RECIPE OF THE MONTH~~MAY TWO   PEPPER   CORN    BREAD
1/2   lb. cream cheese
1 t.  sugar
2 eggs
1 c. cornmeal
1 c. flour
1 T. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
6 green onions, chopped
1 can (4 oz.) green chilis (mild), drained & diced
1/2 c. finely chopped red pepper

~Beat the 1st 3 ingreds.
~Add eggs one at a time.
~Combine the dry indgreds. Add to the 1st mixture.
~Stir just until blended.
~Bake in a loaf pan  1 hr. in 350 oven.
