Peanutbutter Cookies~easy & quick
1 c. peanutbutter
1 c. brown sugar
1 lrg. egg.

~Beat altogether well.
~Drop by tsps. onto cookie sheet.
~Bake 8-10 mins. in 325 oven.

~Makes 24 cookies.
~At planting & gardening time it is
  nice to have something on hand
  that is not time consuming to make.

~These delicious cookies are a time
   saver!
