4 eggs
~Mash and beat until light.
~Mix together:
4 c. flour
1-1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
~Add to bananas
~Mix well.
~Pour into 2 loaf pans.
~Bake 1 hr. in 350 oven.
~Cool in pans for 5 min. on wire racks.
~Take out of pans and cool completely on
wire racks.
