2 c. graham cracker crumbs

1/4 c. butter, melted w/ 
2 T. sugar

1/2 t. cinnamon

Dash of nutmeg

~Combine ingreds.,  press into a 9" pan
~Leave some crumbs for the top.
~Bake.

Filling:
1/2 c. yogurt   (firm, plain or vanilla)

1  250g   block of cream cheese, softened

1/4 c. honey  (liquid)

1 t. vanilla

1/2 one lemon peel, grated

~Combine all ingreds., mix w/ electric mixer til smooth.

~Pour into crust

~Refridgerate for at least 3 hrs.
