5-7 apples
3/4 c. white sugar
1/3 c. brown sugar
~Mix cake mix as package directions.
~Peel and core apples. Cut into about 1"
peices into med. sized roaster or 3 qt.
oven safe casserole dish.
~Sprinkle sugar over apples.
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsps. cinnamon
3 tbsps. butter or marg.
~Sprinkle cinnamon and vanilla over cut apples.
~dot with butter.
~Pour prepared cake mix over all.
~Bake for about 35 mins. in 350 oven.
A nice change from the usual!
