Tomato Aspic
1 small pkg. lemon gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 c. tomato juice or clam juice or V8
~Stir and let set 1/2 to 1 hr.
1 c. coleslaw, finely chopped
1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
2 green onions, sliced thin
Few drops of worchester
Few drops of Tobasco
1 tbsp. celery seed
1/2 apple, chopped & rinsed in
lemon juice.
1/4 tsp. paprika
~When gelatin has partially set,
   stir all ingredients.
~Refridgerate 'til firm.

A great side dish with meat or vegetarian
     meals.
