RECIPE OF THE MONTH~~FEB.
Strawberry    Tarts
12  baked tart shells
4 c. fresh strawberries

1-1/2 c. water
3/4    c.  sugar
2    T.  cornstarch

1   pkg. strawberry Jello

~Bake the tart shells.
~Slice strawberries and fill shells.
~Put water, sugar and corstrch in saucepan.
~Heat and stir til it boils and thickens. 
~Remove from heat.

~Add Jello.  Stir to dissolve.  Cool.
~Spoon over berries.
Makes 12.
