Devilled   Eggs
EASTER~MARCH '08
6 hard boiled eggs
Peel & cut eggs in 1/2 lenthwise.
Carefully scoop out yokes into a bowl.
Mash the yolks with a fork.
Add:
1/4 c. mayonnaise
3 T. chopped green onions
2 t. chopped dill pickle or sweet picle
Mix well.
Carefully fill the egg whites heaping if necessary.
Sprinkle a bit of paprika on each.
