Mom's Pork Chops

~Brown in frying pan.
~Put into roaster.
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 lemon
~Divide the last 3 ingredients over pork chops one at a time.  No need to mix them.
~Squeeze the lemon juice over all.
1 14-15 oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
~Pour this over meat in roaster.
~Bake 1 hr. 15 mins. in 375 oven

A wonderful change from the ordinary.
