Salmon Roll
1 can salmon
6 soda crackers, crushed
1 tbsp. relish or relish juice
few drops of hot sauce
2 green onions, chopped
pepper
milk,  just enough for  spreading constistency
bisquick 
~Make the bisquick dough according to instructions on the box,
but make just  half the recipe adding:  a sprinkle of  parsley and garlic powder (opt.).
~Mix salmon with the crackers, relish, hot sauce, pepper and onions.
~Add just enough milk to spread.
~Mix well.

~Roll out the dough to 1/2".
~Spread salmon mixture over dough almost to edges.
~Roll up like a jelly roll, lift into baking pan.
~Bake for about 30 mins. at 325.

Make a white cream sauce adding:  paprika, onion salt, salt and pepper and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
~Serve over individual servings.
