Vin_Da_DM: Previously on Warriors of Destiny: As the battle between the Warriors, Bahamut and Angel began it was sheer chaos. Dozens of Angel�s minions spread across the roof of the car park attacking both the group and Bahamut. The gigantic creature dealt with them with ease while the Warriors had a bigger challenge.
Vin_Da_DM: Varna began to make her way toward Angel but was overtaken, as the battle continued the group sustained some injuries. Varna managed to make it through Angel�s minions to face her sister, but Angel retaliated by wounding her and causing her to revert back to Jinana. As Bahamut began to charge energy for a massive attack, Jinana told the others she knew what had to be done.
Vin_Da_DM: Jinana used the last of her strength to sever Angel�s dragon-form wings. As the injured dragon charged, Jinana thrust her dagger into Angel�s chest. The two were then vaporized by Bahamut�s blast which destroyed half of the car park and burned a half-mile deep hole into the ground. After a moment of sadness Bahamut offered to give the Warriors a ride out of the city.
Vin_Da_DM: Taking his offer the group was flown to a stone amphitheatre outside the Black City. There they met Kimahri, a feline-humanoid, who offered them rest and answers. He told him they must find their ship, and then locate a fellow Warrior who knew where Claron�s twins were. This Warrior was none other than Claron�s sister, Clarice.
Vin_Da_DM: Kimahri looks at the group noticing the impact his words had just caused. Quietly he exits his home and walks out onto the amphitheatre�s stage.
Vin_Da_DM: $ Start
^Vincent^: With a mouthful of food, �Why...do
ya�ll�look�like�you�seen�a...ghost?�
Tabris: �Did he just say what I thought he said?� Tabris looks at Claron holding a piece of fruit in his hand.
Vin_Da_DM: �So Clarice is Claron�s sister�� Eclipse lays down against the rug spread on the floor. Staring up at the ceiling he ponders.
Luna_Faline glances at Eclipse than stands and moves over to Claron. �After all we�ve seen and been thru....I believe anything is possible,� placing a paw lightly on Claron�s shoulder.
^Lilly^ lays back.
Claron looks at Tabris then calls out... �Wait! Kimahri!� Quickly rises from her seat and follows Kimahri out the door.
Vin_Da_DM: Kimahri turns his gaze away from the sunset and massive gas giant in the sky and looks at Claron, �Unexpected news, I know.�
Tabris stands and moves over to the doorway, leaning against it he looks outside at Claron and Kimahri.
Claron: �How can this be...I have been told she is dead...it must be a different person.�
Luna_Faline sighs and moves to the table to take something to eat and sits back down by Eclipse. �The thing that has me worried is this, which side is she on? He said she is a Warrior, but does she know that? How does she know where the twins are without being on the bad guys side?�
^Lilly^ sits up, �Um...and what does Clarice have to do with it?�
Vin_Da_DM: �I�m afraid I don�t know. But people can change�� Eclipse looks at Luna for a moment, then stares back at the ceiling, �If she is on our side, then we take the blessing for what it is.�
Vin_Da_DM: Kimahri looks at Claron for a moment, �Hair the color of morning sun. A troubled past and the power to influence frozen waters. It is your sister.�
Luna_Faline: �I agree people can change, not always for the best though.�
Vin_Da_DM: �Change depends on the person,� Eclipse sighs, �And change is not always easy.�
Claron stands looking at Kimahri, �That description does sound like her�Do you know where we can find her? This will be something I will have to see first hand to believe... you know?�
Tabris: �Clarice...if she�s truly alive and knows�� Tabris mutters to himself as he continues to watch Claron.
Vin_Da_DM: �I understand,� Kimahri moves closer to Claron and places a hand on her shoulder, �Close your eyes and I will show you where to find her.�
Claron nods her head and closes her eyes.
Luna_Faline finishes the last bite of my bread then lays down with my head on my hands. (on my stomach) �And how will it affect Tewyn? I�m worried about him, he�s acting most oddly.�
^Lilly^ looks over at Luna, �Well, umm, she was his lover right....?�
Vin_Da_DM: Kimahri carefully places his other hand the side of Claron�s head. In her mind the stars zoom by until a brown desert planet appears, �Krinsarr, the desert world.� Claron hears Kimahri in her mind as the image zooms closer to the planet�s surface towards a city.
Vin_Da_DM: The city zooms in and Claron sees herself standing in it�s center, the image continues until Claron is facing herself, she then snaps out and back to reality. Kimahri nods.
Luna_Faline: �Yes, she was, but we thought she died saving him. Then we thought we found her, but it was a clone. Who was sent to kill us,� sighs, �It�s all very confusing.�
Claron sees stars zooming by, then sees a vast desert, then herself within a city, with a jerk my eyes snap open. �Krinsarr...Can she be trusted?�
^Lilly^ shrugs, �Just a misunderstanding, right?�
Vin_Da_DM: Kimahri turns and heads back to the house, pausing before the door he turns back and looks at Claron for a moment.
Luna_Faline: �I�m not sure....but it has already taken a toll on Tewyn. What will this do to him?�
^Lilly^: �I�m not sure, but with him never around�We never know.�� Sits up. �What are we still doing here anyway?�
Tabris: �I have no idea. The poor guy might go off the deep end if he sees her again,� Tabris look at Luna as he walks back into the room.
Luna_Faline: �Will it bring him back to the good man we know? Or push him further over that dark line he�s straddling?�
Luna_Faline lays my head down, �We are here to rest for the moment, Lilly.�
Claron turns to look back at Kimahri, then hears his voice resonate in her mind...tilting her head�thinks, �I want to believe she can be.�
^Lilly^: �But, shouldn�t we be out...I mean we have rested��
Vin_Da_DM: Entering the house Kimahri moves to the other side of the table and looks at everyone. �Your ship is at the coast of the Great Sea to the west. If you wish to go if will ask Bahamut to fly you there.�
Luna_Faline pushes myself up off the floor. �I suppose we should not linger here. But do you have knowledge of our lost Warrior?�
Claron slowly walks back to the others, stopping next to Tabris, �He has given me much to think about.�
^Lilly^ looks up at Claron as her and Tab enter. �You guys okay?�
Vin_Da_DM: �Yes. The city of Halos on Krinsarr is where you will find her. I have given Claron the knowledge to locate this world,� Kimahri glances at Claron then back at the others. �Is there anything else you desire before you go?�
Claron glances at ^Lilly^, �I am fine...shocked, surprised beyond words...but fine.�
^Lilly^ smiles, �Good. That�s good to hear.�
Tabris: �I figured as much,� Tabris holds Claron�s hand gently.
Claron: �Do you have an idea of where Tewyn has disappeared to...he needs to hear the news of Clarice�before we find her.�
Vin_Da_DM: Eclipse gets to his feet and stretches, �I don�t need anything. It will be good to be in space again.�
Luna_Faline: �Tewyn is who I was referring to,� I say softly.
Claron smiles...�I was thinking maybe you were referring to my sister.�
Vin_Da_DM: �Tewyn? Ahh...the Elven Warrior. He will find you,� Kimahri grabs a small sack and puts a few fruits in it, along with a water pouch, and hands it Luna, �For the journey.�
^Lilly^ stands up. �So we�re off?�
Luna_Faline takes the pouch and bows to Kimahri, �Thank you for your hospitality and wisdom.�
Claron: �I certainly hope he finds us sooner than later,� squeezes Tabris� hand slightly.
Vin_Da_DM: Kimahri returns the bow, �And thank you, Warriors, for giving an old sage some company, if only for a short while.� Turning he heads for the door, �Come.�
Tabris: �Knowing Tewyn, he�ll just pop out of some hole in the ground probably,� Tabris smirks at Claron.
Luna_Faline follows Kimahri out the door toward Bahamut.
Luna_Faline sighs, �With his gift, he will probably beat us to the ship.�
Claron: �More than likely,� as they follow Kimahri out the door.
Vin_Da_DM: Bahamut lands with a small ground-shake then crouches down and roars at Kimahri.
Vin_Da_DM: Watching Bahamut land Eclipse tilts his head at Luna, �He is quite resourceful, but does he know where the ship is?�
Claron smiles when she sees Bahamut, �Good to see you again.�
Luna_Faline, �Kimahri will tell him, I�m sure.�
^Lilly^ follows behind Luna and before getting back onto Bahamut, she touches Kimahri�s shoulder and smiles, �Thanks. You really were a great help, and well�sorry we couldn�t stay longer.�
Vin_Da_DM: Kimahri places his hand on the giant creatures nose and nods to him. Turning around Kimahri smiles at the group. �He will take you to your ship. Gods be with you on your journey.�
^Lilly^ smiles and waves as she sits and settles back down on Bahamut�s back. �Thanks again, Kimahri.�
Luna_Faline climbs up on Bahamut�s large back and settles down. �May the Gods grant you peace,� I purr to Kimahri.
Claron watches as Tabris gets up on Bahamut�s shoulder, then turning to help her take a seat next to him.
Vin_Da_DM: Kimahri bows his head at Lilly, then steps back as the group climbs onto Bahamut.
Tabris kisses Claron�s hand as he helps her up, �Think Clarice will be surprised when she finds out you�re married to a dashing young Warrior?�
Claron sits down next to Tabris. �You have given me a surprise I never dreamed possible. Thank you is not enough, Kimahri, but is all I have to offer you at this time.�
Vin_Da_DM: Eclipse hops onto Bahamut�s back with ease and finds a place near the others.
Luna_Faline looks back at Eclipse, �Tewyn does seem to have an uncanny ability to just show up.�
Claron: �Somehow I don�t think she will surprised at all. I think she knew you and I were meant to be together,� smiling back at Tabris.
Vin_Da_DM: Kimahri nods to Claron and the others as Bahamut�s massive wings flap and you begin to ascend into the sky.
Claron nods to Kimahri, �We will find them��
Vin_Da_DM: �Sounds like someone else I know,� Eclipse manages a small smirk as he watches the sky.
Vin_Da_DM: Bahamut turns in the air letting out a roar before catching the wind and flying westward.
^Lilly^ looks at Eclipse, �Like who?�
Claron turns and whispers to Tabris, �Kimahri just told me to find and save our children, that is the only thanks he requires�that our children are more powerful than we realize, too... I sure hope we are capable of dealing with that.�
^Lilly^ smiles at Claron, �You�ll be fine.�
Vin_Da_DM: Eclipse shakes his head at Lilly then continues to look ahead, enjoying the breeze flowing across Bahamut�s back.
Claron: �Eclipse, were you aware of Clarice�I mean have you ever seen or met her?�
Tabris keeps a grip on one of Bahamut�s scales with his with hand and turns his head to listen to Claron.
Vin_Da_DM: �I�m afraid I�ve never met your sister,� Eclipse looks at Claron with an almost apologizing look.
Claron: �But you knew of her?�
Vin_Da_DM: �That is a difficult question to answer,� Pausing Eclipse looks ahead, �I know of many Warriors. Just no faces and names...more like...presences.�
Claron nods her head signaling she understands, �I see.�
Vin_Da_DM: Bahamut sails over a vast range of mountains below with several small villages nestled in valleys. Up ahead you see the ocean and coastline.
Claron: �I hope Tewyn doesn�t think I was trying to play some sick joke on him when he learns that Clarice is alive.�
Tabris: �I wonder how Alexei and the ship are doing?� Tabris looks ahead toward the ocean as it slowly draws closer.
Luna_Faline raises my face to the wind, as it blows my hood back I enjoy the wind thru my fur.
Claron: �OH! What if the ship isn�t flyable?�
Vin_Da_DM: �Let us hope that it is,� Eclipse glances over at Claron.
Luna_Faline: �Then we will find another way, we always do,� I purrumble.
Vin_Da_DM: Bahamut lets out another roar then points to a black blob out a ways in the water ahead.
Claron looks in the direction that Bahamut points to.
Luna_Faline turns to look at the ship bobbing in the water. �We�re about to find out aren�t we?�
Vin_Da_DM: Tilting himself down Bahamut begins to descend towards the water and the ship, as your draw closer you notice faint movement across the hull.
Vin_Da_DM: With a giant splash Bahamut lands in the water and sinks up to just below the group�s location. Flapping his wings slowly he glides towards the ship.
Claron: �Sure hope Tewyn finds us.�
^Lilly^ giggles as she�s sprayed from the splash. �Wooohooo, that was fun can we do it again?�
Luna_Faline wonders, �Can he swim?�
Vin_Da_DM: The hull of the Ettik has about a dozen bio-mechanical crabs walking along it, pausing and repairing sections of the hull. Bahamut howls and the crabs turn to look toward him.
Claron: �There was a time he did.�
Claron: �Don�t be alarmed Bahamut...looks as if repairs are underway.�
Tabris: �Well, let�s hope so, otherwise he�s getting a long vacation here,� Tabris adds as he watches the ship.
Luna_Faline calls out, �Alexei?�
Claron: �AHOY, Alexei�permission to board the Ettik.�
Vin_Da_DM: The crabs chitter then a man in gold armor stands up from a section near the bridge on the hull. Brown hair covers the right half of his face as he smiles, �Comrades, you�ve returned!�
^Lilly^ looks up, �ALEXEI!!!!!!!!!!�
Luna_Faline: �How�s Ettik doing?� I call out to Alexei.
Vin_Da_DM: Bahamut lifts one his hands out of the water and places it on Ettik�s hull gently, allowing a bridge across the water.
Claron: �Did you think you could rid yourself of us for very long?� chuckling as she stands and walks down Bahamut�s arm bridge.
Vin_Da_DM: �Cranky, but space worthy once more!� Alexei hands his welder to one of the crabs who takes it and continues as he walks across the hull toward Bahamut�s hand.
Luna_Faline stands up and moves carefully across the makeshift bridge. �That�s good to hear.�
Claron: �Excellent! Have you seen Tewyn?�
Tabris follows Claron across the gap and steps onto Ettik�s hull, �Yea, seems our dark elf got himself lost again.�
Luna_Faline: �Purrrhaps he can orb onto the ship like he did when we left the station?�
Vin_Da_DM: �Not yet, I haven�t. Thought some whales came by and sang up an opera while Ettik was healing though,� Alexei chuckles and turns to look back at the ship. You can see the right half of his face is scarred over.
Luna_Faline asks, �And how do you fare, Alexei?�
Vin_Da_DM: �I believe that was the teleporter, Luna,� Eclipse looks at her as he walks across the hull, watching the crabs curiously.
Claron: �Do you think...could it be our missing elf?!� Then realizes Eclipse was correcting Luna on it being a teleported and not an orb.
Vin_Da_DM: �As good as can be expected. The crash broke my helmet and a few ribs but I�ll live.�
Luna_Faline looks at Eclipse, �Well, maybe he can be teleported back again?�
Vin_Da_DM: �If I had an idea where to find Tewyn, I could.� Alexei looks at Luna before kneeling down to open an access hatch in the hull. �Looks like your big friend there is leaving.�
Claron stands next to Tabris, �Are the crabs through with the repairs? I am rather anxious to start out for our next destination.�
Vin_Da_DM: Bahamut floats in the water watching the group as his wings begins to extend fully.
Luna_Faline turns back to Bahamut and raises a paw to wave. �Thank you for your help,� I call out.
Tabris: �Looks like they�re just fixing the outer hull,� Tabris points to one of the crabs sealing a cracked piece of organic-plating.
Vin_Da_DM: Bahamut lets out a soft roar at Luna. His wings thrust downward quickly and he is propelled into the air, flapping he roars again before sailing off into the sky.
Claron waves to Bahamut then makes her way to the open hatch.
Luna_Faline watches him go, shading my eyes with a paw. �May you live in peace,� I pray silently for Bahamut.
Vin_Da_DM: �Just head down the hall and that will lead you back to the main chamber. Your quarters are as you left them,� Alexei looks at Claron as he steps back from the hatch.
Luna_Faline turns back to the open hatch, �You knew we would be back?� I ask Alexei.
Claron enters the hatch and waits in the hall for Tabris.
Vin_Da_DM: �I figured Ettik is the only space worthy ship on this moon, so I guessed,� Alexei smiles lightly then looks at the crabs, �Finish up and get ready for preflight, Ettik.�
Tabris hops down into the hatch and grabs Claron�s hand, �Good to be back. Not exactly home, but it�ll do for now.�
Vin_Da_DM: Eclipse walks down the hatch as well, getting a good look at the ocean before doing so.
Luna_Faline enters the hatch but waits for Alexei to join me.
Vin_Da_DM: �Do you have a particular destination in mind?� Alexei looks down the hatch at Luna.
Luna_Faline: �Claron knows that....Is there any way to locate our missing friend?�
Vin_Da_DM: �Well, if he happens to show up within Ettik�s sensor range we can try to teleport him aboard,� Alexei waits as the crabs file down the hatch past Luna and disappear into a side corridor.
Claron nods her head, mixed emotions began to surface��Home without the twins,� whispers softly to Tabris.
Luna_Faline: �Well, please try to find him before we leave the moon�s orbit,� I ask then turn to head back to my room.
Tabris heads down the hallway with Claron. Looking down at her he sighs, �I promised we�ll get them back, and we will.�
Claron: �Alexei we are going to the city of Halos on Krinsarr,� calls back to Alexei.
Vin_Da_DM: Alexei closes the hatch and looks down the hall at Claron, �Krinsarr? Serryn territory, that will be tricky.�
Claron: �How so?�
Vin_Da_DM: Alexei heads down the hall toward Claron and Tabris, pausing in front of the bridge lift he turns, �Let�s just say they�re not exactly the friendly sort.�
Luna_Faline entering my room I drop the pouch that Kimahri gave me and fall face down on the bed. �I hope he finds Tewyn before we have to go,� closing my eyes I drift off.
Claron looks at Tabris, �Why doesn�t that surprise me, trust my heart Kimahri told me.��
Vin_Da_DM: As Alexei disappears in the bridge lift Tabris leads Claron downstairs towards their quarters, �Good advice...if you can�t trust your heart, what can you trust?�
Claron: �How can I trust my heart when it comes to her? It is too bad Tewyn wasn�t there...maybe it�s his heart that we should trust when it comes to Clarice.�
Vin_Da_DM: Ettik begins to hum quietly as you feel it rising from the water. The ship�s coms sound with Alexei�s gruff Russian accent, �I�ve located two of our errant comrades. Teleporting them aboard now.�
Tabris leads Claron into their quarters then lies down on the bed, watching the view from the window as Ettik begins to enter the upper atmosphere.
Claron paces back and forth with the thoughts of Clarice, Tewyn, and the twins running through her mind.
Vin_Da_DM: Alexei�s voice sounds over the com again, �All passengers accounted for. Heading for Krinsarr. Travel time will be a couple days, with a stop at the Serryn border station for inspection and entry request.�
Claron glances at Tabris then heads out of their room towards Tewyn�s quarters.
Tabris watches Claron leave quietly, �Guess I�ll let her be...wow, nice view.� Looking back at the window at the moon and gas giant he hums to himself.
Claron taps lightly on Tewyn�s door.
Claron: �Tewyn, are you in there?� calls out.
Vin_Da_DM: As Ettik clears Manipura�s (the moon) orbit Alexei speaks up on the coms again, �Entering hyperspace jump in five minutes.�
Vin_Da_DM: Hyperspace flashes open with the usual array of color and Ettik slides seamlessly inside. You find yourselves bound for Krinsarr in the Serryn Territory, in search of a lost sister who holds the key to finding what was lost...
