Salad Dressing
2 eggs
3/4 c. white sugar
2 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. dry mustard
6 tbsp. flour
1 c. vinegar
2-1/2 c. milk
~Beat eggs
~Add:
  sugar, butter, salt, mustard and flour.
~Add:
  vinegar and milk alternately and slowly.
~Cook and stir in double boiler until thick.

~Makes a little over 1 liter.

Very good and inexpensive.
