Teriyaki Honey Chicken
1 cut-up chicken fryer
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c soy sauce
1/4 c. dry sherry
1 tsp.grated fresh ginger or 1/2tsp
powdered ginger
1 med. garlic cloves, crushed
~Mix altogether & marinade over night.
~Bake chicken covered for about 30 mins.
without marinade.
~Brush marinade over chicken.
~Bake uncovered until done~about another 30 mins.
