Vin_Da_DM: Sleep. Sleep came easily this night and you all find yourselves pushed from the black void to a dreamy world of light and color. Slowly everything begins to take focus. The light becomes a sun drifting overhead in a vast violet sky. The colors resolve into shapes and the shapes in turn become figures.
Vin_Da_DM: As the final details fall into place you can see the familiar figures clearly; a dark elf, a humanoid feline, a young white haired man and an auburn haired woman holding his hand, and a young girl. In the center of the group is large marble altar and something about it draws your gaze.
Vin_Da_DM: And so it begins...
Vin_Da_DM: $ Start
Tewyn looks around, �So, I go on R&R for a while and you all upgrade to this!!�
Luna_Faline blinks at the brightness of the day and pulls my hood down over my eyes
Tabris blinks then looks around for a moment, �Claron...I don�t remember adding this to our house.�
Tewyn walks around the alter checking it over.
Tewyn: �Is someone getting married? Damn and I didn�t bring any gift.�
Luna_Faline sniffs the air looking around at the others. �So...anyone know what is going on?�
Claron tries shielding her eyes from the bright light and colors...when she catches a glimpse of figures...�Tab, I could swear I am seeing Luna and Tewyn.�
Luna_Faline looks closer at the altar.
Claron looks at the marble altar.
Tabris eyes the others, �Well, it certainly looks like them. Hey guys! Any idea what�s going on?�
Vin_Da_DM: The altar is about ten feet in diameter. The surface is craved ornately into two visible sections of light and dark. Figures and creatures inhabit each section of the mural and two dominate figures rest in the center circle of the altar.
Luna_Faline looks intently at the figures on the altar.
Claron stares at the two figures that seem to dominate the center of altar...then looks over at Tab....
Tewyn: �So anyone know where we are exactly?�
Vin_Da_DM: Upon closer inspection several of the figures in the light mural resemble the others around you, the rest seem less-detailed as if faded. The two center circle figures are a beautiful angel in gold and a dark behemoth in silver.
Tewyn taps at his ear, �What the fuck...anyone else missing their units?�
Tabris: �Beats me�� Walking up behind Claron, Tabris looks at the altar, �Hey...they kinda look like us.�
Claron pinches Tab.... �Something isn�t right.�
Tabris: �Hey...what�d you do that for?� Tabris eyes Claron, then looks at Tewyn for a moment.
Tewyn: �HELLO ANYONE HOME, I REALLY GOT TO PEE!!�
Claron: �I thought...I remember going to sleep...I thought��
Tewyn: �So, where is everyone else or are we the only ones invited to the party?�
Claron: �Why would we be on this thing? This doesn�t make sense.��
Tabris shrugs, �I remember going to sleep to...think we�re dreaming?�
Claron: �From the looks of it Tewyn we must be the only ones invited..�
Claron: �Well if we was dreaming then why didn�t my pinch wake us up...and how is it you and I are having the same dream?�
Claron then remembers a night where something similar happened.�
Luna_Faline moves a paw to my throat reaching for my ankh...I look down to see that it�s gone, replaced by a beautiful light blue Alexandrite Amulet.
Claron reaches over and touches Luna_Faline and Tewyn, pinching them both lightly��You both feel very real to me.�
Tewyn: �Ouch, damn it...no kinky stuff.�
Luna_Faline turns to look at Claron. �Yes, it is very real.�
Vin_Da_DM: Quietly you begin to hear music from all around, a soft song that seems familiar yet mysterious. Impacts of foot against stone sound distantly from the south.
^Lilly^ walks up to the group and notices Luna and Tewyn. �Where did you come from?�
Claron then smiles, hugs Luna_Faline then turns toward Tewyn with a sorrowful look in her eyes...
Tewyn: �What is that look for?�
Luna_Faline raises a brow at the hug , �Claron, are you alright?�
Claron hears the soft music��Somebody�s coming!�
Tabris watches everyone with the reunion, �Anyone care to explain how we�re all have the same dream?�
^Lilly^: �What if it isn�t a dream�Tabris��
Claron: �Yes, Luna_Faline�just surprised to see you...that�s all.�
Tabris: �Then there�s even more explaining to be done.�
Tewyn: �Don�t think this is a dream�my dreams are me always naked and a hot blonde lady�doing, ummm, that thing...and this..� moving his hips.
Luna_Faline shrugs not understanding why she is surprised.
Vin_Da_DM: As the footsteps grow closer you realize the music is coming from small sparks of light that are buzzing around pillars surrounding the altar.
^Lilly^ eyes Tewyn, �Ummm...didn�t need to know that,� shakes head, �But thanks for the visual..�
Luna_Faline runs my paws over my arms realizing that all my jewelry is gone I reach up to my now bare ears.
Claron chokes.��Didn�t she have a name? The blonde in your dreams, Tewyn.�
Tewyn: �Hey, my dreams are always very visual there, ummm, whoever you are.�
Claron watches the small sparks of light and smiles at the sound that is coming from them...
Tewyn looks over to Claron, �Yes, her name is Clarice.�
^Lilly^ looks at the altar. �Pixies?� smiles, �If only they were real.�
Vin_Da_DM: Lilly notices a figure in the foreground of the light mural that looks exactly like her.
^Lilly^ smiles as she looks at Tewyn. �Hmm, I�m Lilly.� Looks back at the mural, �What? Okay, is this some joke.�
Tabris moves over besides Lilly and points out his own likeness as well as the others, �I don�t think it's a joke��
Claron: �Clarice�� voice trails off as a lump produces itself in her throat.
Luna_Faline finds the only weapon I have now is a Sai. I draw it from the belt holding my robe closed and hold it up to the sun. It bears a Blood stone on the hilt, the sun playing off it magically. �Why mistress?� I pray silently.
Vin_Da_DM: As the words escape Claron�s lips one of the figures in the mural blinks for a second, then fades out again.
Claron: �Did you see that?�
Tewyn: �Well, you don�t see that everyday.�
^Lilly^ reaches for her backpack and reaches around for her notebook.. �It better still be here.� Notices the mural, �Wow, now that was weird.�
Luna_Faline shakes my head to clear the thoughts rushing thru it. I move back to the altar. �Looks like the Gods have been playing games again.� I purr softly.
Claron looks closer at the figures on the altar....
Vin_Da_DM: The footsteps grow closer to the altar then suddenly stop. Slowly with a sickly red light one of the figures from the dark mural fades into full detail. A mangy looking creature with large fangs.
^Lilly^ eyes grow big as she backs up notebook in hand, �Um...guys.��
Tewyn: �Is this like a new version of chess I don�t know about?�
Luna_Faline sniffs the air as I slowly turn to face the creature.
Claron: �The gods...playing games.�� realizes she no longer hears the footsteps then sees something ugly staring at her from the mural....
Tabris: �Now, that I saw...this is too weird.� Rubbing his head Tabris glances around for a second, �Hey guys...the music stopped.�
Vin_Da_DM: Sure enough the small lights are gone, replaced by a red mist that seems to eat at the surface of the columns.
Tewyn: �This can�t be good.�
^Lilly^ reaches around looking for a weapon. �Screw that. I can just blow him up.��
Luna_Faline watches the mangy mutt waiting to see what it will do.
^Lilly^: �I hope this is how I did it before�� focuses on the creature willing her lasers to work.
Claron tries to change into her armor.��Oh, noooooooooo...something is terribly wrong!�
Vin_Da_DM: Claron finds nothing heeds her call. The red mists thicken and with a crashing sound two of the pillars crumble, leaving the live version of the mural figure staring at you with glowing eyes.
Tewyn grabs for his sword, �Well damn, has everything been taken away from us?�
Claron steps back cautiously and looks at the mangy creature.
^Lilly^: �Um...its not working...why?�
Claron then meekly asks��Friend or foe?�
Tabris: Raising his fists Tabris steps in front of Claron and eyes the beast, �Bring it on, ugly.�
Luna_Faline: �Beauty and the Beast, how fitting.� flexes my paws, extending my claws fully.
Tewyn runs over to the pillar placing my hands on it trying to form a sword out of the rubble.
Vin_Da_DM: Eyeing Tewyn the beast slinks forward at a lightning pace, the red mists flowing from it�s dank fur begin to erode the column under Tewyn�s hands, leaving with him a short-sword sized blade.
Tewyn: �Well, this will have to do.�
^Lilly^ eyes the creature, �Umm, Tewyn��
Claron watches what the beast does....�I think this beast is not out to hurt us.�
Luna_Faline watches the beast carefully, �Why are you here?� I call out to the beast.
Claron: �Better yet why are we here?�
^Lilly^: �Where is HERE?�
Vin_Da_DM: Pausing on it�s six legs it turns a wolf-like head to Luna, with a black fanged grin it speaks, �Master wants....dead if necessary...you are in Master�s domain." The beasts voice seems crawl under your skin.
Tewyn eyes the beast, �Well, we don�t die easily.�
Claron: �Master wants...what Master?.��
^Lilly^: �Yup, friendly indeed. Who is Master?� directing the creature.
Luna_Faline: �Who is Master?�
Tabris: �Dead is what you�ll be, you ugly little�� Tabris growls at the beast.
Vin_Da_DM: �No more talk...time to die.� Reeling it�s head back the beast pukes forth a black cloud that surrounds it, then shoots out pinning each of you to a column.
Claron: �I don�t know about the rest of you but I prefer to live.... least for a few months longer.�� reaches down and places her hands on slightly rounded stomach.
^Lilly^ struggles now pinned, �What the hell??!!!�
Tewyn: �Ewwww, you got bad breath kitty!� trying to free himself from the column.
Luna_Faline raises my Sai as it hits me, trying to slash thru the darkness.
Claron feels herself slam against a column, her head jerks back.
Vin_Da_DM: The darkness parts at the slashes but flows into the gaps just as quickly, upon the altar you can see another figure fading in with a blue light.
^Lilly^ eyes the cloud surrounding her...and gazes inside it, trying to see what�s causing them to be pinned.
Claron catches a glimpse of the fading blue light...
Luna_Faline eyes dart around looking for the life size person in blue.
Vin_Da_DM: Lilly sees a vision from Hell, the creatures bone are twisted and black protruding from the skin. Two glowing red eyes meet Lilly gaze before a sinister laugh echoes in her head.
Luna_Faline struggles against the cloud, �Mistress have you forsaken your servant?� I pray silently
^Lilly^ closes her eyes, �Get out of my head!!!�
Tabris: �Sonuva....damn it!� Tabris struggles against the darkness to no avail.
Claron concentrates on the ugly creature and tries to see if she can slam him against the back wall.
Vin_Da_DM: As Claron tries the black clouds part for a second, the beast howling in glee.
^Lilly^ opens her eyes still shuddering. �OKAY, let me go now! What do you want from us?�
Tewyn: �I think he liked it.�
Claron: �You find that amusing do you?� feeling her anger rise.
Luna_Faline stops struggling and relaxes, becoming very still and calm.
Vin_Da_DM: Everything around you seems to pause...and quietly a soft touch flows over each of you.
Tewyn: �Ohhhh baby, that tickles.�
^Lilly^ looks around, �What was that?�
Claron feels something touch her, looks over at Tab.... �I don�t wanna be fondled by something I can�t see.�
Vin_Da_DM: In the blink of an eye the darkness fades and the beast howls. Staggering toward the altar it collapses against it, seven foot spear piercing it�s chest.
^Lilly^ eyes grow, �Wow!!�
Luna_Faline: �Where did that come from?� looking around for the source of the spear.
Claron eyes get big as she sees the spear pierce the creature...then looks around to see where it came from.
Tewyn: �It wasn�t me.�
^Lilly^: �Probably from where this mysterious fondler came from��
Claron looks back at Tab....
Claron tries to move away from the column.
Vin_Da_DM: Atop one of the columns a large robot looks down at you with one yellow eye, a long blue cape flows in the breeze as the music returns to the altar. The robot steps down, �Is everyone all right?�
Luna_Faline moves slowly back to the altar to look at the figures on it. �I�m ok�� I purr softly.
Tewyn looks up, �Damn, can�t we go one place without a damn tin-tin around.�
^Lilly^ tries to move. �I don�t know��
Tabris: �Well...cutting it a little close there, Mr. Robot?�
Claron looks at the robot...�I think so...and just who are you and where the hell are we?�
Luna_Faline hisses at Tewyn., �Be nice,� under my breath.
Tewyn: �That was being nice,� sliding away from the column.
^Lilly^ backs off the column. �Alright, who are you?� eyeing the robot. �What�s your business here?�
Vin_Da_DM: Walking over to the slain beast the robot pulls his spear out, the beasts body fades into red mist and vanishes. It�s mural in turn vanishes from the altar entirely. �I am the Guardian. And you are in the Realm of the Gods.�
Claron steps forward reaches her hands around the lower part of her back and gently rubs it.
^Lilly^: �The Gods?�
Luna_Faline nods, �Told you they�ve been playing games again.�
Tewyn: �Gods...Damn, did we get that big of a promotion...Mr. Sunshine wanted us gone bad.�
^Lilly^: �Does that mean we�re�DEAD???�
Tabris moves over to Claron and holds her gently, �Everything okay, Babe?�
Claron: �How is it we came to be here?� walking up closer to the Guardian.
Vin_Da_DM: The Guardian moves over to the altar, �You are not dead...you are dreaming and you are here because she wanted you here.�
Claron stops at the sound of Tabris voice...�I�m okay.�
Claron: �Who is she?�
^Lilly^: �She...as in?� eyes Luna, �The goddess?�
Tewyn: �Well, she ruined my happy, happy poky, poke dream�so this better be good.�
Luna_Faline sees several figures on the altar that I know. Seeing one particularly ugly cat girl, I poke it with my shiny claw.
^Lilly^ walks up behind Luna, �Are you sure that will do the trick?�
Claron stands quietly for a moment watching Luna_Faline at the altar...
Luna_Faline: �I don�t know what trick she�s gonna do anymore.� I growl laughingly to Lilly as the ugly cat disappears.
Vin_Da_DM: The Guardian�s eye blinks as he watches Luna. The figure under her claw vanishes and is replaced by a withered tree, �The beast was my counterpart...sent here to kill you.�
^Lilly^ looks at the figure that�s now a tree, �What did you do???!!!!�
Tewyn: �So, why do your enemies want us dead?�
Claron: �But why would anyone want us dead? And especially those that haven�t even seen the light of day yet?�
Tabris rests a hand on the altar, �Yeah...I�d like to know why fugly mutant dogs are after us.�
^Lilly^ turns her head to Guardian. �Wouldn�t we all?�
Luna_Faline sighs happily, �Purrrfect�� as I turn to look at Guardian.
Vin_Da_DM: Turning Guardian eyes Claron�s belly, then motions to two un-detailed figures beside her own, �It is not unlike you said Tewyn, it�s like chess. Whoever has the most players stands the better chance.�
Tewyn: �I see...so now, we have become pawns...lovely.�
Luna_Faline: �So if we are here because �she� wanted us here. Doesn�t that throw off the balance?�
^Lilly^ confused, �When did he say that??�
Luna_Faline looking over at Tewyn. �We�ve always been pawns in the games of the Gods.�
Claron looks at where the Guardian points, lets out a gasp��Man, I sure like to know who the hell we pissed off enough to want to kill us!�
Tewyn looks at Luna_Faline. �Well just once I�d like to be a Knight or King ya know.�
Luna_Faline remembers more than one occasion when my mistress was playing with us.
Vin_Da_DM: The Guardian sighs deeply, then eyes the dark mural. �The balance is broken already. You were brought here to help her restore it.�
Claron leans in closer to Tabris.
Luna_Faline bows my head, �Where is she?�
Claron: �I don�t understand.�
^Lilly^ listens.
Tabris sighs and wraps his arm around Claron, �I never understand...but whatever.�
Tewyn: �Seems we have been brought where ever this is...to fight the baddies�to make the field more even.�
^Lilly^: �Sounds like normal.�
Vin_Da_DM: Stepping away from the altar he motions you to follow him as he leaves the circle of pillars, �You are needed elsewhere...but she is waiting for you.�
Tewyn: �Well I�ll go see her...but she better return me to my damn poky poke dream when we are done.�
Luna_Faline moves to follow Guardian.
Claron: �Tab, there are two un-detail figures.� whispers softly...
Vin_Da_DM: Nodding Tabris follows alongside Claron, �I noticed that.��
^Lilly^ turns from the altar to follow but takes one last look, �I wish I knew more.�
Claron smiles...�two, not one�� thinks to herself.
Vin_Da_DM: As you exit the circle you notice you are on top of a large hill overlooking a gigantic marble city. Although in ruins it appears peaceful. A shining spiral in the center of the city seems to reach into the heavens itself.
Luna_Faline thinks to myself, �I have missed this incarnation, Mistress, I always liked the orange fur best of all� pausing to look out over the city I take in a breath....
Claron looks at the marble city, a sense of calm engulfing her.
Tewyn slides my hands into my pockets, �A one, two poky poke...three, four, pokieeeeeeee, poke.� wiggling hips while I walk.
Claron starts to giggle�.
Vin_Da_DM: The Guardian continues down a marble staircase that leads to a marble castle overgrown with flowering vines, waves of color seems to glide across vines.
^Lilly^ walks up behind Tewyn and taps him on the shoulder, �Poke, poke...what you dancing for?�
Tewyn: �I�m trying to get back to my dream.�
Luna_Faline follows him down the stairs looking around with interest.
^Lilly^: �Oh�um, okay.�
Tabris: Chuckling Tabris watches Tewyn, then leans closer to Claron, �I don�t need to have dreams about that��
Claron: �He wouldn�t either if she had lived.�
Vin_Da_DM: Luna sees the city is buzz with every sort of creature imaginable going about daily business. A large minotaur keens his head towards you as you pass him on the staircase.
Tewyn: �Well, I wouldn�t either, but my blonde bombshell isn�t around at the moment.�
Luna_Faline bows my head to the minotaur as we pass by.
^Lilly^ sighs as they walk the staircase and looks around at the city below and mumbles something. �And neither would I if��
Tewyn ears twitch.. �If who had lived?�
Claron: �Tab, he acts like she is just on vacation.�
^Lilly^: �Are you talking to me?� glances back at Tewyn.
Claron draws in her breath having forgot the keen sense of hearing Tewyn possesses��Clarice,� mutters softly.
Vin_Da_DM: The minotaur nods then continues up the stairs, ahead of you the Guardian pauses as the end of the staircase splits another branch that goes over the castle.
^Lilly^ hears Claron answer and turns back and mutters, �Never mind.�
Tewyn keeps walking eyes narrowing, �What?...but I was never...when?�.�
Tabris looks around at the city, then nods his head to Claron in half-attention, �Man...this place is...man!�
Claron: �You don�t know?�
Vin_Da_DM: Taking the staircase over the castle the Guardian looks back at the group, �She has missed you Luna...and the rest of you. It is not much further.�
Luna_Faline looks back over my shoulder at Tewyn briefly. Then back to the castle. �I have missed her as well.�
Tewyn: �I haven�t seen any of you since that big fighting planet I got yanked off of.�
^Lilly^ gets lost in her own thoughts as everyone climbs the stairs. She looks up at the castle and gasps. �Wow.��
Claron: �We shall talk about this later, Tewyn,� as they walk up the staircase over the castle.
Tewyn: �Yes, I think we should.�
Vin_Da_DM: As you clear the top of the staircase as it arches over the castle the scenery instantly changes as the staircase descends to an elaborate gate and a huge fairy-tale looking castle with pale blue spires that glisten in the sunshine.
^Lilly^ smiles at the castle as they walk over it. �I wish I could live in one of those someday� although, I miss the squid right now.��
Claron: �Wow.��
Tewyn: �Nice pad.�
Claron: �Man, I didn�t think I be going to place like this in my nightgown either.�� suddenly thankful she had decide to put it back on before falling asleep.
Vin_Da_DM: The Guardian quickly descends to the gate, two human-sized blue dragons step out from a quaint looking guardhouse and examine you. �More Warriors, Guardian?� The first dragon speaks in a perfect British accent.
Luna_Faline smiles as we reach the gate. �It will be nice to be home for a moment.� I purr softly.
^Lilly^ looks up at the guards as they arrive at the gate. �Cool dragons.�
Claron: �Warriors?� mumbles.
Tabris whistles at the castle, �Damn�� Noticing the dragons he raises a brow, �Dragons, castles, gods...this is some dream.�
Tewyn looks at the dragon, �Hey, do you have a cousin named, umm, damn, what was his name...anyway he always had monarch breath and looked just like you.�
Vin_Da_DM: The second guard looks at Tewyn, then his gaze settles on Luna and he smiles, �Lady Luna...it�s been awhile.�
Claron: �She knows him?�
Luna_Faline nods, �Yes, it has.�
Vin_Da_DM: The Guardian turns to face the group and nods, �They will guide you from here.�
Luna_Faline: �You�re not going with us?� I ask Guardian.
Claron smiles at the Guardian��Thank you, for saving us.�
Vin_Da_DM: Tilting his robotic head his eye blinks at Luna, �No, I have duties to attend to. Telepi, please escort them to see her.� Glancing over his shoulder he motions towards the first dragon.
^Lilly^ glances at the Guardian, �Not coming with? Did we do something wrong?�
Luna_Faline: �Peace go with you then.� I sigh as Guardian leaves us.
^Lilly^ sighs and shakes her head, �Never mind,� mumbles.
Tabris: �Yeah, saved our butts. Thanks, Mr. Robot.� Smiling at Claron he rests his hand in hers, �Now, it�s off to see the goddess. Step up from a yellow brick road, I�d say.�
Luna_Faline takes Lilly�s arm in mine, patting her hand. �It�s okay, Mistress will explain it all. Let�s go, Telepi.�
Claron: �More than a step up I�d say.�
Vin_Da_DM: Guardian bows before you and returns up the staircase, as he climbs the staircase vanishes from sight.
^Lilly^ smiles halfheartedly, �I�m starting to feel like I don�t belong,� whispers to Luna.
Vin_Da_DM: Telepi smiles at the group as the second dragon opens the gate. Trotting inside you notice awkward looking plate armor on him that clanks with each step.
Luna_Faline: �That�s not entirely true is it? I get the feeling that you never felt like you belonged.� I purr softly.
Tewyn: �What you toting there, Mr. Dragon?�
^Lilly^ she is taken by surprise. �That�s not it...just... things just won�t go away��
Luna_Faline: �It will be fine now. Trust her and it will all make sense.�
Vin_Da_DM: Telepi turns his head as you continue down a stone path with flowering gardens to either side, �You mean thisss armor?�
Tewyn: �Yes, never seen anything like it...and well I�ve been quite a few places.�
Claron: �Oh, look at the beautiful garden!� wishing she could go and smell their fragrance close up.
^Lilly^ attempts a smile. �She has helped before, right?�
Tabris: �And I thought we had a nice house, Babe...this place blows ours out of the water and into the next solar system.� Tabris tilts his head back looking up at the castle.
Luna_Faline pushes my hood back and runs a paw thru my mane, �So nice to be me again.� I purrumble.
Claron chuckles... �Any place you are is the best.�
Vin_Da_DM: Telepi grins at Tewyn, �Nothing special. Simple angel�s ore armor.�
Luna_Faline: �Mistress always tries to help, whether we like the outcome or not,� I sigh.
Tewyn: �That doesn�t sound to simple.�
^Lilly^ glances at Luna, �You look troubled:�
Claron: �Well, I for one hope she doesn�t take offense to the various stage of dress we are in.�
Luna_Faline: �I am more relieved than troubled Lilly. I am glad to be home for a change.�
^Lilly^: �THIS is your home?�
Luna_Faline: �When the Mistress calls me to her, yes.�
^Lilly^: �That makes sense.�
Vin_Da_DM: As you hear the gate click shut behind you the massive carved doors mark the entrance to the castle ahead of you. A two headed scorpion shutters across the path, carefully weeding the garden and clicking to itself.
Vin_Da_DM: Telepi shakes his head at Tewyn, then motions to the massive doors and they slowly open with a low groan.
Tewyn laughs, �Yeah, want to keep the good stuff to your self, huh?�
Claron turns to look back at the gate...noticing the two headed scorpion....
Luna_Faline watches as the doors open then steps inside with Lilly.
Tabris: �Weird place...isn�t it?� Leaning against Claron, Tabris eyes the scorpion.
Claron slides her hand into Tabris� hand as they walk through the entrance... �I�ve never seen anything like it.�
Vin_Da_DM: Telepi trots inside the massive doors to a decorative common hall. Four sets of golden doors line the room and a white carpet strip runs toward the center set.
Claron looks around the decorated hall and wonders which door they are going to go in.
Luna_Faline waits for Telepi to open the next set of doors. I take a deep calming breath.
^Lilly^ eyes Luna. �Are you alright?�
Luna_Faline nods slowly, keeping my eyes on Telepi. �Of course, I�m home��
Vin_Da_DM: Moving down the white strip to the golden doors at it�s end he pauses, turning his head to the door he listens then barks something unintelligible at it.
Tabris: �So, this is where you hang out when you�re not saving the universe Luna?� Tabris grins at her.
Claron stands listening to Telepi.
Luna_Faline shrugs, �Saving the universe is a bit over blown. I just give it a nudge at times.�
Vin_Da_DM: Telepi turns to face the door and pushes it open. Walking inside he steps to the side and bows, motioning for the group to enter.
Luna_Faline enters behind Telepi and moves forward to bow deeply.
Luna_Faline holds it a moment then looks up slowly.
Claron reaches up running her fingers through her hair in an effort to try and at least feel more presentable for the Goddess, then smiles weakly at Tabris as she slides her hand back in his, as they follow behind Luna_Faline into the room.
^Lilly^ walks in next to Luna and looks around.
Tewyn follows the others in.
Vin_Da_DM: As you look around the pale blue throne room you notice two seven foot tall white tigers flanking a glowing white throne with a beautiful woman in white hovering just in front of it.
Claron glances back and sees Tewyn enter.
Luna_Faline: �Mistress?� I purr softly.
Vin_Da_DM: Selenia extends a hand and a smile that warms your soul plays on her lips, �It is good to see you again, my children.�
^Lilly^ tries not to gawk as she looks around the room and then at the woman in white.
Claron stands in awe as she sees the Goddess Selenia.
Luna_Faline stands slowly, then moves to her. Rubbing my check against her hand lovingly.
^Lilly^ walks up slowly towards the throne not sure what else to do.
Vin_Da_DM: �Luna, it has been too long.� Selenia nods quietly as the others approach, continuing to hover just off the floor. �Unfortunate affairs bring you and your friends to me."
Luna_Faline: �Yes, Mistress.� I move back and sit at her feet, my tail curled around me.
Claron listens to Selenia speak��What unfortunate affairs?� curtseying as she speaks.
^Lilly^ bows, �Did we mess something up?�
Tabris nods to head to Selenia then sits on the ground behind Luna, �Finally, an explanation for this.�
Claron watches as Luna and Tab take a load off their feet, then sits down beside Tabris.
Luna_Faline: �I doubt that it was us, in this group that messed up anything.�
Vin_Da_DM: Turning a caring gaze to Lilly, Selenia speaks, �You have done nothing wrong, child. The balance has been broken, as my Guardian has told you. This is fracturing the peace in this realm and unfortunately the mortal planes will suffer as well.�
Claron: �And how is it that we five can help restore balance?.��
Luna_Faline shakes my head, �Who has caused this?�
^Lilly^ thinking to herself, �It�s usually me...I screw everything up...but I haven�t done anything bad lately,� looks at her hands, �Well, with the exception of helping Syne� hearing Selenia�s words she sighs.
Vin_Da_DM: Selenia turns her gaze to the side for a moment, a mural similar to the altar�s appears in the air. �The beast was sent against you by Daegriss, God of all things unspeakable. He has summoned forth his Knights of Purgatory in an attempt to find and destroy the Warriors of Destiny.�
^Lilly^: �Warriors of Destiny? Is that us?�
Luna_Faline: I look over my shoulder at the rest of the group smiling.
Tewyn: �Hmmmm, they didn�t get my good side?�
Tabris: �Knights and Warriors...I wouldn�t consider that thing that ruffed us up a Knight.� Tabris scowls at the mural.
Claron: �You mean we have been fated to this?�
Vin_Da_DM: Shifting her view back to the group she nods, �Yes. You and other mortals, like Luna, exist in the balance as keys to influencing this realm.�
^Lilly^ sits down.
Luna_Faline turns to look at Selenia with wide eyes �she just called me a mortal� I think suddenly worried.
Claron: �What is it you will have us do?�
Vin_Da_DM: �Daegriss seeks to destroy or control the Warriors,� Selenia looks at Luna with a small nod, �Do not fear, all of you have been chosen by fate to gather the Warriors in hopes of returning the balance.�
Luna_Faline: �And how do we find the Warriors we need to gather?�
^Lilly^: �Destroy or control?�
Claron realizes that she may never see home again...
Vin_Da_DM: Floating back to her throne Selenia turns to the side, resting a hand on one of the tigers she speaks continues, �You will know who they are and my Guardian will help you along the way.�
Claron: �Selenia this mural shows two un-detailed figures... �
Tewyn: �And why can�t they just be beamed here like we were?�
^Lilly^: �Umm, Selenia...I know this is kinda off subject...but what happened to all of our things?�
Vin_Da_DM: Shifting to face the group she looks at everyone in turn, �Those not yet born still hold the keys of power. I could only bring you here because of Luna. And you are dreaming Lilly, it is one of the few ways mortals may exist here.�
^Lilly^ blinks somewhat confused but nods, �Alright.�
Claron looks quizzically at Selenia.��Does that mean what I think it does?�
Claron: �Have you known this all along, Luna_Faline?�
Luna_Faline: �I only know what Mistress tells me. When she tells me.�
Claron nods at Luna...then smiles...
Vin_Da_DM: As light shines the colors of the vast glass windows against the floor Selenia nods, �Daegriss must not be allowed to continue shifting the balance. Your time here is running short so I must be quick.�
^Lilly^: �So, how many Warriors are there?�
Claron then wonders what keys of power their babies possess.
Vin_Da_DM: Moving towards the group she looks down at you, �Each side is few in number but the powers they possess can equal armies. I must ask something difficult from you.�
Luna_Faline: �I am yours, I will do anything you ask.� I purr softly bowing my head.
Claron leans in and whispers in Tabris ear, �I don�t know if I wanna know what that is.�
^Lilly^ smiles.
Tabris looks at Claron, �Not sure we have a choice, looks like we�ve been drafted by fate��
Vin_Da_DM: �The other Warriors exist in a mortal plane not of your own. To find them I must send you there, but I will not send you unprepared. The Guardian is not here because he is preparing for this.�
Claron nods her head briefly in response to Tabris� remark.
^Lilly^: �So, we are going to a different dimension?�
Claron: �And you will bring us back when we do what is needed?�
Vin_Da_DM: Selenia looks at Claron with another small nod, �If that is what you wish. You must decide quickly Warriors. Daegriss was able to summon the beast to my kingdom and I fear what will happen if he grows stronger.�
Claron looks around at the group ..�Then if it is fated we be here, then I will do as you wish.�
^Lilly^: �I�m in.�
Luna_Faline turns to look at Tewyn. �What about you? Will you join us?�
Tewyn: �Like I have a choice.� Someone has to watch over you people.�
Claron looks at Tewyn, �Welll��
Tabris: �Well, if you�re going, Babe, I�m definitely going. No way I�m letting anybody hurt my momma-to-be, dark lord or otherwise!� Tabris clenches his fist and shakes it.
^Lilly^: �Wouldn�t expect anything otherwise Tabris.� smiles.
Vin_Da_DM: Selenia returns to her throne and sits this time, �Then it shall be. Go now and may the fates be kind to you, Warriors of Destiny.� Lifting her hand the world around you twists and vanishes into smoke.
Claron sits wondering how the others are going to feel about being in a motherly way�. Or if they will think her to be an unneeded burden.
Vin_Da_DM: As you awake you find yourselves in a modest stone temple, the sounds of birds chirping and the wind blowing. The Guardian stands at the end of the room, �Welcome Warriors...you have a big journey ahead of you.�
