3/4 c. whipping cream
1/4 c. butter or margarine
3 T. sugar
3 T. grand marnier or condensed orange juice
7 semi-sweet choc. squares, melted to 1 oz. size
3 c. graham cracker crumbs or choc. cookie crumbs
chocolate sprinkles or colored sprinkles

~Put cream,  butter & sugar into saucepan over
  medium heat.       Bring to boil,  stirring often.
  Add  grand marnier,  choc  &  crumbs.  Mix well.
  Shape into 42 balls.
~Roll in sprinkles.
~Chill or freeze.

~Note:
  Use rum or rum flavoring + water to make 3 T.
  instead of grand marnier.
~Makes  3-1/2 doz.
