei and places it in her ear.
Vin_Da_DM: Alexei nods then begins to punch in a sequence on the controls. �If I find him I�ll send him your way...good luck.� A quick bright flash deposits you on the desert sands below the ship.
Luna_Faline blinks against the brightness of the desert sun, raises my hood up to cover my ears and shade my eyes.
Claron looks at Luna then back at Tab, �Guess the dark elf is telling me exactly how he feels about my sister, our children and me.�
Vin_Da_DM: Finn and Eclipse stand a few yards away with two brown hooded and robed figures. One has a katana strapped on his back.
^Vincent^ looks around and stretches. �Great, a giant cat box!�
^Lilly^ looks up at the ship as she walks around. �So where are we headed?�
^Vincent^ walks towards Eclipse and the others.
Tabris: �Guess we should see who those two are,� Tabris walks over towards Finn and the others.
Luna_Faline moves slowly across the sand toward Finn and Eclipse.
^Lilly^ turns and notices Eclipse and Finn. Walks towards them.
Claron notices the two hooded figures and sees the one with the katana strapped on their back, �Somehow I could swear I have seen that katana before.�
Vin_Da_DM: The figures talking to Finn pause then fold back their hoods. One is a black haired, green eyed young woman. The other is a brown haired man who looks Japanese.
Vin_Da_DM: �Everyone�s here. Good.� Finn nods, �Allow me to introduce Katie and Shinta.�
^Vincent^ looks at the two then stands there.
Luna_Faline seeing the brown haired man I pause taking a deep breath, �Shinta,� I exhale quietly.
Tewyn walks slowly into the teleporter room, �So where the hell do I have to go now?!?!�
^^Katie^^ nods to the arrivals, with a bored look.
Vin_Da_DM: Alexei looks at Tewyn, �Just step up and I�ll get you down there.�
Claron eyes grow large, gasps...�Katie! Shinta!�
^Shinta looks over staying a bit back.
^^Katie^^ narrows her eyes at Claron, �Excuse me?�
Tewyn steps into the teleporter.
^^Katie^^: �Are you alright, Missus?�
Claron: �You are Katerina McKinnon, I would recognize you anywhere.�
^Shinta gives a small nod over to Claron.
^^Katie^^ narrows her eyes further, �I am. And YOU are?�
Claron: �It is good to see you again, Shinta, and you, Katie.�
Tabris: �Well, I�m Tabris. This beautiful woman would be my wife, Claron.� Tabris throws his arm around Claron�s shoulders.
^Shinta: �It has been a long time.�
^^Katie^^ raises an eyebrow, �I dinnae think I could be who ya think I am, Missus.�
Vin_Da_DM: Alexei teleports Tewyn down the surface, a few feet away from the group.
Claron looks puzzled at Katie, �It�s me, Claron Nuffing. Well, DuVallis now,� smiling at Tabris.
^^Katie^^ nods, �Nice to meet you.�
^Shinta looks at Claron silently motioning her to stop.
^^Katie^^: �I�m sorry, Missus. I don�t know you.� She says slowly.
Claron sees Shinta looking at her and nods her head indicating she understands.
Luna_Faline looks at Shinta with a raised brow, �Different plane?�
^Lilly^ looking around she starts to wander a few feet away from the group.
^Vincent^: �So are we just gonna stand here staring at each other?�
Vin_Da_DM: Finn looks at the group, �I hate to rush this but we�ve got to get moving. Katie, you said you tagged Cain�s transport before it headed across the desert?�
Tewyn: �So what are we doing in this sauna room?�
Claron smiles then giggles, �Just wait till you meet his other souls, Luna.�
^^Katie^^ nods. �Indeed. It headed due North.� Points to some burning dunes.
Luna_Faline turns to Tewyn, �Nice of you to join us.�
^Shinta nods to Luna_Faline.
Vin_Da_DM: �Looks like a long walk...do we have any means of transportation?� Eclipse looks at the group.
Tewyn: �Well, seems I didn�t have a choice.�
Luna_Faline nods to Claron, �I believe I have met them in the past,� I purr. �I was referring to his mortal friend.�
Claron tries to keep a calm tone. �We are trying to find your blonde bombshell, Tewyn!�
Tewyn: �I�m not into digging up dead people.�
Tabris: �Long walk across the desert. What I wouldn�t give for nice sand crawler.� Tabris eyes the desert due North.
Vin_Da_DM: �She is not dead, Tewyn,� Finn turns his head to Tewyn, �I can show you proof.�
^Lilly^ continues to scan the vast emptiness.
Tewyn: �Well, I�ve heard dead, alive...dead, alive...so� to me she is dead.�
Claron: �She�s not dead, you fool!� Lowers her head as she realizes she definitely failed to maintain her composure with Tewyn once again.
Luna_Faline looks down with a sad sigh thinking, �O Mistress, if I could heal broken hearts and torn spirits as easily as flesh and bone.�
^Shinta looks at Tewyn then back at ^^Katie^^ with an understanding look in his eyes.
^^Katie^^ sighs, �I found an old junky hover thingamy...but I dunno if it even runs.�
Vin_Da_DM: Shaking his head Finn looks at Tewyn again, �If that is what you want to believe...show us, Katie.�
^Vincent^ walks over to the hover thing and looks at it.
Tewyn eyes Claron, �YOU told me yourself she was dead�can you not keep track of your own blood!?!�
^^Katie^^ leads them a few hundred yards away to where there is an old rusty hover vehicle lying behind a small dune.
Luna_Faline hearing the desperation in Claron�s voice, I tell Tewyn, �Regardless of how you feel about Clarice at this time, the twins are still in danger. And from what we hear there is a geomancer working on the other side. We need you to deal with him.�
^^Katie^^ holds up her hand and gives it a small �jolt�.
Tewyn: �These twins are not my problem�I didn�t lose them...whoever they are.�
Vin_Da_DM: Eclipse looks at the machine as it sputters from Katie�s jolt, �That didn�t seem to work.�
Claron: �Obviously not...seeing how my own blood has done nothing but lie to me also!!�
^Vincent^ walks closer to the machine then kicks it.
^^Katie^^: �Well, bollocks. That did a hell of a lotta good.�
^Shinta walks over pops the hood and tweaks some wires.
Tabris: �Whoever they are? Come on, Claron...let�s go find Clarice with or without him,� Tabris grumbles and heads towards the hover vehicle.
^Lilly^ looks at the machine with a weird look. �You sure it would be able to hold us even if it did work?�
Claron feels her blood boil��You BASTARD!�
^Vincent^ hops in and sits in the back with his feet up.
Luna_Faline getting angry, �Did your brain run out your ears and get replaced with mud?� I growl.
^^Katie^^: �Sure it would. Unless any of ya weighs more than ya look,� smirks.
Vin_Da_DM: The hovercraft sputters a couple times until it settles on a dull hum. It lifts a few feet off the ground, floating.

^^Katie^^ climbs in and smiles at Shinta. �Ya pretty good for a guy who wanders up to women and accosts them claiming to be their new bodyguard. Kinda handy to have around.�
Vin_Da_DM: Eclipse hops onto the hovercraft and lands silently, looking at it he tilts his head, �Is it just me or does this look like a boat welded to a hover unit?�
Claron: �Obviously the love you professed to have for my sister has been nothing but a lie.�
^^Katie^^ laughs at Eclipse�s comment. �It do, indeed, Ducks.�
Luna_Faline throws my paws up in the air, �I give up! Let�s go!� I growl running to the hover boat.

Luna_Faline as I settle down next to Eclipse I look at Shinta, �Isn�t there any thing you can do to help him?� motioning towards Tewyn.

Vin_Da_DM: Jumping up into the hovercraft Finn walks over to the controls and nods, �Hmm...I think I can drive this.�
Tewyn eyes the group. �Well, maybe you should go do all this alone��

^Shinta shakes his head, �No, Luna_Faline. There is nothing for me to do.�

Vin_Da_DM: Eclipse looks over at Tewyn, �You shouldn�t stay behind��
^Vincent^ looks at the group, �If she starts to sing I�m jumping off this rust bucket.�

^^Katie^^ pats her pocket, closing her eyes and smiling. �My Daezhel, how you�d laugh to see this crazy group.�

^Vincent^ looks at Lilly then laughs.
Vin_Da_DM: Finn turns to Tewyn, �If you�re coming, get on. Otherwise we�re going to leave.�

Tewyn slams his hand to the ground sending out a wave...stopping it short of the craft.
^^Katie^^ looks back, grinning, and waves gaily at Tewyn.
^Shinta looks at ^^Katie^^ uncomfortably, �Not exactly in my head...sorta around me.�
Luna_Faline opens my paw looking at it curiously, �So you have no idea how this works? Or what it does?� I ask Eclipse quietly.
Tabris: �Every time I think he�s had enough time alone, he always seems to need more,� Tabris sighs as he leans his head on his arm looking at Claron.

Vin_Da_DM: �Only thing I remember is concentration and a certain �trigger� makes it work,� Eclipse looks at her paw as well, �It�s been a while since I�ve used it.�

Vin_Da_DM: Finn speaks from the controls, watching the desert dunes zoom by, �We�re going after Cain, who has Clarice, who knows where the twins are.�
Claron sits very quietly looking off into the distance.
^^Katie^^: �Ah, so yer a trouble-finder, are ye? Well, I suppose that keeps life interesting.�
Vin_Da_DM: �An emotional trigger I think...sorry I don�t remember more,� Eclipse watches the sand to the side.

Vin_Da_DM: �Nope...it just sort of leaves you whenever it�s done,� Eclipse replies.

Tewyn continues cursing in Elven keeping his distance well behind the group while he terra surfs.
Vin_Da_DM: Finn looks back at the group then looks ahead, �Something in the distance, looks like a building.�
^Shinta looks over to ^^Katie^^, �Something wrong?�

^^Katie^^ sees multicolored roses in her mind and frowns again, then shakes her head.

Claron squeezes Tabris� hand gently as she continues to be lost in her own thoughts.

^^Katie^^ watches as the building draws closer.
^Shinta: �I hear them just as if we are talking�just as me and you now...and yes, they can use me to speak out to others.�
Vin_Da_DM: As the hovercraft continues over the desert the sand begins to turn white, then you notice it�s snowing. The building in the distance grows slightly closer.
^^Katie^^: �Wow. Warn me if they feel like bein� vocal, woul�ja? That might startle me, y�know.� Suddenly thinks of a rodent-man she sometimes sees in her dreams and wonders what made her think of that.
Luna_Faline pulls my robe closed tighter, making sure my sai is safely tucked into my belt.
^Shinta: �I�ll do my best...but I have no control while I sleep.�
^^Katie^^ gives him a cheeky grin �Well, hopefully I won�t be sleepin� anywhere near ya, then.�
^Shinta nods, �Probably not...I try to sleep away from any others.�
^Vincent^ snaps up out of the sleep then says softly, �Siss?� Then stares off into the desert.

Vin_Da_DM: �I�m sensing a large group of people in those buildings ahead,� Finn calls out as he brushes some snow from the controls.
^^Katie^^ feels her body tense, waiting.
^Lilly^ blinks as she looks down at Vincent. �No, its me, Lilly��
Vin_Da_DM: Ahead of the hovercraft a figure fades into view, standing in the direct path that you are heading in. Finn looks closer, �Company.�
^Vincent^ shakes his head then stares at his claw.
Luna_Faline focuses on the figure. �Who is that?�
^^Katie^^ peers ahead anxiously.
Tewyn starts catching up to the group.
Vin_Da_DM: Luna notices the figure is a woman as the hovercraft grows closer to her, she raises her hands and you hear a loud gun shot.
^^Katie^^: �Holy Shitballs,� breathes under my breath.
^Shinta: �Guess its beginning.�
Vin_Da_DM: From her gun the bullet seems to collect waves of snow from the ground. It solidifies and crashes into the hovercraft, sending everyone flying, sprawled onto the snowy sand.
^^Katie^^: �Oof!� Katie lands on her side, rolling hard.
Tewyn stops short of the group, �So your the geomancer?�
Claron tries to gather her thoughts, thinks to herself about the time Finn and her went AWOL to find Tab, remembers Finn speaking of Clarice being his friend, Finn wouldn�t lie about something like this.
^Vincent^ lands on his back then jumps to his feet staring claw at the ready. �Who is that?�
^Lilly^ looks down at Vincent. �Is that what�s been bothering you?�
Luna_Faline jumps off the hovercraft as it begins to crash and rolls out of the way landing on all fours. Looking around at the lady.
^^Katie^^ lays there, gasping for breath, a burning sensation on her left side.
Vin_Da_DM: The woman brushes her long back hair from around her sun-glassed face. Lowering her pistol she smirks, �And you�re intruders.� Lifting her fingers she whistles.
Claron suddenly realizes she is laying on the ground.
^Lilly^ jumps from the craft and land softly. Looks up at the figure. �Intruders? Us?�
Tewyn nods turning away, �Kill them, for all I care.� Vanishing back to the ground.
Vin_Da_DM: At her whistle five large spider-bots climb up from under the snowy and sand, tentacles unravel and form into gun barrels as they point at you.
^Shinta goes over to ^^Katie^^ .�You ok?�
^^Katie^^: �Ow, bugger, that bitch is gonna piss me off.� Holds her hand up for Shinta to help her up.
Luna_Faline asks the group, �Anyone hurt?�
^Lilly^: �Nah, I�m fine, Luna. I think Katie�s hurt thought.�
^Shinta helps ^^Katie^^ up. �I think we need a new driver.�
Luna_Faline moves over to Katie and looks her over. �You hurt?�
^Vincent^ stares at the lady waiting for an opening.

^^Katie^^�s emerald eyes blaze and she holds out her hand, pulling her long metal staff to her hand with what strength she�s got, from where it landed in the snow.
Claron pushes herself up into a sitting position and looks at the black haired woman.
Luna_Faline whispers to Shinta and Katie, �So do we fight or let them take us to their leader?�

Tabris: Getting to his feet Tabris looks at the woman, �That hurt, damn it.�

Vin_Da_DM: �Don�t worry. You�ll see your sister, in heaven after I�m done,� The woman laughs as she raises her gun again, aiming at the group. The snow beneath her begins to tremble, freeze into ice and hover into the air as she fires...
