Vin_Da_DM: Previously on Warriors of Destiny: With the help of Turian, the White Inferno, the Warriors began to carve their way into the demonic forces of the Dark Army. After killing several hundred, they made it through the main ground forces and reached the stronger troops.
Vin_Da_DM: Clearing these, the Warriors ran across the titans of the Dark Army, a group of large giants. Using combined efforts, along with a divine magical sacrifice by Arwyn�s bodyguard Sabir, they were able to defeat them, getting them face to face with three of the Knights.
Vin_Da_DM: Nightside, Mileor and Xamaen fought with the Warriors. Nightside disregarded most of the Warriors to go after Cara, but with a combined effort Kabal and Cara were able to vanquish him, freeing the trapped souls he had consumed over the centuries.
Vin_Da_DM: Bringing the fight into the Shadow Realm, Eclipse distracted Xamaen enough for Luna and Arwyn to channel their powers using Luciendar, flooding the Shadow Realm with divine magic causing it to be destroyed and replaced by something else.
Vin_Da_DM: Xamaen was killed in the blast, and only through the intervention of Morthoseth was Eclipse able to survive. However; a side effect of the Shadow Realm�s destruction made Eclipse mortal. After seeing his comrade defeated, Mileor retreated from battle.
Vin_Da_DM: This left the Warriors little time for respite, for as they recovered the Dark Army�s siege broke Aventine�s shield and their main forces began surging into the city...
Vin_Da_DM: *Time passed: None*
Vin_Da_DM: Eclipse turns to look at the city and the army flooding into it, �We�ve got to hurry back.�
Vin_Da_DM: $ Start
Shadow says to himself, �And so it begins.�
Tabris: �We�re short a few horses,� Tabris comments as he looks around.
Katie rubs her eyes again tiredly, �It�s time.� She whispers sadly.
Luna_Faline looks up at Eclipse, then over at the city. �Mah, we have to go.� standing up quickly. Mah rises to his mighty feet and Luna jumps on his back, nudges him toward Eclipse. �Ride with me,� holding her paw down to him.
Cara looks over at Kabal, �Va would be with Daegriss� main forces, don�t you think?�
Valrash looks around not sure of how they won and hops onto his horse, then turns it, �More fun.�
Vin_Da_DM: Kabal nods, �I�d bet so, if we�re going to get them I�d suggest looking around the Behemoths.�
Shadow gets on his war ram and turns to the city.
Vin_Da_DM: Stryder stares ahead at the city, then shakes his head feeling lightheaded. �Let�s get moving.�
Clarice overhears Cara and Kabal, �Then, we should waste no more time.�
Vin_Da_DM: A demon in more armor then he looks able to wear cracks his whip in between Tewyn and Shinta, �Move!�
Vin_Da_DM: Eclipse takes Luna�s paw and climbs up to Mah�s saddle, a look of fatigue on his face as he settles into the saddle.
Tewyn looks up from his beaten and battered state, �I�m gonna make you regret that later.�
^Shinta spits the blood from his mouth, �You would think one must at least fill out the armor before being given the duty of watching over Warriors�Guess, your the weak one.�
Vin_Da_DM: Another demon, smaller wearing only a breastplate, tugs on the lead chain, which hooks Shinta and Tewyn�s bindings together. The tug sends a quick zap of pain to each of them, feeling like a hot iron being pressed against one�s chest.
Claron takes Tabris� offered hand to help lift her up behind him on Obsidian.
Tabris: �You ready for round 2, Babe?� Tabris looks over his shoulder at Claron.
Tewyn smirks away the pain. �Now, that can be considered foreplay�I knew you demons were kinky�but I�m too sexy for you lot.�
^Shinta grimaces, �Enjoy it while you can, demons.�
Luna_Faline looks back at Eclipse as Mah lunges into a breakneck run, �Are you alright?�
Claron shakes her head, �Do I have a choice?�
Tabris: �Probably not, but just thought I�d ask.� Tabris looks ahead and sighs heavily.
Katie swings back into Ki�lin�s saddle, �We must be swift, my friend.� She looks at Clarice. �Need a ride, Penance?�
Shadow whips his ram and takes off, staying behind Luna.
Valrash takes off following Shadow on his horse.
Vin_Da_DM: �Not sure...I�ve never been mortal before.� Eclipse says, his tone ready but with hinted weariness.
Tewyn gets a smile across his face, �If your going to play with me, at least take the chains off so I can play back.�
Claron slips her arms around Tabris� waist, �What do you make of our son snapping like that?� not really wanting to hear what she already suspects.
Vin_Da_DM: Syne changes to his dog form again and runs quickly after Mah.
Kyra shudders, jumping into Robin�s saddle and spurring the chocobo gently. �Let�s get this over with.�
DracBlue looks at Cara, �It�s time for round two.�
Tabris: �Not sure what I make of it, but I�d keep an eye on him.� Tabris glances over at Stryder, studying his son while remembering his own feelings before.
Clarice smiles, �Do I ever!� chuckles as she takes Katie�s hand to help mount Ki�lin.
Katie notices her bare wrist and sighs, then turns her concentration to staying in the saddle as Ki�lin begins to eat up the ground beneath her hooves.
Cara nods her head at Dracblue, �That it is.�
Luna_Faline places her paws on top of Eclipse�s, as they hold onto her. �I don�t want to lose you. But I have to focus on stopping them from getting into the temple.�
Vin_Da_DM: The two demons seem to ignore Tewyn and Shinta. Alongside the two captives, the massive Behemoths begin moving, their steps shaking the earth and leaving large hoof marks in the grassy and dirt.
^Shinta keeps looking around for any chance to get free from the chains.
Vin_Da_DM: Chains glowing with a dim redness connect between the bindings on Shinta�s legs and arms. The bindings themselves, though having been clamped on, feel like a part of the limbs they�re attached to.
Vin_Da_DM: �Understood,� Eclipse surveys ahead, �We�re behind their forces, getting back into the city will be difficult.�
Vin_Da_DM: Stryder nudges Cyan forward, watching the rest of the group as they dash ahead towards the rear of the enemy forces.
Vin_Da_DM: Obsidian leaps over several corpses as he runs, �What is your plan of attack?� He asks to Tabris and Claron.
Kyra: Out of habit, Kyra starts to reach for Stryder with her mind, then suddenly stops before uttering a thought, her eyes tearing up as the wind whips into them, or so she tells herself.
Arwyn prays silently in Elven as she rides behind the others.
Tewyn: �So, monk�you have any ideas on how to get these bindings off? Seeing as they block our powers and all.�
Katie chews on her lip. �Please be okay, you stubborn ass. Please,� she whispers.
Luna_Faline looks around the city. �There are other ways in. I just don�t want to show the enemy those ways if we can help it.�
Vin_Da_DM: Syne takes heavy breathes as he weaves along the ground following the others, �Need to run more....tiring me out��
^Shinta shakes his head, �None at the moment,� looking over at the demons, then back over to the behemoths, walking alongside.
Claron: �To slay every damn thing that gets in my path! I will avenge all that bastard and his minions have caused me to suffer!�
Tabris raises his brow at Claron looking surprised by her words.
Vin_Da_DM: �Then, what do we plan on doing? Making a path through ourselves?� Eclipse questions Luna.
Vin_Da_DM: The Behemoths are a grizzly combination of giant monster and siege weapon. Large metal plating seems welded to their thick leathery hides, a large row of glowing orange crystals are plugged into several slots on their backs.
Luna_Faline shakes my head, �I don�t know if we have time to circle around and head them off, if we do go thru the other way.�
Vin_Da_DM: Meanwhile inside the city the Aventinian forces continue fighting the demons as they spread out from the breached gate. Deeper in the city Telepi and Marduc watch from the castles battlements, �Once they reach Marble Way will begin our defensive. We cannot let them reach the castle walls.� Marduc looks at the other dragons and soldiers around him.
Tewyn rattles his chains, �Damn cowards, they are.�
Vin_Da_DM: ~The Warriors are coming...but the enemy is between them and the city.~ Cranoc says as he descends and lands his massive body in front of the castle walls.
DracBlue takes to the sky, flying next to Cara. He swoops down to say, �What do you want me to do? Stay with you, or just go out and fight?�
Vin_Da_DM: Kabal looks over at Cara as he steers the earth wave to avoid a larger demon�s corpse.
Tewyn looks up, �Can we at least ride one of those ugly things, so we don�t have to walk?�
Cara: �That�s entirely up to you...First chance we get, I fully intend to save our father. Your help may be needed then.�
^Shinta: �Now�now, Tewyn. Don�t talk of his mother like that.�
DracBlue smiles and says, �Well�then, looks like I�m your parasite for awhile longer.� He swoops up, staying above Cara.
Vin_Da_DM: The shorter demon pulls on the chain, giving pain to the two again while it curses in demonic at them.
Tewyn: �Mmmm�I knew you liked me, short stuff.�
Vin_Da_DM: Telepi nods to Cranoc, �They will find a way, I know they will.�
Luna_Faline growls, �Let�s go, Mah,� giving him his head as she grips her sword tightly.
Vin_Da_DM: �Cara, the others seem intent on defending the city. If you want to rescue Dad, we may be doing it alone.� Kabal eyes Cara.
Vin_Da_DM: As the Behemoths approach the city walls they fire large fireballs at it, blowing open spaces large enough for them to climb through.
Cara glances at Kabal, �That�s fine with me...just as long as we save him.�
^Shinta: �Seems we will get first glimpse of what we are up against,� watching them attack.
Vin_Da_DM: Stryder tightens the grip on his dirk as he sees the enemy growing steadily closer ahead of him.
Kyra chances a glance at Stryder, her heart heavy.
Vin_Da_DM: Behemoth fireballs tear through a large three story building on the other side of the gap in the wall, the debris being crushed under foot as the massive creatures stomp into the city.
Luna_Faline sees the destruction of the city and her anger begins to grow.
Katie begins to tremble as they draw closer to the battle, her nerve endings tingling with anticipation and not a little trepidation.
Vin_Da_DM: Mah surveys the enemy ahead and slows down as he notices something fast, with a purple trail, circling the enemy in a wide berth. Approaching Mah it slows to a halt a few feet from it, Maeve looks up at Luna, �Avatar, I suggest a faster way into the city.� She looks at the others approaching, �Good, everyone still lives.�
Luna_Faline looks down at Maeve, �What route do you suggest?�
^Shinta starts to laugh a small bit, then starts singing along with Remy. �Swing high...Swing lowwwww, sweet chariot��
Tewyn: �Monk, you scare even me at times.�
Vin_Da_DM: Kabal turns the earth wave again, heading towards the enemy forces at a quicker pace. Looking at Cara and Drac he nods, �Here we go��
DracBlue turns, flying a little faster to keep up with Kabal and Cara, he nods back.
Cara holds on tightly to Kabal as they move faster towards the enemy.
^Shinta: �Well, I can�t get this one over here to stop smirking over the lessons he learnt in history class.�
Vin_Da_DM: Maeve surveys the group then raises her hand as purple pulses collect in her palm. Aiming her hand at Mah, she unleashes the pulses. The pulse quickly teleports Mah, then jumps between you and your mounts, teleporting everybody, save Kabal, Drac and Cara, who were out of range. Those teleported find themselves being stared at by the dragons and soldiers guarding the castle walls.
Valrash says, �Well, that was nifty.�
Shadow smirks.
Luna_Faline jumps down from Mah�s back and runs over to Cranoc. �We defeated a couple of the Knights, but there are so many more. We have to stop them before they breach these walls.�
Katie coughs and sputters. �Damn.�
Kyra looks like she�s going to faint.
Vin_Da_DM: Cranoc nods and looks out towards the approaching enemy, ~They will have an unexpected diversion very soon.~ His gaze trails off towards the Behemoths.
Cara calls out, �Drac, keep your eyes open for any signs of Va and Shinta.�
Vin_Da_DM: �If only Dad could see the tricks I�ve inherited,� Kabal chuckles as he crosses his arms in front of him, quickly throwing them apart a rocky tidal wave surges across the ground, knocking a large group of demons about like bowling pins.
Cara�s eyes widen. �Whooaa! Impressive, brother.�
Luna_Faline steps over to the wall and looks down at the enemy flooding into the city.
Vin_Da_DM: The large armored demon looks behind himself, then shouts something in demonic to the shorter one. Turning the larger demon says an incantation and his whip becomes engulfed in hellfire.
Tewyn: �Oh, they are picking up the foreplay!�
DracBlue nods back and starts to look around for Shinta and Tewyn.
^Shinta watches the demon with the whip closely.
Luna_Faline studies the crowd, then raises her paw as if to shade her eyes as she searches the sky. �These are just minor underlings. Where are the Knights?�
Vin_Da_DM: Like an unlucky quarterback, Drac is plowed into by what can only be described as a flying eel.
DracBlue takes a bite out of the flying eel and drops out of the sky. Doing an impression of something falling, but then, pulls his wings out to glide down.
Vin_Da_DM: Kabal jumps off the earth wave and lands on top of a larger demon. Grabbing it�s neck he swings around it, breaking it in the process, and drops down grabbing the sword it was holding.
DracBlue spits out the eel and says, �Damn, I hate that taste.�
Vin_Da_DM: �We are not sure, scattered through the forces. Save that one,� Telepi points his sword at the dark form of Sarez, the black dragon, in the sky above the city.
Luna_Faline looks up at the black dragon. �I don�t think it�s alone,� glancing over at Eclipse.
Cara lands on the ground, smacking her ass hard as Kabal jumps off the earth wave. Scrambling to her feet, she shoots streams of mage-fire at creatures as she races to follow Kabal.
Vin_Da_DM: On the ground, several demons approach Drac with weapons drawn, a particularly round one grins with unkempt fangs at Drac.
DracBlue flaps his wings, pulling out of the glide and going back up to the eels, �I don�t think anything here looks appetizing.� He lets his claws out, getting ready to fight in the air.
Vin_Da_DM: The whip-wielding demon blocks Shinta�s full view of what is going on, but sounds of fighting are definite.
^Shinta looks at Tewyn, �This may be our chance.�
Vin_Da_DM: A pack of flying eels rush Drac, mouths open with serrated fangs bared.
Tewyn eyes the larger demon, �Hmm, yes it could be.�
Vin_Da_DM: A pair of demons swing their curved blades at Cara, as Kabal crosses swords with a burly demon in armor.
Vin_Da_DM: Eclipse shakes his head, �Daegriss�� he says with a hissing on the end of his voice.
DracBlue smiles as he says, �I�ve been practicing for this�time to impress her.� He crosses his blades in a fighting stance, his wings shooting feathers at the eels.
Vin_Da_DM: Taking human form Syne glances down the streets behind them, �Looks like they�re getting closer by the minute��
Vin_Da_DM: Several of the eels cannot escape being pin-cushioned by the feathers, but the remainder glide around them. One manages to clamp onto Drac�s wing with it�s fangs, sending an electric shock through him.
Cara: �Oh no, you fucking don�t�� sending her mage fire streams into both of them as she ducks down and rolls under the swinging blades. The tip of one of the blades nicks her left shoulder.
Vin_Da_DM: The smaller demon looks between Shinta and Tewyn. Drawing it�s small slender sword it glares at them.
DracBlue slices the eel on his wing in half, shaking in surprise of the shock.
Tewyn stands a few feet behind Shinta and calls out to the demon. �Hey sexy...umm�no, that�s not it. Hey, you puss sack. What�s going on over there!�
Vin_Da_DM: The eel lets go after being sliced. Another takes the opportunity to bite at Drac�s legs.
Luna_Faline nods at Eclipse, �Feels like it,� looks at her sword. ~Do you have suggestions?~
DracBlue lifts his leg up and stomps it back down using his strength to push it down.
Vin_Da_DM: ~Let them come to us and show them no quarter, ahem. Forgive me, centuries rest does bring out the battle lust in me.~ Luciendar glows softly.
Vin_Da_DM: The eel hisses after Drac kicks it in the head. Swimming in the air around him, it bites Drac on the shoulder and shocks him.
Luna_Faline mentally nods. ~You�ll get your chance for blood today my new friend.~
Vin_Da_DM: ~Not too much blood...stains are so distasteful.~ Luciendar chuckles in her soft-spoken voice.
^Shinta eyes the smaller demon looking between them.
DracBlue turns his head and takes a bite out of the eel�s head, swipes at another with his claws.
Tabris looks out over the city towards the army, �This is going to get rough, but we can do it.�
Kabal skewers the burly demon, then throws the sword into the fray. Near the whip-wielding demon, one of the smaller demons falls back in a blood spray due to the thrown sword giving it a tracheotomy.
Tewyn: �Oh looky, told you that you were going to pay demon.�
^Shinta looks at the slain demon, �Wow, your just going to let them do that to your men?�
Cara jerks her head around as she hears a voice that sounds like Va. �Kabal,
Va is nearby!� she shouts.
Vin_Da_DM: As Drac makes more eel sushi, one of the few remaining wraps itself around his legs and begins dragging him down.
Vin_Da_DM: �Thought that might be him...I noticed familiar sarcasm,� Kabal says as he tosses several medium sized boulders into the crowd of demons.
Luna_Faline moves back over to Mah and opens the saddle bag. As she digs around in the bag looking to see what else is packed in it, her paw tangles in a leather cord. Pulling it out she finds the golden amulet that Naroosh gave her long ago. Taking it over to Eclipse she holds it up, �I forgot all about this. Do you think it would help now?�
DracBlue slashes his robe just about knee length, slips his feet out from the grasp, then slashes at the eel that was holding him. �Damn, and this was such a nice robe.�
Vin_Da_DM: Marduc looks to a solider near him and motions him over, �Go check with the tower mages, make sure the castle shield is in place.�
Vin_Da_DM: Eclipse looks the amulet over, �Only if you want to wear it. It�s ceremonial.�
^Shinta: �Hmm�well, I guess we could just pick that sword out of his throat and kill the two of you now��
Vin_Da_DM: The small demon pulls the chain again, giving pain to Shinta and Tewyn. Behind them, the armored demon begins striding forward, bringing it�s arm back it lashes the flaming whip forward towards Cara.
^Shinta: �Bastard, now your just teasing me!� grimacing.
Luna_Faline tries to read the orcish words carved into the amulet, but it ends up sounding like guttural growls. Shrugs and slips it over her head to join the key and the other amulet she�s wearing.
Vin_Da_DM: The last eel hisses at Drac and bites his upper arm quickly, and withdraws before Drac can take a bite out of it.
Cara dodges out of the way of the whip that lashes out towards her, then spins, shooting mage fire streams at him.
Tewyn: �Well now, small fry�you�re out numbered, your big brother ran away�now, what you going to do?� circling the small demon.
DracBlue sends a volley of feathers at the last eel and looks down at the ground for Shinta and Tewyn.
Katie sits on the wall, her eyes straining for a glimpse of the familiar figure.
Vin_Da_DM: The small demon growls at Tewyn and sinks it�s sword into his thigh and back out, licking the blood off with a long forked tongue.
Tewyn falls to a knee, then gets back up. �I dare you to try that again.�
Vin_Da_DM: The demon snarls as the mage-fire burns against it�s armor. Trudging over to Cara, he swings his whip at her again, sweeping her off her feet.
Kyra looks worriedly for Cara, shooting occasional glances at Stryder.
Vin_Da_DM: The small demon yanks on the chain and holds it tight, the pain for Tewyn and Shinta longer and more painful this time.
Valrash says, �We�re missing three people. Did anyone else notice ?�
Tewyn falls to a knee again and slowly gets up, �Is that all you got? No wonder your not suitable to fight,� watching Shinta circle behind silently.
Luna_Faline looks over at Valrash and nods, �I can take a wild guess as to where the hell they are,� points down at the invaders.
Cara lands with a loud �thwump� on the ground as her feet are swept out from underneath her. She then aims her mage fire blasts into the demon�s knees.
Vin_Da_DM: Kabal notices Cara being swept of her feet and growls, noticing a melted spot from Cara�s attack, he pulls a large rocky spear out of the ground and charges, stabbing the spear into the spot, causing the demon to growl out in pain.
^Shinta circles behind the smaller demon and wraps his chains around his neck, �Now, its our turn to do the pulling.�
Vin_Da_DM: The demon spins to the side, knocking Kabal to his feet and skidding across the ground several feet.
Tewyn rushes over and grabs the other side of Shinta�s chain and pulls in the other direction of Shinta.
Cara scrambles to her feet, then rushes towards Kabal and the fallen demon, tries to remove the hellfire from his grasp.
Vin_Da_DM: The small demon growls in complaint, but is silenced by a series of unhealthy snaps.
DracBlue dives down dive bombing the demon attacking Cara.
Tewyn leans down searching for a key, �You know, you shouldn�t bring a midget to a big boy fight.�
Vin_Da_DM: Cara�s head is barely missed by Drac�s blade as they sink into the larger demon�s neck. The demon chortles in a blood-filled fit and slumps back.
DracBlue pulls out the blades and says, �No one attacks her.�
Vin_Da_DM: The small demon has nothing resembling a key on him, though a small bag contains what smells like a hellish version of snuff.
Tewyn turns his nose up, �I wouldn�t even put that in my mouth.�
Cara feels herself being propelled downward as the demon slumps back. Releasing her grasp as he falls, she drops to the ground.
Vin_Da_DM: The large whip loses it�s hellfire as it hits the ground in front of Cara.
^Shinta: �Well now, if we can just get out of these chains, maybe we can find the others.�
Vin_Da_DM: Kabal gets to his feet and looks over at Shinta and Tewyn, �We might be able to help with that.�
Tewyn looks oddly at the brown man, �And you are?�
^Shinta looks over to the voice.
Vin_Da_DM: �Kabal, Dad. It�s a long story,� Kabal looks over at Cara to make sure she�s okay, �Cara? You all right?�
Tewyn rubs his eyes, �Kabal... Damn, you monk, did we die?�
Cara: �I know you wish you could poke me, but damn it...your blade almost got me,� she says to Drac. Turning her head towards the sound of Kabal�s voice, she calls out, �Yes!� then rushes over towards Kabal and her Va.
^Shinta looks over to Tewyn, �No, we didn�t die.�
DracBlue turns four shades of red and calls back, �At least, I got it.�
Tewyn eyes Drac, �What did I tell you about my daughter?�
Luna_Faline paces nervously after not finding anything useful in the bags.
Vin_Da_DM: Kabal studies the chains and bindings on Shinta and his father, �They certainly didn�t want you getting away, these will be hard to get off, but it�s doable.�
DracBlue looks at Tewyn and says plainly, �I have to pay back my debt.�
Tewyn: �Damn right, they didn�t.. but honestly, I don�t think they wanted to hear from the baggage the monk totes around.�
Cara chuckles at her father, turning to look at Kabal, �What do you have in mind...maybe Drac is hungry.�
Vin_Da_DM: Eclipse looks over at Luna pacing and sighs lightly, looking out towards the enemy forces he nods, �They�ll be here soon enough.�
Vin_Da_DM: Kabal looks at Drac, his mostly featureless face giving a look of curiosity.
^Shinta: �Well, if you wouldn�t mind,� holding out his arms.
DracBlue says, �I�m not swallowing. I don�t know what this stuff is.�
Luna_Faline stops and takes Eclipse�s paw, looking at him. �You�ve changed, you know.�
DracBlue bites at the chains restricting Shinta.
Cara: �So�spit it out, then.�
Vin_Da_DM: Stryder hops off of Cyan and approaches the edge of the wall. Narrowing his gaze he stares at the enemy.
Tewyn eyes Cara, �See your mother taught you something.�
Vin_Da_DM: �I know...I�m not as resilient this time,� Eclipse gives a nod of reassurance to Luna, �I�ll be careful.�
Cara gives her father a puzzled look, �Huh?� not getting what he said.
Vin_Da_DM: As Drac bites the chain, a searing pain shoots through his body and Shinta�s as well. This time feeling like being dipped in lava from head to toe.
^Shinta falls to a knee. �Ok.....lets not do that again.�
DracBlue falls to his knees and says, �Ow.�
Vin_Da_DM: Kabal shakes his head, �Doesn�t look like these will come off without pain. Cara, don�t suppose you know any other spells?�
Luna_Faline shakes her head, �It�s more than that.� Leans her head against his chest for a moment inhaling his changed scent.
Tewyn: �Well, do what you have to do.�
Cara looks at Kabal, then back at Tewyn and Shinta, �What if I do it incorrectly?� trying to remember another spell her mother had taught her.
Vin_Da_DM: �Well, what�s the spell supposed to do?� Kabal looks at Cara, then at Tewyn.
Tewyn: �Well, you have to try,� looking toward the behemoths, �I think, me and your brother�have some fun to go have.�
Cara: �It is supposed to break the magic of the chains and release them.� Cara looks nervously between the three of them.
Vin_Da_DM: Meanwhile the demonic soldiers continue battling their way towards the castle walls. Telepi and Marduc look at each other and nod, �Everyone get ready, they�re approaching Marble Way!�
Vin_Da_DM: �It�s worth a try, Cara.� Kabal moves over to her and takes her hands, �I have faith that you�ll get it right.�
Luna_Faline steps back from Eclipse, �You ready for this?�
Tewyn moves over holds out his hands. �We all do,� as Shinta does the same.
Vin_Da_DM: Eclipse tightens his grip on Morthoseth, �As I can be.�
DracBlue stands up.
Cara takes a deep breath in, then releases it slowly. Looking directly at the chains, she begins to chant, �Evastriaern....mantefestio...delectium releastriapian!�
Luna_Faline nods and turns toward Marble Way holding Luciendar ready as well. �Here we go.�
Valrash summons his spear.
Shadow pulls his axe out.
Vin_Da_DM: The chains and bindings begin to hum, large spears of pain shooting through Shinta and Tewyn�s arm and legs as the bindings detach themselves and fall to the ground and rust.
Tewyn falls to his knees, �Yea, I always knew you wanted to hurt me, daughter.�
^Shinta stands slowly, shaking his arms. �I�m all numb.�
DracBlue looks at Shinta, �You okay?�
Vin_Da_DM: �It should wear off soon,� Kabal says to Shinta, then offers Tewyn a hand up.
Cara rushes over to her father and wraps her arms around his neck, �That was before��
^Shinta nods, "Yea, I�m fine�Its Remy I�m worried about,� looking over as Remy appears and starts kicking the dead demon and giving him the finger.
^Shinta: �I don�t think he took kindly to being locked away.�
Tewyn: �Before, huh?� welcoming Cara�s embrace and looking up at Kabal. �So, you�re my son? Learn any of Pop�s tricks?�
Luna_Faline searches the enemy horde looking for the Knights hiding among them.
DracBlue says, �Well, we shouldn�t stay here. It is kind of a war zone.�
^Shinta goes over and drags Remy away when he gets one last kick to the demon nuts. �Ok�Remy, it�s dead, lets go, already.�
Katie sits, lost in herself.
^Shinta: Remy finally fades out, �Damn, that kid has some anger issues.�
Cara smiles happily, �Has he ever! But now�s not the time for that. We need to go find the others,� her thoughts shift to Stryder and Kyra. ~We have Va and Shinta with us now.~
Vin_Da_DM: As a good portion of the Aventinian soldiers crosses the large white marble road, half a dozen blocks away from the castle walls, the demons begin to follow them. Marduc raises his sword, �Wait for it...now!� White runes etched into the surface of the road begin to glow, vaporizing the demons crossing them, then creating a large white barrier as thick as the road, that spreads along the road and curves up to cover the inner city and the castle.
Tewyn stands. �Oh, but it is�We need to go slow those things down.�
Luna_Faline looks over at Katie. Reaches into her pocket and pulls out the bauble she took off Katie�s arm. Quickly fixes the clasp and moves over to her. �Here, your doing no better without it, than you did with it.� Holds the diamonds out to her.
Vin_Da_DM: �From demons to giants, sound like a good challenge.� Kabal looks over at Tewyn, �I�ll take the big one on the left.�
Cara stands watching her father and Kabal.
Tewyn gives Kabal a smirk, �Lets see what you got, kid.� �Looks over to Shinta, �Get the others there safely, ok?�
Tabris watches the white shield go up, �For a city, it�s got more shields than a battleship.�
^Shinta nods to Tewyn, �We will see you there.�
Kyra nods. �They have Shinta and Tewyn,� she says to whoever cares.
Tewyn pulls up a huge terra wave and moves toward the giants. �I�ve been wanting to take you down all day.�
^Shinta looks to Cara and Drac, �We better get moving, this battle isn�t finished, yet.�
Vin_Da_DM: �I like to call this the slingshot,� Kabal gathers a large grouping of rock behind him. Stepping onto it he stands at an angle, shifting his stance he uses the earth to launch him forward and up, sailing through the air toward the back of one of the Behemoths.
Katie looks up and gingerly takes the bracelet, hooking it back around her wrist numbly. On hearing Kyra, she perks up a tiny bit.
Cara looks over at Drac, �I should have warned you not to bite the chains, but I had to know for certain if they enhanced with magic. I�m sorry, for what it is worth.�
DracBlue looks at Cara. �Its forgiven, but we should get moving now.�
Cara nods her head at Shinta and Drac, �Yes...let�s get going.�
Luna_Faline hears the announcement from Kyra and nods. Then looks up to see how far the shield goes, looking for Daegriss and his dragon.
Tewyn smirks, �Nice trick, kid, but you have a lot to learn,� forms his wave into a huge rock like worm, diving in and out of the ground till it blasts upwards under the other Behemoths� feet.
^Shinta waves his hand out in front of him as Remy, Sano and a few fallen warriors of Aventine appear around them. �Now that the odds are more favorable, lets get moving.�
^Shinta sets out in a run, ~I�m on my way, Emerald Eyes, just stay in there.~
Cara moves out after Shinta. Her eyes widen as their numbers increase in size.
DracBlue follows Cara.
Vin_Da_DM: Kabal pulls up a earthen platform to land on near the Behemoth. �Suppose I do, but I know my fair share.� Kabal studies the Behemoth, �Big and ugly...let�s see if we can bring you down a peg.� The rocky platform under Kabal begins reshaping into a large golem.
Cara glances at Shinta, �I�m sorry that releasing you and father caused you both intense pain. It was unavoidable, I�m afraid.�
Vin_Da_DM: The Behemoth growls at Tewyn, attempting to stomp the worm with it�s huge feet.
^Shinta: �You did what you had to, Cara. Do not be sorry.�
Tewyn: �Oh, I made big ugly angry!�
DracBlue says, �Then, I�m sorry for causing us both pain.� He nods at Shinta.
Vin_Da_DM: Up on Sarez, Daegriss looks at the shield, then over at the Behemoth�s being attacked by Tewyn and Kabal. �Must I do everything myself?� He sighs and stands up in the saddle.
Tewyn drops the rock worm and brings up a molten giant. �Now, let�s see if you can dance, big guy.� having the molten giant grab the behemoth.
Vin_Da_DM: Kabal�s golem grabs the Behemoth, Kabal runs up it�s arm with a gathering of rock following him like a snake up the Behemoth�s back.
Tewyn has the molten giant give the behemoth a bear hug and squeeze.
Vin_Da_DM: The molten giant hug burns into the Behemoth, causing it roar out loudly, a roar that seems to shake the very city around it.
Tewyn runs up the molten giant�s back and stares into the behemoth�s eyes, �That hurt, huh?�
^Shinta: �All is forgiven, let�s just get to the castle.�
Luna_Faline spots a dark shape against the white barrier above us. �There!� pointing at it with my sword.
Clarice mutters, �Damn, I could swear this wall was shaking.�
Tewyn looks over to Kabal, �Not bad, kid. But this is how you do it,� leaping onto the Behemoth and touches between his eyes, �I just killed you with one touch, but you don�t even know it.�
Tewyn draws a large jagged rock up from the ground impaling the behemoth though his entire body and stopping right at his finger, �MMMMM, bar-b-que.�
Clarice looks up to where Luna is pointing.
Vin_Da_DM: �Very nice,� Kabal says watching Tewyn�s molten golem, �But I�ve always preferred alternative methods.� Reaching a hand back at the earthy snake following him it arch up and splits into nearly two dozen molten tipped spears, �A little acupuncture will do you good!� Throwing his hand forward, the spears sink into and through the Behemoth into the ground beneath it.
Vin_Da_DM: Kabal dusts his hands and chuckles, �If that didn�t kill him, my bill would have.�
^Shinta looks up ahead and sees a ka-bobbed behemoth. �Your father is having fun.�
Tewyn chuckles, �Seems you have my sense of humor.�
Clara chuckles, �Kabal is too, it would seem.�
Vin_Da_DM: Daegriss draws his sword from it�s sheath and points it towards the shields. In a deep voice, he begins an incantation that echoes in the air around him, a dark beam shoots from the sword and slams against the shield, visibly eating through it.
Luna_Faline sees the strike against the shield. �And here we go��
^Shinta watches the beam, �They aren�t wasting any time.�
Vin_Da_DM: Cranoc looks at the shield and yells out, �Everybody move!�
Vin_Da_DM: Obsidian turns and sprints down the wall a ways.
Shadow teleports himself and his ram to a further section of the wall.
Valrash turns on his horse and gallops a ways down the wall.
Arwyn moves her steed along the wall behind the others.
Luna_Faline sends Mah back to the temple as she finds a good spot to make a stand.
Tewyn: �Well, there goes the big bad wolf trying to blow the house down.�
Kyra tries to leap out of the way, her foot slipping on the edge of the wall. With a scream she feels herself begin to topple.
Katie leaps to her feet, about to sprint away, when Kyra�s scream makes her turn around. Seeing Kyra flapping her arms and attempting to regain her balance, she lunges to grab for her.
Claron reacts at the sound of Kyra�s scream. Concentrating, she manipulates her gravity and eases Kyra safely to the ground below.
Vin_Da_DM: Stryder looks up at the shield and teleports out of the way.
^Shinta reaches the barrier. �Well, here is another problem.�
Cara looks up at the shield, �I don�t think I can make that disappear.�
Tewyn walks over to the others, �Think we could knock?�
Kyra looks glumly up at the top of the wall and sighs. �Alone again, Darnier. Now what the fuck do we do?�
Cara shakes her head, �You can knock, but doubtful they will let us in, Va.�
Luna_Faline checks on Eclipse�s location. ~The time has come, are you ready?~
Tewyn: �But I�m famous here.�
^Shinta looks at Tewyn, �You�re not the only one.�
Vin_Da_DM: Eclipse looks over at Luna, watching her silently.
Katie sprints further down the wall, then peers over the edge at Kyra. �Hang in there, Princess,� she hollers.
Kyra looks up at Katie. �Yeah. I�m�hanging,� she mutters.
Vin_Da_DM: The black beam breaches the shield and continues on, blowing up a section of the castle wall as it hits it. The entire shield collapses back into the street, allowing the demonic army to continue ahead.
Tewyn: �HELLO�ANYBODY HOME!?!�
Luna_Faline uses her tail for balance as the wall beneath her feet shakes.
Kyra is blasted by the flying rubble, buried.
^Shinta turns around and sends some of the spirits out to slow down the demons.
Vin_Da_DM: Telepi looks ahead at the enemy approaching, drawing his sword he raises his shield and stands ready.
Valrash gets off his horse and readies his spear.
Clarice feels Ki�lin startles as the wall starts to collapse and dashes down the wall, in front of the collapsing part of the wall.
Katie wobbles, falling backwards as the wall shudders. �Kyraaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa,� she wails.
Tewyn falls on his face as the shield disappears, �Well, a simple hello would of done.�
Shadow gets off his ram and readies his axes.
^Shinta: Remy phases in and out, knocking helmets down over the demons eyes and kicking them in the balls.
Claron slides off Obsidian and races over close to the missing section of wall where she set Kyra down. Seeing the pile of rubble, she screams out, �Kyra!!!!!!� Begins to concentrate on the debris and lifting the rubble off, dropping it in a different pile.
Katie scrambles to her feet and looks down at the piles of debris.
DracBlue starts shooting feathers at the demons coming at us.
Vin_Da_DM: Syne leaps off the wall and helps Claron in moving the wall debris.
Tewyn looks over to Kabal, �So�what do you say, one big terra wave to bury these bastards��
Katie begins to weep, watching them unbury Kyra, afraid to see her broken body uncovered and lifeless.
Luna_Faline runs towards the rubble to defend the breach from the incoming army.
Vin_Da_DM: Marduc throws his sword forward, :Dragons, charge!� The various sized dragons under command of Telepi and Marduc charge the enemy, spitting fire and engaging in sword combat.
Vin_Da_DM: �Damn it, kid, you better not be dead,� Syne says as he shoves a large piece of rock wall out of the way.
Claron feels the tears streaming down her face, intense guilt overwhelming her as she continues to help remove pieces of the rock with her gravity manipulation.
^Shinta looks to Cara and Drac, �Let�s let them to set up the defense here, let�s go find the others.�
Vin_Da_DM: Stryder looks back noticing the crater in the wall and the absence of Kyra. �Kyra�� turning to face the enemy he snarls, ��bastards, they�ll pay.� Running towards the enemy he ditches his dagger and grabs to swords from fallen soldiers.
Cara nods her head, �Good idea.�
DracBlue nods.
Luna_Faline picks her way over the rubble to where Syne and Claron are moving rock. Holding her sword to keep the demons off Syne�s back. �Hurry,� swinging the sword in an arch to drive the enemy back.
Tewyn goes over to Kabal, �I�ll shake them up and you knock them back.�
Vin_Da_DM: Stryder teleports forward, a cold look on his face seems to surprise the demon he appears in front of as Stryder cuts him into thirds.
Vin_Da_DM: Kabal nods, �Knocking back I can do.�
Tewyn slams his hands down causing a centralized earthquake around the advancing demons.
Katie hurries to the break in the wall, looking down with her breath held.
Vin_Da_DM: Syne struggles with a large rock and pushes it away. Noticing Kyra he leans down and picks her up, �I�ve got her, Luna.�
Kyra�s body is limp, it�s obvious she�s broken several bones. She is, however, breathing shallowly, and with great difficulty, her chest crushed.
Luna_Faline drives her sword into a demon�s chest, twisting it as she pulls it out kicking the demon back into the ones behind him.
Claron calls down to Syne, �Please, tell me she�s alive!�
^Shinta runs through the city using his spiritual allies to knock back any demons along the way. �KATIE! DAMN IT, MCKINNON! WHERE ARE YOU?�
Katie begins to climb down the shattered section of the wall, slipping and nearly falling several times. �Kyraaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!�
Cara races behind Shinta, shooting mage fire at the demons.
Vin_Da_DM: Syne looks over at Katie, then down at Kyra, �She�s alive Katie, but she needs help fast.�
Katie�s wail echoes through the city.
Luna_Faline moves back towards Syne and Kyra quickly. �Let me see her,� placing a paw on her chest, I concentrate on healing her before more demons reach us.
Shadow starts throwing axes at demons that get close to him.
Katie falls the rest of the way down the wall, cracking her head hard, but not seeming to notice as she scrambles over the debris to where Syne holds Kyra tenderly.
Vin_Da_DM: The chaos on the street in front of the castle wall continues. Demons clashing with dragons and soldiers. In the center of the fighting Stryder continues cutting his own path through the demons, too focused on dispatching them to notice anything else.
Valrash starts summoning spears and throwing them at the daemons.
Luna_Faline growls as she hears Katie hit her head, �Damn, I�m gonna be busy today.�
Katie: �Listen, little girl. You aren�t allowed to go yet. If anyone bites it, I get that pleasure. So you�d best come back to us.� Katie cries stroking gentle fingers over the side of Kyra�s face.
Vin_Da_DM: Syne looks over at Kyra, then Katie, �I seem to have a habit of rescuing damsels from distress.�
Luna_Faline looks at Katie and shakes her head, then runs her tail over the back of Katie�s head to seal the flesh wound. Continuing to heal Kyra�s many injuries in the mean time.
DracBlue slashes at the daemons that get too close and shoots his feathers at further away ones while rushing along with Shinta and Cara.
Claron is letting out a sigh of relief at hearing that Kyra is still alive, when her eyes catch a glimpse of Stryder cutting a path through the demons. �Protect him, Goddess.�
Katie looks over at Syne helplessly. �You saved me. And I never deserved it. Save her now.� She addresses Luna as well.
Clarice looks down at the demons and raises her hands, sending an icy shockwave down among them.
Claron starts manipulating the gravity of the larger rocks and sends them hurling at the demons.
Kyra�s eyes are open and yet unseeing still. Katie begins to fret that she is beyond healing.
Vin_Da_DM: Syne shakes his head, �You did deserve it, Kat.�
Arywn stands along the wall rapidly loading three arrows in her bow and firing them into the demons, repeatedly.
Vin_Da_DM: Through the attacks the demons continue to fall, their numbers beginning to thin out, but still a good number remain.
Luna_Faline heals Kyra�s lungs then ribs, working the healing out to her limbs. Her breathing becomes noticeably easier. �I�ve done all I can. It�s up to her now,� stepping away.
Katie feels weariness creeping up on her. As a demon makes to impale Syne, her eyes blaze with renewed fire. �Oh, fuck off. You WILL NOT TOUCH HIM!� And she blasts it with a pulse to knock it on it�s ass, even as she brings Kyra�s sword (which she didn�t realize she�d picked up) into it�s throat.
Kyra�s black streaked face regains some color, and she blinks.
Vin_Da_DM: Ignoring the main battle, Daegriss and Sarez, head directly for the castle. Cranoc slams into the side of Sarez as he descends, knocking Daegriss off as the two dragons crash into the castle gardens as they struggle.
Luna_Faline nods seeing Katie finally acting like a warrior. Turns and looks for signs of Knights around. ~I know they�re here.~
Luna_Faline begins climbing back up the rubble for a better view. Roars as she sees Daegriss so close to his goal.
Claron does a quick glance over her shoulders trying to find Tabris.
Tabris gives Claron a light bump as he moves her out of the way to dispatch a demon approaching them on the wall. Throwing his hand towards the demons on the street, he sends a rain of small obsidian shards into them.
Kyra: �Did someone get the license plate of the wagon that hit me?� Kyra coughs delicately.
Vin_Da_DM: �123 Big Ass Rock, kiddo.� Syne smirks at Kyra, �Can you stand up?�
Katie engages another demon. But this one is tougher, knocking Kyra�s sword from her hand. Katie pales.
Claron chuckles as she feels Tabris lightly bump her, �There you are.�
Vin_Da_DM: With another black beam, Daegriss half-vaporizes a pair of soldiers attacking him.
Kyra: �Maybe. But do you think I�ll ever play piano?� Kyra sighs and tries to make her legs work. �I can�t feel them,� she moans.
^Shinta grabs the demon in front of Katie and snaps his neck, lets it�s body fall and stands there breathing heavily.
Luna_Faline runs toward Daegriss holding her sword ready.
Katie blinks. Then she throws herself at Shinta, beating the shit out of him. �God dammit, where the hell have you been, you insensitive jackass?�
^Shinta: �I�ve been a little tied up�Sorry, I didn�t make it here sooner,� holding her close for a moment.
Katie pulls back, punches him one more time, then runs off to fight.
Vin_Da_DM: �Then we�ll have to make do.� Hoisting her on his shoulder Syne transforms into a werewolf, using his free hand he claws at a demon approaching them.
Vin_Da_DM: Eclipse notices Luna and runs after her.
Kyra concentrates, her face a mask of frustration, but she finally manages to lash out with her foot, catching a demon in the face. �Ha!� she roars, triumphant.
Claron feels her powers beginning to wane, the pain in her head intensifying with each boulder she launches at the enemy.
Vin_Da_DM: Kabal continues sending demon sized boulders at the demons being jarred by Tewyn�s earthquakes.
^Shinta watches Katie run off, �And I�m the one always disappearing, huh?�
Tabris: �Babe, your draining yourself, it�s my turn.� Tabris begins conjuring obsidian spears and launches them.
Luna_Faline catches a brief glimpse of Eclipse as she heads into battle. �Misstress, I serve to protect you,� she prays silently as she gets closer.
Tewyn brings up multiple walls of rock and lava in between him and the demons, flexing his fingers, spears shoot out from all the walls.
Vin_Da_DM: Daegriss looks towards Luna with a smirk, �I was wondering when you�d show up.� Raising his sword towards her, it sends out a black beam that hits Luna and sends her flying back in the air.
Claron nods her head, then sits down close to Tabris and rubs her temples with her fingers.
^Shinta runs after Katie finally catching her and grabs her by the collar and makes her land on her ass. �Damn it, McKinnon�your not getting rid of me.�
Luna_Faline blocks the beam with her sword as it hits her, she flies back, but lands in a crouch on her feet. �Of course, you didn�t think it would be that easy did you?�
Kyra sees her sword. �Gimme,� she yells, wriggling in Syne�s arm.
Katie glares up at him.
Vin_Da_DM: �Where�s the fun in �easy�?� Daegriss tilts his gaze noticing Eclipse, �And my traitorous Avatar following at your heels.�
DracBlue slashes at another daemon taking it�s head off. He kicks the head into another demon.
Luna_Faline steps between them. �Your fight is with me, not him.�
Vin_Da_DM: Eclipse raises his sword as he stands next to Luna, �It�s with both of us.�
Katie: �I don�t have to �get rid of you�. You are very adept at getting rid of yourself, damn you!� Katie climbs to her feet and growls low in her throat.
^Shinta glares back at her offering a hand to help her up, �The sooner you realize that your self imposed black widow curse isn�t going to affect me, the better off we will both be�I�m here by your side where I belong, damn it.�
Vin_Da_DM: Cranoc�s massive silver scaled tail swings over Katie and Shinta�s heads as he and Sarez continue to struggle, crashing into the castle wall nearby as they tumble.
Katie makes a very unladylike noise, but doesn�t say anything.
Katie: �Oh, fuck. Let�s fight somewhere else, StuffyPants.� Katie whirls around and bolts while Shinta�s looking at the tail that almost decapitated him.
^Shinta: �OH, I�m sorry I was being held by some demons who felt it necessary to keep me in chains�But guess what, Black Widow didn�t strike�Cause I refuse to leave you by choice�Push away all you want, but unlike all the other that you think have fallen from you�I�ll continue to come back until you see me for what I am.�
Vin_Da_DM: Turning, Daegriss lowers his sword to his side, and extends a hand to motion at the two.
Luna_Faline never takes her eyes off Daegriss as she takes a battle stance.
Vin_Da_DM: Syne reaches down and grabs Kyra�s sword handing it to her, �Going to fight from my shoulder? Just don�t stab me in the process.�
Cara continues to fight her way through the demons, her eyes searching out Stryder as she does so.
Kyra laughs. �Girls don�t do the poking, according to Katie.�
Vin_Da_DM: �Nice kick, by the way, I assume you�re in a walking mood now?� Syne questions Kyra as he grabs a demon and crushes it�s throat with his claw.
Kyra shudders. �Ewww.� She shakes her head to rid her mind of the image. �And yeah. I think I�ll let you take a load off.�
Tewyn looks over to Kabal, �How you holding up over there?�
Vin_Da_DM: Cara notices Stryder as he decapitates a demon and stabs another with his dual swords. The look in his eyes is determined, fierce, and he seems too immersed in the battle to notice his injuries.
Vin_Da_DM: Upper-cutting a larger demon with a molten fist, he looks back at Tewyn, �Little sore, but it�s part of the workout.�
Katie stops, leaning over and taking several gulping breaths, the tears pouring down her face. �Damn you anyway.� She whispers fiercely. �You have NO idea what it�s been like��
Vin_Da_DM: Eclipse slides into a fighting stance as well. Daegriss chuckles, �By all means, Luna�ladies first.�
Tewyn: �That it is,� continuing to flex his fingers and shoot out spears from the walls.
Katie sees a pair of demon feet appear on the ground in front of her. Still too winded to look up, she curses silently.
Cara winces as she sees the numerous injuries marking Stryder�s body. Moving closer to him, she sends huge whirling streams of mage-fire into several demons entering towards Stryder from his blind spot.
Luna_Faline looks for a weakness to strike at. ~Let�s give him a surprise,~ swinging the sword at his sword arm, quickly dancing out of his reach.
^Shinta: Remy appears in front of Katie and slices into the demon with a sword he picked up. Shinta standing behind her, �I can�t know until you let me completely inside, Katie,� looking at her like he is seeing her for the first time all over.
Vin_Da_DM: Katie feels a cold spray on her head and notices the demon feet lift up out of view as they are replaced by a pair of black furry feet. �Not a good place to rest, Kat.� Syne says as he tosses the lifeless demon aside.
Katie finally looks up. �Uck. Messy, but effective, I guess.� Then looks over at Shinta. She sputters for a moment, then resumes glaring at him.
^Shinta walks over and wipes her face, �Demon really isn�t your color.�
Katie: �Thank you.� Katie says to Shinta, Syne, and Remy through gritted teeth. A shadow of a smile crosses her face, �No? Guess I�ll have to keep shopping.� She shakes her head. �This is NOT over, Shaman. But perhaps this isn�t the best place for a spat, either.�
Vin_Da_DM: Syne looks over at Shinta and Katie and nods, �More of them�always interrupting.� Syne leaps several feet landing on top of another demon and clawing him.
Kyra runs up, breathless. �Shinta!� she squeals, leaping to hug him.
^Shinta shrugs, �Is it ever over? But what are your orders, McKinnon?�
Vin_Da_DM: Daegriss blocks Luna�s sword blow and chuckles. Turning, he watches her move.
^Shinta looks over at Kyra a bit shocked. �Nice to see you, too.�

DracBlue bends over after beheading another demon. He looks over to where Cara is and nearly jumps out of his skin.

Katie turns to look at him. �And if you �ma�am� me one more time, I�m going to kick your ass, smart guy.� She grins and lashes out at an advancing demon.
Tewyn: �Ok, so anyone going to close the flood gate from Hell? Just how many damn demons did he bring?�

Luna_Faline lunges up at Daegriss, swinging the sword in an upward arch across his gut. Lands behind him and spins to face him quickly.
Katie sighs and looks up. �I think the worst of the battle is still in need of some assistance.� She doesn�t look too sure of herself, and the voice is beginning to make it worse.
Vin_Da_DM: Daegriss moves his sword with swift grace to block Luna, then turns to face her with his wicked smirk on his face.
Clarice continues to assault the demons with bursts of icy shockwaves and ice daggers, while praying for her Drow.

DracBlue stabs another demon and says, �Do they ever stop?� he sighs and keeps slashing.
Tewyn looks over at Kabal, �It�s time to end this and fall back...Is your sister near by? I�m going to wipe out this side of the defense.�
Cara is puzzled by the look on Stryder�s face, �Yes, my heart.�
Luna_Faline: The smirk on Daegriss� face makes her angry. ~What is he waiting for?~ pointing her sword at him waiting for another opening.
Katie takes a deep breath. �Let�s head into the castle.�

Vin_Da_DM: Stryder teleports and appears a foot in front of Cara, with a smirk he leans forward, �Cara�we�ve lusted for you for so long, but too long we�re afraid.� Stryder�s voice is rough and crazed with a hint of a seducing tone to it.
Vin_Da_DM: Closing his eyes he kisses her on the lips. The warmth of his kiss is replaced by cold as Cara feels something pierce her chest. Drawing back from Cara, Stryder releases the grip on the sword sticking in her chest, �I love you, Cara��
Vin_Da_DM: Meanwhile Daegriss changes his stance, the serrated whip on his left arm unfolding. His the demonic half of his body begins to glow with runic design. �Come, Luna�come, Eclipse. Let us see if you are worthy of being called Warriors��
