butter or margarine
molasses
~Bake sweet potatoes in microwave til done.
~When cool enough to handle, peel and slice potatoes.
~Melt margarine in frying pan.
~Add: 1/2 c. molasses
~When bubbling add the potato slices.
~Turn often to coat.
Serve immediately.
