Vin_Da_DM: Previously on Warriors of Destiny: Upon the reaching the temple the Warriors were confronted by Kabal and Cara. Aiming to destroy the Warriors so they could challenge Bronze uninterrupted the twins were given an offer to fight just Tewyn and allow the others to go.
Vin_Da_DM: Agreeing to their father�s request the twins began the battle against Tewyn while the others entered the temple and began to look around. The battle against Tewyn was fierce and ended in the dark elf�s incapacitation.
Vin_Da_DM: Cara ordered one of her minions to take Tewyn before the two left to find Bronze. Meanwhile, the Warriors made their way through the temple�s tricks and traps with relative ease, using their own and Black Inferno�s skills to do so.
Vin_Da_DM: Upon reaching the sarcophagus chamber the group was met by a waiting Bronze and a large demon accompanying him. Ordering the beast to kill the Warriors Bronze plans to continue the ritual to awaken the evil sorceress entombed.
Vin_Da_DM: *Time passed: None*
Vin_Da_DM: The large sharp scaled demon eyes you and belts an echoing roar out of its large mouth as the tail on the back of its head swings over its shoulder. Taking a few steps closer its gaze scans the group as if choosing who to attack first.
Vin_Da_DM: Bronze turns back to the tomb and begins to chant again raising his arms to the side as a faint glow begins to surround him.
Vin_Da_DM: $ Start
Vin_Da_DM: �Not the average disposable demon I was expecting,� Black Inferno sizes up the creature, �Oh, well...more fun then.�
Kat|e: �I think I dated him,� she muses, crouching into her ready stance.
Clarice: �If that�s what you call fun,� as she studies the large demon.
^Shinta scans the demon, then Bronze, �He plans on keeping us quite busy.�
Vin_Da_DM: Eclipse draws his sword and looks at Luna then the monster, �I�d say that�s a decent target for you to try your sai on.�
Claron stands quietly back glancing at the others in the group, before looking up at the demon.
Luna_Faline opens my cloak and draws the sai from its holster, �I think so too,� studying the monster for a good place to strike.
Vin_Da_DM: Roaring again the demon fades transparent for a moment then copies itself several times before becoming solid again.
Kat|e: �Oh, hell. As if one of the ugly ass wasn�t enough.�
^Shinta turns to one of the duplicates, �Hmmm, now which one is real...or are they all?�
Luna_Faline keeps my focus on the original beast.
Vin_Da_DM: The demons split off, some attaching themselves to the walls and ceiling while the others on the floor rush towards the group.
Claron: �Oh, great. This isn�t going to be easy at all,� whispers to Tabris.
Vin_Da_DM: �Out of the way!� Guardian extends his hand at everyone before jumping over one of the charging demons.
Kat|e: �Since when has anything been easy with us?� She rolls her eyes and grins at Claron.
Tabris nods to Claron before grabbing her and rolling out of the way as the demon crashes into the wall.
^Shinta moves at Guardian�s words.
Kat|e rolls out of the way, watching warily.
Clarissa stands looking at the demon then quickly darts out of the way as the Guardian jumps.
Vin_Da_DM: As the Guardian spears one of the demons in the back to grab it attention the ones on the wall skitter toward you.
Luna_Faline stays close to Eclipse, waiting for a good time to hit.
Vin_Da_DM: Black Inferno smirks as he lets one of the demon�s crash into him and crush him into the wall, only to be ignited in flames a moment later.
Claron concentrates on manipulating the gravity of a couple of the skittering demons on the wall trying to mangle them into some perfect demon art.
Luna_Faline takes a deep breath, �This is gonna be ugly,� as I stab a wall crawler that got close to us in the chest.
Vin_Da_DM: Elsewhere, the cold moonlight begins to shine down on the temple ruins. Tewyn feels nudging as he regains consciousness slowly.
^Shinta: �We must destroy them all quickly, Bronze isn�t wasting any time.�
Vin_Da_DM: Luna�s sai sticks in the outer scales of the beast before it flashes white. The demon falls off the wall smoking from it�s chest. Standing slowly it glares at her and howls.
Clarissa takes out Durandal�s knife and quickly darts, slashing at the creatures as she zips around the room trying to get closer to Bronze.
Tewyn eyes open, sight still a blur. �That�s gonna leave a mark...or three.�
Vin_Da_DM: As Clarissa dashes close to Bronze she hits an invisible force field surrounding the tomb and Bronze and is thrown back into the dusty floor.
Luna_Faline backs away quickly, �That didn�t work!!!!!�
Clarice begins concentrating trying to freeze the insides of several of the demons.
Vin_Da_DM: �You took quite the beating there, Tewyn...lucky I found you when I did,� A gruff bass voice accompanies a scarred face and red eyes of a man looking down at him.
Tewyn sits up slowly holding his ribs, �Seems I did�just hope something comes of it.�
Clarissa hits the force field and falls hard on her ass. �Damn you, Bronze.�
Vin_Da_DM: �No...it didn�t,� Eclipse raises his sword and jumps onto the wall. Walking up it he jumps off onto the demon�s back and stabs at it�s neck.
Vin_Da_DM: �Easy there...I just finished bandaging those.� The man kneels down and checks Tewyn�s crude cloth bandages, �That fellow didn�t give you up easily.� He points at the limp body of the green tentacled creature.
Vin_Da_DM: Bronze smiles at Clarissa over his shoulder for a second before continuing to chant.
Tewyn looks over, �Didn�t suspect he would�Seems my daughter wanted me used as a play toy.�
Vin_Da_DM: The Guardian slices the demon fighting him several times, as Tabris twirls his swords and looks at Claron. �Well, honey...pick one. There�s plenty to go around.�
^Shinta draws his sword and charges at a few of the demons cross slashing at them.
Vin_Da_DM: Stryder helps Clarissa to her feet and sighs, �He�s got a shield...we have to find a way to...look out!� One of the demons strikes Stryder across the chest with it�s tail, sending him against the wall with an �oof �.
Luna_Faline looks for a weak spot as Eclipse distracts it.
Vin_Da_DM: Eclipse thrusts his sword into the demon�s neck only to get thrown off. The demon slings it�s tail at Luna swiftly.
Kat|e manages to dodge a critter, and concentrates on the field, trying to disrupt it.
Vin_Da_DM: Though on fire the demon attacking Black Inferno continues to claw at him as he blocks with his sword, Inferno growls, �I hate it when they�re hard to get rid of.�
Clarissa dashes quickly and slices the tail off that demon.
Luna_Faline jumps over the tail and plunges the sai into the soft underside as it goes under me.
Vin_Da_DM: Katie�s powers fizzle against the field, causing it become visible at the point of disruption.
Tewyn tries to stand, �So how did you find me? And why save me?�
Clarissa then runs back to help Stryder up, �How can we disrupt his force field?�
Vin_Da_DM: The demon howls at Luna again as it�s tail is charred in the white flash. Bringing it�s forearm against her back it sends her to the floor.
Vin_Da_DM: �Beats me,� Stryder holds his stomach, eyeing the other demons.
Vin_Da_DM: �Easy to find you when I�ve been following you the entire time,� the man offers Tewyn a hand up, �And I saved you so we could go help the others, who are in trouble no doubt.�
Clarissa stands next to Stryder her eyes roving over several demons.
Luna_Faline hangs on to the sai as I hit the floor, losing my air for a minute.
Tewyn nods, �I�m sure they are...so lead the way.�
Vin_Da_DM: The demon advancing on Clarice slows as her powers effect it, but it continues to thrash it tail at her snarling.
Luna_Faline pushes up off the floor, �O�Goddess help us,� as I look over my shoulder to see where it went.
Claron hears Stryder and Clarissa, turns to look to where Bronze is doing his incantations, concentrating on the minute particles of the force field trying to displace them to form an opening into it.
Vin_Da_DM: �They went inside this place. Course those two kids of yours followed them,� the man walks towards the temple ruins slowly, taking a moment to look back at Tewyn, �I don�t suppose you�ve seen my little girl since she did her little morphing act?�
Tewyn looks puzzled, �Your little girl?�
Vin_Da_DM: Eclipse rolls along the surface of the wall as the demon bashes several holes into the wall trying to hit him, �Luna...little help if you could.�
Luna_Faline staggers up and jumps on the demons back forcing the sai under a scale on it�s shoulder.
Vin_Da_DM: The demon on the ceiling detaches itself and lands in front of Stryder and Clarissa. Grabbing Clarissa with it�s tail it knocks Stryder aside and holds Clarissa in front of it�s face, �Huuu-maan.�
Clarice rapid fires ice spears at the demon as she starts looking for cover.
Vin_Da_DM: �Yea...Fern,� The man nods his head at Tewyn, �Don�t recognize me when I�m not the, �dumb dog�, was it?�
Clarissa screams as the demon picks her up, �Let me go, you foul breathed beast!�
^Shinta charges the demon holding Clarissa and shoulder blocks him, �I�d do as she says.�
Clarissa in the blink of an eye buries her knife deeply in one the demon�s eye, then the other.
Vin_Da_DM: The demon staggers back filled with icicles and crashes to the ground turning to ashes. Luna�s sai burns another white flash into the demon causing it to crumple forward against the wall and turn to ash as well.
Tewyn: �Ummm, ohh�her...nope haven�t seen her in a while...and why choose now to reveal yourself?�
Vin_Da_DM: �Good a time as any, and you needed the help,� Midnight says as he enters the temple and eyes the stairwell, �And for difference sake you can call me Syne.�
Clarice begins to fire ice spears as quickly as she can into any other demons close to her.
Tewyn: �Okay, Syne it is�.Lets go save the day.�
Vin_Da_DM: Noticing the fall of their fellow demons two of them fade out again and copy themselves, creating more demons to fill the room.
Kat|e growls in frustration, �This is getting us absolutely nowhere.�
^Shinta: �We need to take them all out at once it seems.�
Vin_Da_DM: The demon holding Clarissa falls back against the force field and ash-a-fies as well.
Claron: �Just when I thought we were finished with them,� as she turns her concentration to the multiplying demons and manipulates their gravity.
Vin_Da_DM: One of the demons begins to warp under Claron�s powers but another grabs her by the arm and tosses her into Tabris before she can kill it.
Clarissa falls to the floor as the demon turns to ashes. Scrambling to her feet she speeds over slashing at the new demons.
Luna_Faline falls to the ground landing on my feet as the demon dies. I look around then jump at one close to me again driving the sai under a scale on his side.
Tabris lands on the floor looking up at Claron, �This really isn�t the time, dear.�
^Shinta: �So anyone have a idea how to incinerate all them at one time.�
Vin_Da_DM: Eclipse watches Luna and strikes from the front with his sword on the same demon, as it howls from the blazing white-magic.
Claron feels herself being thrown like a rag doll, �No, shit!�
Vin_Da_DM: �Not without killing you, not that I have a problem with that!� Black Inferno shouts as he uses his sword like a bladed flamethrower on two demons.
Kat|e: �Not unless we find that flame-thrower chick...� she pales, �Yeah, that girl with pyrokinesis�Oh�god, I remember her.�
Luna_Faline immediately turns to see which demon fades.
Claron turns back to face the demon once again, �Make sure your obsidian count,� she says to Tabris as she resumes concentrating on the demon.
^Shinta: �Where is a gray elf when you need him, huh...unless�Guardian, can you protect us enough so Inferno can do his thing?�
Tabris: �I always do,� Tabris smirks as he throws several obsidian shards at the demons under her control.
Vin_Da_DM: Syne and Tewyn reach the spike-pit and blade trap. Syne eyes Tewyn, �I can toss you across, it�s the quickest way.�
Tewyn: �I�ve been tossed enough today, but what�s one more time...go for it.�
Luna_Faline moves closer to the force field and yells at the demon, �Over here!�
Vin_Da_DM: Syne grabs Tewyn carefully and tosses him across the pit. Stepping back he morphs into a bat long enough to get across before changing back.
Clarice continues her onslaught of ice spears into the demon nearest her.
Tewyn lands roughly, �Okay, lets hope that was the hard part.�
Vin_Da_DM: �I�m not sure if I can adequately protect all of you,� Guardian says as he impales a demon on his spear.
Claron turns her attention to another demon as Tabris makes his obsidian count once again.
Luna_Faline continues to taunt the demons trying to get their attention.
Vin_Da_DM: Several more of the demons turn to ash as the attacks kill them, and again several of them start to fade to copy themselves.
Vin_Da_DM: Behind the force field the glow around Bronze gets brighter and his chanting louder.
Luna_Faline sees the demons fading and throws the sai at one.
^Shinta: �We have to hurry.�
Vin_Da_DM: Heading down the next set of stairs Syne looks at the triangular room and the two visible hallways, �Well...right or left?�
Vin_Da_DM: Luna�s sai hits the demon and kills it, but the other one manages to make a few copies before becoming solid again.
Clarissa dashes quickly towards one of the demons, zipping and zagging in around and under its legs, slicing the whole way.
Tewyn: �Well, I�m always an odd one...so lets go left.�
Luna_Faline runs and grabs the sai then plunges it into another demon, �This is ridiculous.�
Vin_Da_DM: One of the demon rushes at Luna as she is attacking, �Luna!� Eclipse jumps in between her and the rushing demon, takes the demon�s claw across his chest, shredding his armor.
Kat|e comes back to herself, and pulls out her guns, firing at a demon lunging at her.
Vin_Da_DM: Stryder shimmers around following Clarissa adding extra attacks to the demons she is attacking.
Vin_Da_DM: Katie�s bullets stick into the demon�s scales like Kevlar but it doesn�t appear to phase it as it slices her thigh with it�s tail.
^Shinta studies Bronze, �Just keeping us busy� aren�t you? We just need a way in.�
Claron yells to Katie, �Watch out!�
Luna_Faline drives the sai under a scale spinning around to see Eclipse get hit.
Kat|e gasps and falls, scooting back, her eyes wide. She grabs her guns and puts them back in the holster, scrambling back until her back hits the wall.
Vin_Da_DM: Bronze glances at Shinta, �Sssh, it�s rude to interrupt little boy!� Part of the force field bulges out and hits Shinta sending him flying, then reforming with a quiet liquidy noise.
Luna_Faline roars loudly as I twist the sai and pull it out.
Vin_Da_DM: Coming to the large cavern of water Syne looks at Tewyn, �Swim across or use those rocks?�
^Shinta hits the wall with a hard thud, �Hmmm, guess not...but lets try it again.�
Vin_Da_DM: As Luna pulls out her sai she promptly gets covered in a spray of deep-purple demon blood.
Clarice seeing Kat|e�s guns are worthless tosses the bow and arrows to her. �Heads up, Katie.�
Tewyn: �This elf don�t swim, but I�ll skip rocks any day.�
Vin_Da_DM: The demon lunges at Katie but stops short of her as it�s head slides off it�s shoulders after a quick red flash. Black Inferno snickers, �Too slow, Warrior.�
^Shinta stands back by Bronze and starts to mimic his chants.
Vin_Da_DM: Stryder looks over at Shinta, �What the hell are you doing! Don�t help him!�
Kat|e nods grudgingly at Black Inferno.
Luna_Faline growls and runs back to the force field. Stabs the sai into the field.
Vin_Da_DM: Eclipse gets to his feet with a few heavy breathes as he watches the remaining demons and picks one to attack.
Claron shakes her head, �Tab, I do believe Katie could use some of your obsidian.�
^Shinta: �I don�t want to help him...just annoy him.�
Kat|e presses her hand to her thigh, trying to staunch the flow of blood that is spraying, her vision getting hazy.
Vin_Da_DM: Luna�s sai strikes the force field and does it�s white flash which collects against the force field the bounces back at Luna.
Clarissa zips quickly and knocks Luna out of the way.
Luna_Faline sees the flash building and screams, �Duck!!!!�
^Shinta ducks and covers.
Tabris grabs Claron by the arm and drags her out of the way of the sai�s blast.
Clarissa continues dashing away herself.
Luna_Faline falls to the floor as the flash bounces off the field.
Vin_Da_DM: The blast sears past everyone and strikes the wall creating a VERY large smoking hole in it. Several demons are misfortunately vaporized in the explosion.
Clarissa shouts, �Yippppppeeeeeeeeeeeee,� as several of the demons vaporize.
Tewyn skips across the rocks.
Kat|e watches her blood pool around her, distantly curious, her eyelids beginning to droop.
Vin_Da_DM: �I wouldn�t cheer just yet, Clarissa,� Cara�s voice echoes in the room as she and Kabal stand in the doorway.
Vin_Da_DM: �Luna, Katie is injured!� The Guardian yells as he dispatches another demon.
Luna_Faline runs on all fours over to Katie and presses my paws over the gash on her thigh, �You�re not going anywhere, girl.�
Vin_Da_DM: As Black Inferno kills the second to last demon, the original fades and walks through the force field and stands next to Bronze and chants.
Clarissa spins around at the sound of Cara�s voice. �Tis a pity Bronze is an old man, he should have had the incantation done before now,� snaps back at Cara then glances at Kabal and feels weak in the knees as she gazes in his eyes.
Kat|e hears Cara and groans. �The bitch is back,� she whispers.
Vin_Da_DM: �Pity you�re so weak, you should have killed him by now.� Kabal glares at Clarissa and the others.
Clarice stands breathing heavily from a the battle watching and listening.
Vin_Da_DM: Syne reaches the other end of the cavern with Tewyn, �Hmm...I hear voices ahead.�
^Shinta looks at the twins, �Guess Tewyn didn�t buy us enough time.�
Kat|e smiles at Luna, �I think I made a mess on your pretty floor, ma�am.�
Tewyn narrows his eyes, �Yes, I know those voices well�seems its time for round two.�
Vin_Da_DM: Luna�s powers begin to slowly heal Katie�s wound.
Luna_Faline pushes more healing into Katie, �It�s not my floor,� as I look around at the rest of the group.
Clarissa stands firmly in her place, �And fighting multiplying demons is an easy task�you know better.�
Kat|e: �I�m sure Mum and Da will pay for the repairs.� She looks dreamily around.
Vin_Da_DM: Kabal and Cara walk into the room and study the group. Cara looks at her brother, �Shall we kill them all at once, or one at a time?�
^Shinta: �But you did want us to do your work for you, didn�t you?�Or why would of waited so long to appear?�Or do you want the soul for your own?�
Vin_Da_DM: Kabal points his sword at Clarissa, �Clarissa is mine. You can have the rest, Cara.�
Vin_Da_DM: Eclipse watches Kabal and Cara, �You can try to kill us��
Tewyn tries to hurry toward the voices ahead.
Luna_Faline moves my paws and looks at Katie, �Your alright now.�
Vin_Da_DM: Syne dashes down the hall next to Tewyn as they approach the tomb chamber.
Kat|e closes her eyes.
Clarissa stands steady and still as Kabal points his sword at her...�Don�t tell me you have forgotten all I taught you, dear Kabal.�
Tewyn stumbles in the entrance breathing heavy, �Shouldn�t you finish your first fight, kiddies�Daddy wasn�t done yet.�
Luna_Faline shakes Katie, �You don�t want to miss the rest of the show girl.�
Vin_Da_DM: Cara shakes her head, �Warriors...always predictable,� Cara turns her attention to Bronze, �You�re going to die now, traitor.� Glancing over her shoulder at Tewyn she smirks, �Back so soon, Father?�
Vin_Da_DM: Kabal glances towards Tewyn then back at Clarissa, �Not everything.�
Clarice gasps as she sees Tewyn and rushes towards him, �An elf true to his words I see,� a smile crosses her lips as she stands next to him.
Tewyn: �Should of killed me, girl...but seems you found some compassion somewhere.�
Vin_Da_DM: Syne walks in next to Tewyn and glances at Clarice, then the others as he steps into the room, �Well, the gang�s all here.�
Tewyn looks at Clarice, �Thank ole Midnight there...umm, I mean Syne.�
^Shinta watches Cara, �How you going to kill someone if you aren�t going to get thru his defenses?�
Luna_Faline looks around for the sai, sees it lying on the floor not too far away, grabs it and puts it back into the holder on my thigh.
Claron whispers, �Syne?�
Vin_Da_DM: Bronze stops chanting and turns as the demon takes his place, �Now, now...the brats, the Warriors, and the lapdog. Seems my time to join the festivities has arrived.�
Luna_Faline sniffs the air briefly, mumbling, �I knew that smell was familiar,� looking around for Eclipse.
Vin_Da_DM: Cara ignores Shinta as she stands in front of Bronze, �Give it to us and I�ll kill you quickly.�
Vin_Da_DM: Eclipse raises a brow at Syne as he nods in agreement with Luna, �Not exactly the way he looked before.�
Clarissa eyes glance over towards Bronze, ~You made a mistake when you changed the terms.~
Vin_Da_DM: ~I make no mistakes, my dear.~ Bronze�s voice whispers in Clarissa�s head.
Tewyn watches the twins, �Well, shall we shake things up again?�
Luna_Faline moves over to Eclipse and looks him over, running my paws over his chest. �You alright?�
Clarissa: ~Sure, whatever you say.~
Vin_Da_DM: �That�s quite enough out of all of you!� Bronze shouts as his force field expands outward pinning everyone against the walls. Walking into the center of the room he smirks and looks around.
Tabris: �Sonuva�� Tabris squirms against the wall.
Claron stands beside Tabris, then feels them being propelled backwards, manipulates their gravity to soften the blow from the wall.
Vin_Da_DM: �Now, then...who�s going to be first? Any volunteers?� Bronze clasps his hands together as he looks at everyone like paintings on a wall.
Luna_Faline lands against Eclipse as we get pinned to the wall, �Got any ideas?� I whispurr.
Tewyn places his hands against the wall, �Can we volunteer you?�
Clarissa hits the wall hard and slides down to the ground at Kabal�s feet.
Vin_Da_DM: �Quite the spirit, pity you weren�t dead the last time. I�ll fix that later,� Bronze smirks, then looks at Black Inferno. �Ahh, the lapdog. This should be an entertaining warm up.�
Clarice curses as she feels the wall, �Fuck me running�blue balls it shall be!� as she concentrates on freezing his form from the inside out.
Vin_Da_DM: Clarice�s ice begins to freeze the surface of the force field in front of her.
^Shinta starts to smirk, �Your right, Remy. There must not be a set in that suit of his.�
Vin_Da_DM: Bronze shakes his head at Clarice, then waves a hand bringing Black Inferno through the force field.
Clarice feels her concentration being blocked.
Vin_Da_DM. Cracking his neck Inferno sizes Bronze up, �You should have picked a Warrior first.� Pointing his sword at him he nods, �A fight it is then.�
Clarice stops concentrating.
Vin_Da_DM: Eclipse looks at Luna with a heavy sigh, �I don�t think any of my ideas will work as long as we�re stuck like this.�
Vin_Da_DM: Black Inferno and Bronze begin to fight in the center of the room, metal clanging sounding each time one blocks the other�s attack.
Clarissa: ~Maybe he can start your heart on fire. I swear its as cold as my Aunt�s ice.~
Luna_Faline: �We already know what my sai would do, so that�s out,� I growl.
Clarissa looks around at the others, then leans her head against Kabal�s legs to watch the oncoming fight.
Vin_Da_DM: Black Inferno and Bronze go through several exchanges with their blades. Separating Inferno snarls, �Do not hold back on me, Bronze. Unless you�re weak like these Warriors!�
Claron feels her temper wanting to rear its ugly little head, �Weak...my ass!�
Luna_Faline prays silently to Selenia for help as I watch the two enemies fight.
Clarice: �Your twins...they spared you. There must be some reason for that�� whispers to Tewyn.
Tewyn: �At this point, I don�t know.�
Kat|e hears the sounds of battle begin to increase in volume in her head, and opens her eyes, finding herself pinned against the wall still in her sitting position.
Clarice: �Call me selfish...but I for one am so very thankful they did.�
Vin_Da_DM: Black Inferno rolls back. Raising his free hand he forms several fireballs in the air around it. They blaze forward towards Bronze who deflects them with small force fields from his hands, �Is that the best you can do, Hound of Daegriss?�
Vin_Da_DM: Growling at Bronze, Inferno ignites his entire body and begins to throw a variety of flame attacks at Bronze. Bronze cackles as the fire begins to surround him until he is lost within the flames.
Vin_Da_DM: With a gusting sound the fires are thrown off Bronze by a burst of force that causes the field pinning you to ripple like a wave. Dashing through the incoming flames from Inferno, Bronze continues to deflect them.
Vin_Da_DM: Reaching Inferno Bronze lunges with his bladed-gauntlet, impaling Black Inferno in the chest. Drawing his blade back he watches the flame-engulfed blood on his blade, �Who is the weak one now, fool!�
Vin_Da_DM: Inferno stumbles back and grits his teeth. Dashing forward he sends a fireball at Bronze and using the distraction manages to burn the side of Bronze�s face. Clutching his face Bronze grabs hold of Inferno wrist and forcefully rips off Inferno�s arm from the elbow-down.
Vin_Da_DM: Inferno rolls to the floor bleeding flaming blood and grunting in pain. Bronze smirks with his half-charred face as he tosses Inferno�s forearm away and looks up, �Next!�
Clarissa gasps, �No...just give us the box...please,� beggingly at Bronze.
Claron tries to turn her head away as Bronze rips half of Black Inferno�s arm off.
Vin_Da_DM: �Give you the box? And what would I get in exchange for the vast power I will collect when I resurrect her?� Bronze points back to the tomb as he speaks to Clarissa.
Vin_Da_DM: Syne grunts as he struggles uselessly against the field, �Not exactly how I planned it��
Vin_Da_DM: Black Inferno manages to prop himself up against the wall weakly, covering his half-missing arm with his hand.
Clarissa: �You think you will gain power for resurrecting her...Oh, you are a fool....she will learn how you treated her own...it will not go well for you.�
Vin_Da_DM: Bronze chuckles, �You presume much, my dear.� Waving his hand Bronze brings Clarissa out from the force field.
Clarissa: �Especially when she learns that you asked me to kill her!�
Clarissa stands facing Bronze defiantly.
Vin_Da_DM: �Ahh, it is clear now. You are the fool, my dear,� Bronze turns towards the demon, �The witch can rot in hell for all I care. I seek a stronger ally.�
Clarissa feels her heart sink.
Vin_Da_DM: The demon stops chanting with a triumphant howl as the glow around the tomb is almost blinding. Bronze smiles, �Ahh, she is almost here.�
Clarissa takes the chance while Bronze is distracted by the howl to quickly slash him numerous time with her knife.
Vin_Da_DM: Bronze looks at Clarissa as her slices cut across his back. �How rude��
Clarissa zips quickly away from Bronze afterwards.
Vin_Da_DM: �Bronze...you counted me...*cough*... out too soon!� Black Inferno plants his hand against the inner edge of the force field and sends a massive wave of flame across it. Almost like glass it shatters and disappears. Inferno grunts, �Kill...kill that bastard.�
Vin_Da_DM: Bronze looks stunned for a moment��Impossible. Damn you, Daegriss��
Clarissa dashes quickly back towards Bronze stabbing her knife into him as she passes.
Vin_Da_DM: The demon notices the force field disappear and turns beginning to copy itself again.
Vin_Da_DM: Cara looks over at Kabal as the two are freed, �Remember, Brother...leave one of them alive.� The two run to engage the demons.
Clarissa pulls the knife back out and stabs again and again��I told you�� she taunts.
Vin_Da_DM: Bronze grabs Clarissa by the throat and pulls the knife out of her hands, �Bothersome little girl�� With a grin he stabs her in the chest.
Vin_Da_DM: �Clarissa!� Stryder steps forward toward Bronze.
Clarissa tries to struggle as she feels Bronze hand around her throat, then groans as she feels the knife impale her.
Luna_Faline falls off the wall landing on my feet, drawing my sai as I run toward a distracted Bronze. I stab him low in the back as I pull him away from Clarissa.
Claron screams, �NOOOOOOOOO!!!� Rushes towards Clarissa and Luna.
Vin_Da_DM: Luna�s blow burns against Bronze�s side as he hisses at her, �Cursed beast!� He staggers away from her.
Tabris: �You bastard!� Tabris twirls some obsidian shards around in his hands as he glares at Bronze, �Luna...move.� He throws them at Bronze.
Luna_Faline quickly grabs Clarissa as Tabris� shards come at us, I take her to the ground and cover her.
Clarice looks over at Tewyn, then eyes his children before racing towards the demons... Clarice rapid fires ice spears past their heads into one of the demons.
Vin_Da_DM: The shards stick into Bronze�s chest as he lets loose an eerie howl, �Fools! You cannot defeat me so easily!�
Tewyn looks around, �Time to get out of here, and bury it all�Sorry, kids�but that�s one box your not going to get.�
Luna_Faline carefully and gently pulls the blade from Clarissa�s chest as I heal her.
Kat|e tries to struggle to her feet, but blood loss makes her sit back down with an exasperated sigh.
Vin_Da_DM: Stryder grabs the blade from Luna�s hand and shimmers in front of Bronze, �You�re so going to die�� Shimmering his hand he stabs into Bronze�s chest then pulls his hand back, leaving the knife buried up to it�s pommel.
Claron kneels down beside Luna and Clarissa, reaching a hand out gently strokes Clarissa�s white hair, �Fret not, lil one, she will make you all better.�
Vin_Da_DM: �Muwhahahaha! Fool...you have only aided me!� Bronze staggers back from Stryder towards the tomb.
Clarice: �Any idea how we going to get that box?� asks Tewyn.
Tewyn: �We may not be able to get it.�
Luna_Faline: �Stop him! Don�t let him get to the tomb!� I growl.
Clarice: �We have to...somehow��
Vin_Da_DM: Eclipse jumps at Bronze but gets knocked away by the original demon as it moves to guard Bronze.
Vin_Da_DM: �Kabal, we have to stop him!� Cara shouts.
Vin_Da_DM: �Right!� Kabal decapitates one of the demons and heads for Bronze.
Claron looks up and sees Eclipse knocked away by the original demon and concentrates on his gravity and demon sculpture art making.
Vin_Da_DM: The demon snarls at Claron as her powers bend and twist him with gruesome crunching noises. With a piercing howl he implodes sending a shockwave across the room sending everyone off their feet.
Luna_Faline holds onto Clarissa as the shockwave goes over us. �Good job, Claron.�
Claron braces herself and manipulates her own gravity, so as not to be moved by the shockwave.
Vin_Da_DM: Bronze stands in front of the tomb, bleeding profusely then grins widely. �Even in death I have won!� He falls against the tomb dead.
Vin_Da_DM: With a thunderous rumble the tomb absorbs the blinding glow around it and begins to crack open.
Clarice: �What you suppose he means by that?�
Vin_Da_DM: �I think we�re about to find out�� The Guardian says as he gets to his feet.
Luna_Faline: �His blood got on the tomb, that was what he meant!�
Clarissa pushes herself up as if in a daze, without glancing at her Mother or Luna. She quickly stands and moves closer to Black Inferno.
Vin_Da_DM: The rumbling begins to take over the entire room as parts of the ceiling and walls begin to crack and crumble. The tomb shatters apart with a blaze of color as a figure forms in the center of the glow.
Vin_Da_DM: Black Inferno smirks at Clarissa, �Good...*cough*...closer��
Clarissa kneels down beside Black Inferno.
Claron watches then glances over at Tabris with a perplexed look on her face.
Luna_Faline watches Clarissa and Inferno as I move over to Eclipse and take his hand in my paw.
Clarice tries to make out the figure forming in the center of the glow.
Tabris: �What the hell�� Tabris looks at Clarissa with a raised brow.
Clarissa leans her head in closer to Black Inferno, so they are face to face.
Black Inferno closes his eyes as all the flames from his body absorb into Clarissa in a flash of fire.
Vin_Da_DM: Inferno�s body goes limp as the last of the flames leave him.
Vin_Da_DM: Clarissa turns and speaks with many voices as one. �And so does the phoenix rise from the ashes. I must thank you Warriors for allowing the Black Inferno to live on.� A wave of fire washes over Clarissa�s eyes as an evil grin spreads across her lips.
Claron screams as she sees the flames engulf Clarissa....�NOOOOOOOOOOO! Give her back to me!�
�Vin_Da_DM: �We shall meet again�� Clarissa quickly disappears into a fiery vortex as the glow around the tomb begins to die down...
Claron slumps to the ground and rocks back and forth wailing.
Vin_Da_DM: The figure in the glow begins to move towards you.
Luna_Faline falls to my knees next to Eclipse. I look around to see who came from the tomb.
Vin_Da_DM: As the figure steps out of the glow you notice she is a tall pale-skinned woman with flowing white hair. As her black cape flows in a unseen breeze she raises her white sword and shouts, �At last I have been restored. Doom shall come with the rebirth of Lady Velarenyssa!�
Clarice watches as the white haired woman starts moving closer to them.
Vin_Da_DM: Looking at you she grins and summons several portals with a wave of her sword. Kabal and Cara are thrown into one with a simple glance from her. She turns her gaze to you and you feel yourselves being thrown back into the swirling ether of a portal.
Vin_Da_DM: As the portal closes you see Velarenyssa smile with an utterly evil grin�
