Shortbread Cookes by Bev S.
2 c. flour
3/4 c. icing sugar
1 c. butter
1 egg yolk
~Whip altogether.
~Bake on lower rack of oven at 325
for 15 mins.
~Bake until lightly browned on the bottoms.
